The Days Inn Motel staff was great; they even provided MapQuest destinations for us when we asked. The price was okay, however there are many motels in the area about half the price. The room was larger than expected, wifi was constant and fast. Breakfast was basic but sufficient; they had a waffle maker, rolls, cereal, coffee, milk, instant oatmeal […] and the like. No eggs to order, but hard boiled was available. The beds are clean and comfortable. I think one could safely shop motels after arrival, but we were somewhat skeptical so booked on line. We were well satisfied, and would recommend this Sera Vista motel to anyone. Read more

When we checked in our toilet wasn't working. The shower curtain & toilet had black hand prints on them. The sink counter hadn't been cleaned in a while and the carpets were dirty. We told the front desk the next morning and the maid that cleaned our room did a good job. Manager said he has he carpets cleaned twice a year. The toilet still wasn't working […] right. The next day the maid (different one) took all our soap and shampoo and never replaced them. The bed linens were very nice and the curtains were brand new. The housekeeping staff aparrently do not take pride in their work. The mirrors were dirty, the bathroom floor and bathtub/shower had hair all over that was not mine. With disinfectant wipes, I wiped down the surface areas, ie the bedside tables, countertops, etc, and wiped a lot of dried gunk off these places. Nasty! Manager John was very nice and accomidating. And breakfast, while standard, was served by a very nice Kim.. who went the extra mile to serve us rather than have us serve our selves at the serve yourself breakfast. they did a good job.

the rooms were nice, clean. no problem there. however, the styrofoam plates used at breakfast we found out they washed them and reused them. the wafflemaker didn't work right. the staff told us mgr cheap, that's why they reused plates. disgusting!

Evidently the motel was just being changed over from a Best Western to a Days Inn. The outside had just been painted, and they forgot to remove a bunch of the blue painters tape from the doorways. The room was clean enough, but the carpets were work and the couch was torn on several places, very low to the floor and not very comfortable. The tv's were […] old, and there was no station directory. When I called, the front desk said that they did not have new ones printed up that said Days Inn, and although they had ones that said Best Western, they could not let me have one. No solution was offered. When I asked to be told the channels so I could write them down, the person did comply, but sounded offended that they would have to take the time to fulfill the request. The beds were okay, the pillows were terrible! They felt like they were filled with lumps of some kind of stuffing. I was afraid to look! The breakfast was good, the attendant for the food service was extremely attentive and personable. That was the best part of the stay! Read more

Overall, a very good hotel. I was a little disappointed that the only eggs at breakfast were hard boiled, but otherwise, a good stay. The room was always clean and the staff was very nice.

This Best Western was up to the usual standards of the Best Western chain. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was served early and was quite adequate. I was traveling alone (single woman) and felt very safe in the motel and the area surrounding the motel. The purpose of my trip was to bird the area around Sierra Vista-the motel […] was centrally located for birding and local restaurants. The front desk gentleman was very helpful when I locked my keys in my car. He looked up my roadside/insurance on the computer for me and let me use their phone to call them since all that info was locked in my car. The people were all very kind and friendly there, I will stay there again!

I go to Sierra Vista a lot for business and have stayed several diffenert places, and I have now made this Best Western my place of choice. It was nice and quite with clean rooms that had everything you need from a table & chairs to a recliner.
