When I booked this hotel, I didn't expect a whole lot from this hotel because it was so cheap. But after staying there for the entirety of my trip, I have to say that it was the best value for my buck. The hotel is conveniently located in District 1 right next to Binh Thanh Market. It's location makes it convenient to walk to all the tourist sites such as he War Museum and the Reunification center. The service was great and I would defiitely stay there the next time I go.

Rooms are very nice and roomy, and good location. They could improve on their service and maintenance. The phone did not work in my colleague's room which was inconvenient for wake up calls, etc. My room had the vanity light burned out. Also, had trouble with my key card and they were very slow in responding. Breakfast was okay, but had much better at other hotel we stayed at earlier in our stay. I do like their rooms so would probably give them another chance and hope that the service/maintenance issues were a one time thing.

I like the hotel. Breakfast was good . Had some new dishes everyday. The hotel was convenient to all. Fleas market is only two blocks away . Good to by some souvenir t-shirts. Make sure you bargain, t-shirt average price is 90 dong. The foot massage was good. You can print your email at the business computer and pick it up at the receptionist desk. The only thing is that they could not scan my document but that is a lot to ask for. Overall, I like it and would stay here again.

It was a great value given the price and condition of the hotel. The hotel is quite small, but it is very clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Very close to Ben Thanh Market, only a few blocks away.

Location.
Located in Ho Chi Minh City (District 1 - Dong Khoi), Sheraton Saigon Hotel And Towers is close to Opera House, Ho Chi Minh City Hall, and Ho Chi Minh City Museum. Also nearby are Saigon Central Post Office and Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica.
Hotel Features.
Sheraton Saigon Hotel And Towers has a full-service spa, an outdoor pool, and a spa tub. High-speed (wired) Internet access is available in public areas (surcharges apply). Business amenities at this 5-star property include a business center, small meeting rooms, and limo/town car service. The hotel offers 3 restaurants along with a coffee shop/café, 2 bars/lounges, and a poolside bar. The staff can arrange tour/ticket assistance, wedding services, and tour assistance. "Clean, new and good location in city"
The hotel looks fairly new. Grand entrance. Needs a lot of service improvements. If view is important to you, make sure you ask for that prior to check-in. They will charge rediculously if you decide to change room. Actually, everything is extra charge. The hotel was excellent - service, restaurant, location. I would certainly recommend it to other travelers. The prices of the rooms and the breakfast buffet could be more reasonable. Enjoyed our stay. Good introduction to Vietnam.

We were here for 2 nights at grand tower studio. It was beautiful. There isn't anything to complaint about this hotel from private check-in to the food and to the spa. Before heading to Nha Trang for 2 nights, we booked this hotel again because they would let us check in early when we came back. Guess what they did for us. They gave us an executive […] room. A brilliant hotel with excellent facilities. Service of staff was superb: professional, caring, friendly, polite.
"A nice stay at a high end hotel"
Our plane was delayed, so we arrived one day late. We could not change our reservation, so we lost one night at the hotel. The staff in the description were correct, but not very accommodating. And there were a soft smell from the carpet. The rest of the staff were really nice and friendly.

部屋、サービス、立地、安心感ともにさすが5つ星と満足しており、バーも気持ちの良い態度で良かったのだがレストランでの接客態度が悪く嫌な思いをした。5つ星のホテルなのだからもう少し臨機応変な接客姿勢、態度が必要。少なくともレストランにはもう二度と立ち寄りたくない。残念ですね。
"どこにも 灰皿が・・・・"
この時代に、5つ星のホテルのロビーやエレべーターホールなどに灰皿が置いてあることに驚いた。 また、レセプションと切り分けも無く、同じ空間となっているラウンジで 煙草を吸っている人がいた。 近代的な最先端のホテルに見えて やっていることは古代だったことに残念だった。 いくら路上で吸っている現地の人がいようとホテルの中では異空間を味わいたかった。

１泊しかしてませんが、最高にリラックスできました。 サービスはやはり最高レベル。（英語でのコミュニケーションが前提。日本語はなせそうな感じは無かったので。） ただ、やはり料金は・・・・ 一般人には、ちと厳しかったです（笑）

"やや英語力に問題がある"
そんなに難しいことを言っているわけではないのに こちらの意志が伝わらないことが多い。 日本人のスタッフとも会話できましたが、彼女も ベトナム現地人に意志を伝えることは難しいと 言っていました。 また、クラブラウンジの食事、アルコール飲み物に ついてはpoorであったと思います。この内容でしたら 下位の階のレストランやbarを活用した方がよかった かと感じました。

"Hotell i HCM City - perfekt beliggenhet"
Dette hotellet var veldig flott og hadde en perfekt beliggenhet! Eneste minus var at betjeningen var litt småsure og prøvde å presse oss for å oppgradere rommet da vi kom litt tidligere enn innsjekkingstidspunktet. Men alt i alt, et veldig bra hotell til en god pris!
