"Fair price but need urgently a renovation"
The experience was pleasant. The hotel is not a romantic spot, so forget it if you are looking for a place for your honeymoon. The location is fantastic. Close to the ferry boat, to cabbage beach, to Atlantis. The staff of the hotel is veeeery nice (countless smiles), but the room is old, sometimes the elevator doesn't work, the TV is old and the bathroom […] is too small. The food is good, but not brilliant. If you will travel with friends this is a very good option. Read more
"What a deal for Paradise Island!"
The staff was amazing! So helpful and fun. The food was good and the drinks excellent.
"Paradise Island Harbour Resort"
The food was good. Unfortunately there was a large spring break group there during our stay. They were very loud and up well past 3 am. It was difficult to sleep.
"Paradise Harbour only located in Paradise"
It started at check in them not finding our reservation. Then giving us a room that was not what was requested. It took over 35 minutes to check in. Their was a internet box in the room but it was gutted, when asked it was only available in the lobby which wasn't so bad except it was $10/hr. Yes you read it right $10/hr. I don't mind paying but that […] much per hour. The room was old and dingy, bed was semi comfortable. The bathroom was ok, if you ignored the grout that needed to be fixed and the tile that needed replacing. The TV was the nicest thign in the room and the AC worked well. As for the service the Pool Bar was the best service, yet the food was not that great. As for the buffet, Breakfast was excellent, but how could you go wrong with breakfast. We had lunch and dinner and it was not so good so we ate out the other nights. In the end they claim to be all inclusive but really they are semi inclusive since bottled water is not included but can be bought at $4 for a small bottle and you cannopt get can soda as part of inclusive as their is a charge for this as well. If you are getting it for the rate compaired to the suroundings it may be worth it, but overall outside of the three nice ppl of which one was a bell boy and two bartenders at the pool bar, everyone else we encounterred seemed as if they hated coming into work and acted accordingly. I personally will never stay here again no matter the price. Read more
"NEEDS REPAIR"
While being the most affordable way to stay in Nassau is in an all inclusive because the restaurants are so expensive the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. There was mold on the bathroom tile, the faucet in the bath tub came off in our hand and the tv blinked off and on. The food, drinks, swimming pool and locale was really ggood so we will return […] because we travel a lot we appreicate a deal but would not recommend it to someone that this will be their one and only vacation in a year. "Good Family Hotel"
The hotel is in an older part of town, but is great for kids wanting to play at the beach and pool all day. We were traveling with our kids this trip and the hotel was fine. But would stay over on the other side of island when traveling with just my wife next time. But for the money this hotel was pretty good!
"Nice hotel"
The hotel is not bad for the price
"Paradise Island Harbour Resort - Bahamas"
The TV was not working, the AC was not working, the water in the bathroom ran rust water, was unable to take a shower and when I was going to make coffee in the room I saw a cochroach

"good location, needs updating"
The hotel isn't very impressive, or aesthetically pleasing, but the location is good, employees are very nice, the food is wonderful, and the room was clean. It's very close to Atlantis shopping and casino. The only really bad thing about the hotel was its elevators. They are old, and super SUPER slow, which I'm sure some of that can be attributed to […] the salty air getting in the mechanisms, but you don't think its annoying until you're waiting for an elevator to get to the 11th floor for over 5 minutes. We're a young couple who didn't spend much time in the room, or at the hotel, so it didn't bother us much. We were out and about seeing the sights most of our stay, and only went to the hotel for the food and drinks we had already paid for in our all inclusive pakage. We had no real complaints about the hotel, and didn't have any bad experiences. We would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune for a hotel. Paradise Island has one of the best public beaches-Cabbage Beach. It is only a ten minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed spending our time there versus the private "beach" at the hotel. They have massages on Cabbage Beach for half the price the hotel offers them for, and it was wonderful! The beach isn't crowded at all either, it is more crowded at the hotel "beach" Renting a scooter and going to bay street is so worth the money! The conch fritters at the public beach food stands are so much better than the touristy restaurants. Don't bother going to The Conch Fritter. It's expensive and over rated. Read more
The staff was wonderful. This was our first all inclusive stay. The buffet had good food. One thing that was surprising is that the vending machines were not stocked with bottle water. When asking at the front desk for water there was a charge. My thinking that this is all inclusive yet I would have to pay for bottle water, hmm. On location booking […] for tours was awesome and very convienent. The stay was nice. Read more

