the only prob we had was the pick up at the airport was delayed but other than that enjoyed the stay and would have no problem recommending it to others

I read a lot of the reviews regarding this hotel and we would have to give it an excellent report. It is a great location close to the Reunification Palace.The room was excellent and the only fault I could find is the wooden structure over the swimming pool.I booked this hotel with Hotels.com after Agoda made a mess of my prior bookings. I recommend this hotel and Hotels.com.

We stayed here for 3 nights during out honeymoon and were greeted with rose petals on our bed which was an extra nice touch. Hotel room and entrance areas were very tastefully decorated. Gym was located on top floor with great views of city -but small with basic machines and a little eerie to even get up to when by self. Breakfast was decent -but would liked to have seen some other cereal to cornflakes and chocolate covered flakes. Maybe a bit of muesli? However they did also serve eggs, fruit, bread and other Asian type foods so good variety. Staff were all so friendly. We booked our trip to Cu Chu tunnels through hotel on our arrival (well recommend!). We went for the half day trip. Hotel's location was in a good area. Yes located on a busy enough street but as we were about 6-7 floors up, were still able to sleep well. We did start getting mosquito bites at this hotel (had no problems before this in Hoi An or Hanoi) -which felt little unusual for city central located hotel. Maybe that was to do with fact that windows were open in our room on arrival! (Don’t worry, rooms all have A.C.). On our first evening we were a bit lost of where to go for food, but by the following day when we got more used to our bearings, we realised that we were in a very central area –within walking distance to all the main tourist type areas both for eating and visiting during day. There is also a big market located within 5 min walk to hotel –open 7 days a week –packed with all types of everything. Great place for picking up gifts and souveniers for home. Don’t accept the first price they give you. Ensure to negotiate down!

Did alot of online research before settling on this hotel. Completely satisfied with our choice. Wonderfully located within walking distance of all the sights. Booked it in low season so it worked out fantastic value for money. Very nice room, great air con. Had a high floor room in Block B so was very well soundproofed. Great choice of breakfast. Very helpful staff. All in all, highly recommend.

The hotel was excellent - service, restaurant, location. I would certainly recommend it to other travelers. The prices of the rooms and the breakfast buffet could be more reasonable. Enjoyed our stay. Good introduction to Vietnam.

"A nice stay at a high end hotel"
Our plane was delayed, so we arrived one day late. We could not change our reservation, so we lost one night at the hotel. The staff in the description were correct, but not very accommodating. And there were a soft smell from the carpet. The rest of the staff were really nice and friendly.

"Outstanding Hotel"
We were here for 2 nights at grand tower studio. It was beautiful. There isn't anything to complaint about this hotel from private check-in to the food and to the spa. Before heading to Nha Trang for 2 nights, we booked this hotel again because they would let us check in early when we came back. Guess what they did for us. They gave us an executive […] room. 部屋、サービス、立地、安心感ともにさすが5つ星と満足しており、バーも気持ちの良い態度で良かったのだがレストランでの接客態度が悪く嫌な思いをした。5つ星のホテルなのだからもう少し臨機応変な接客姿勢、態度が必要。少なくともレストランにはもう二度と立ち寄りたくない。残念ですね。
"どこにも 灰皿が・・・・"
この時代に、5つ星のホテルのロビーやエレべーターホールなどに灰皿が置いてあることに驚いた。 また、レセプションと切り分けも無く、同じ空間となっているラウンジで 煙草を吸っている人がいた。 近代的な最先端のホテルに見えて やっていることは古代だったことに残念だった。 いくら路上で吸っている現地の人がいようとホテルの中では異空間を味わいたかった。

１泊しかしてませんが、最高にリラックスできました。 サービスはやはり最高レベル。（英語でのコミュニケーションが前提。日本語はなせそうな感じは無かったので。） ただ、やはり料金は・・・・ 一般人には、ちと厳しかったです（笑）

"やや英語力に問題がある"
そんなに難しいことを言っているわけではないのに こちらの意志が伝わらないことが多い。 日本人のスタッフとも会話できましたが、彼女も ベトナム現地人に意志を伝えることは難しいと 言っていました。 また、クラブラウンジの食事、アルコール飲み物に ついてはpoorであったと思います。この内容でしたら 下位の階のレストランやbarを活用した方がよかった かと感じました。

"Hotell i HCM City - perfekt beliggenhet"
Dette hotellet var veldig flott og hadde en perfekt beliggenhet! Eneste minus var at betjeningen var litt småsure og prøvde å presse oss for å oppgradere rommet da vi kom litt tidligere enn innsjekkingstidspunktet. Men alt i alt, et veldig bra hotell til en god pris!
