This complaint may still be sent to the hotel management for incorrectly charging me for a coffee cup breakage as that of a whiskey glass. At check-out, I told the desk clerk what my my wife had accidentally dropped on the floor was a coffee cup, not a whiskey glass, to no avail.

"No hot water, no working toilet, no apologies"
I stayed in this hotel for the weekend. I had no hot water the entire time I was there so I showered in the gym. Finally, on the day I was leaving the hotel shut off the hot water in the entire hotel for four hours. I had to call housekeeping to fix the toilet every day of my stay. "overpriced with poor service"
I booked one night through expedia and 4 more nights with other travel company in this hotel. The service is very bad. The service in hotel restaurant is even worse. We waited in the talbe for almost 10 minutes, no one come to serve. We asked for coffee, it took another 10 minutes to get it. I had dinner buffet dinner. it was most over priced dinner […] in China with poor service again. They had sashimi bar. However the servant for the bar can not be found.
