Stayed here on our honeymoon, couldn't have asked for a better place for the money. The staff was extremely helpful with speedy check in/out. Concierge staff was on their A game the entire time. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. The bar was nice but a bit expensive ( but that's London). Vauxhall tube station is only a five minute walk which isn't bad at all. There is a grocery store next door that has about everything you need. Was a great stay.

Just what we expected. everything was good except the wash basin drain was full of hair and drained poorly. surprised that the maid service didn't report it

Very clean, recently remodeled. Nice Hyde Park neighborhood. Kind of expensive, but then it's London in their olympic year.

My friend and myself stayed here last weekend for our annual trip to London. As usual everyone was very friendly. Room was spotless and very comfortable. I couldn't fault anything. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Vi reiste 6 stk tilsammen på shopping tur til London. Hotellet var like ved Oxford street, som er den STORE handlegata i byen! Hotellet var veldig fint, rent, stort nok rom og veldig pent bad på vårt rom, 2. etasjen. Men 2 av oss hadde en opplevelse av at rommet deres var hjemsøkt!! Veldig Dyr frokost, men vi spiste på Starbucks som er et kjekkere alternativ […] :-) Betjeningen var kundevennlig og fortalte om områder som var av interesse og tilbudte å bestille drosje. Read more
