"Outstanding Hotel"

We were here for 2 nights at grand tower studio. It was beautiful. There isn't anything to complaint about this hotel from private check-in to the food and to the spa. Before heading to Nha Trang for 2 nights, we booked this hotel again because they would let us check in early when we came back. Guess what they did for us. They gave us an executive room. We couldn't be more happy. The room was huge with separate living room. Don't forget the spa, I had a massage everyday because the price was so reasonable.

"Room for improvement"

Hotel is just fine, clearly overpriced for what they offer. Being one of the best hotels in town it should be better. Really disappointed with the reception and concierge services, they where not really helpfull and lack of knoledge of their own city. Gym was ok, but not to a 5 star level. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent and service in there was really eficient and this time friendly. Room was fine.
