      Hotel is in a great spot about a mile/ short walk from the middle of P-town. The room was large, comfortable & updated nicely since I had last stayed there. Our room also came with a fridge.

      I can't rave enough about this sweet guest house. As a first-timer in a guest house over a hotel, I didn't know what to expect. Homemade muffins, a beautiful room, an amaing common area, and hospitality that compares to none. I'm floored! And I'll definitely be returning! <3

      Good. It's in a very nice location, however, the outside appearance could be improved. Especially, the entrance canopy refurbished to give it an overall good look and the stairway, kept cleaner. There was some litter there. These are easy things to be taken care of. I really liked the room, and as requested, was void of any cigarette smell. That was really GOOD. Thank you

    For more than a century, P-Town has been a bohemian haven. Each summer crowds flock to town for raucous times including a week-long carnival in August. Galleries, bookstores, antique shops, and kitschy boutiques line Commercial Street, the three-mile main thoroughfare. Panoramic views are enjoyed from the top of the 252-foot Pilgrim Monument. The sun rises and sets on the north-facing Race Point Beach.

    The hotel could do with an overall updating. The staff were extremely friendly and our bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a bit of a cleaning though. The breakfast had a good range. Kind of disappointed with our stay here especially after spending the same amount of money for a gorgeous, clean hotel room on Martha's vineyard.

    In your room, there is a welcome letter, which states the Provincetown Inn as a "salty old lady with some arthritis". Well, on some points, you recognise this. The staff is very friendly and the location superb at the very end of Provincetown.

    Great location but had some real concerns over safety/security. Sound proofing between the rooms needs much improvement. Would be interesting to see what the summer would be like but not sure I would visit there again.Did have the opportunity to discuss with Hotel manager who was receptive

    Other reviews I read were accurate. This is an older property located conveniently to downtown Provincetown. Rooms are a little on the small side. Our room was clean but definitely in need of updating. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and the caulking looked like it needed replacing, besides looking like it was done by an amateur. For the price […] we paid for the room I would have expected a lot more from the property.     Its an older hotel in west end about 1 mile from town. Easy and scenic walk to downtown. Beach and pool available but pool was too crowded and the tide was out, so I didn't get to do either. But a lot of nice area to walk. Would stay here again.

    In my past visits to Provincetown I have always stayed at the Surfside Inn and Suites. The beach and pool at the P-town Inn are way better than that of the Ssurfside Inn and Sweet. The murals were a good touch. and the hotel overall was in great condition. My only complaint is the housekeeper didnt do a great job. There were hairs on the shower curtain […] and a hair where the cups were placed in the bathroom. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and hope to return before summer's end. Read more

    Check-in took a long time as the only assistant was on the phone. Air condition didn't work properly. There are no hair dryers in the rooms. The bar was only open on weekends. The rooms are worn and need renovation. The hotel was dark during a power cut; they didn't have a generator.

    We greatly appreciated our stay at the Provincetown. The hotel is well located on a nice beach and only 15 minutes by walk to commercial street. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was more than I was expecting.