"somewhat Disappointed"
staff was very pleasant and friendly. was expecting more beach. Beach is manmade and very small. Rooms very clammy with no temperature control for heat. I recommend eating at buffet. Reserved dining was not worth the time.
"nice hotel"
is not bad for the price,

"Price"
Totally over-priced for the condition of the hotel.. And it needs to be clear that you will not necessarily get the accommodations that you paid for...
"Bahamas Hotel"
The room cleanlines not to good, they didn't have the king size bed reserved room at arriving time then give me another room wiht a deep cigar odor I ended with a two full bed room which it wasn't my request.
"Paradise Island Harbour Resort"
We loved this hotel & would recommend it to others. No, it isn't the "ritz" and the rooms have repairs to be desired...but nothing that would keep us from coming back. The service & food was great, especially Deandra, our outside waitress. We loved the food. We walked to the nearby ferry dock & took the ferry to Nassau ($3/person each way) & also walked […] to Atlantis to view the grounds (limited access to non-guests). Be sure to walk across the way to Cabbage Beach - it's beautiful! (Bring a towel to lay on or be prepared to pay $10 to rent a beach chair.) We didn't stay too long on this beach since we had free food/drinks back at the hotel...but the view at Cabbage Beach is amazing - one you don't get at the hotel. Read more

"Do not waste your money!!!"
1. Front desk services horrible 2. Food is horrible 3. Room was in front of the elevator so we did not get much sleep for the four days we were there--constant humming of the elevators in addition to people chatter 4. Does not have an Atlantis package, like the other hotels. Thus, you have to pay full price at Atlantis so might as well stay at Atlantis […] or one of it's affiliating hotels. 5. Beach is horrible--Best to walk to the public beach, which is Cabbage Beach where all the good hotels are located any way 6. It was good to visit the Bahamas (Nassau), but would not go back because: a. The place is expensive b. Nassau has no character of it's own-- everything is Americanize 7. The people of Bahamas are very friendly and curteous and they made our stay very bearable. Read more

"Wonderful"
This was a wonderful clean, comfortable, hotel. I was very excited and estactic about my stay I enjoyed everything except the food at the Captains Table. They served the same thing every morning for breakfast everyone doesnt eat pork. And their lunch and dinner was horrible and to spicy. I ate at the Wahoo Bar & grill and I had everything on their menu.. […] If you didn't want the food spicy they accomadated you.Shelly is an employee she works at the wahoo Bar she is the best everyone at this hotel all employess I felt like I knew them for years. They were the best I would recommend this hotel not only for the price but as well as the attitudes of every employee noone had a nasty attitude everyone made you feel at home and very comfortable.. They were the best.. If they had a rating of 10 or higher I would give them a very high score Read more
"ABSOLUTELY Can't be beat!"
We just got back from this week long hotel stay. We were married at the hotel and had never been. We were taking a leap of faith especially after reading the reviews on here. When we got there we were so happy with our decision. Basically if you are a high maintenance person, you should stay at the Atlantis. If you are looking for an excellent value […] and can go with the flow, stay here!!! Pros: They didn't have our reservation available, so we were upgraded to the suite! They didn't have our dinner reservation, and we were given entrance anyway. This all inclusive hotel is amazing. Bike rental, snorkel rental, kids play room and rentals, great (and strong) drinks, great food, wonderful entertainment, awesome pool and bay area. The location can't be beat. We walked everywhere unless we went into Nassau. Cons made right: Some of the rooms had issues with the air conditioning. But our guests were moved to working rooms if they had problems. Since your in a tropical environment there is a general moist /salty quality in the air. This would be the cause of the rust on the fixtures etc. I really don't care about these small things. If you care about staring at perfect wallpaper, then you need to stay at a more expensive place. I loved it. Our 30 guests loved it. We all want to go back and stay at this hotel. I absolutely had the best time and I accredit the hotel with a great stay for all of us! The wedding was beautiful and I loved my whole week long stay there. I love this hotel! Read more

"Awful stay!"
100+ drunk high school seniors...... enough said! When I complained and said how unsatisified with my stay and that I would not be coming back, all that was said was, "sorry ma'am"

"Old but great location"
It's on Paradise Island ! So it's a great location and as it's an all inclusive hotel, the price is ok. This hotel would need a refreshing cure.
All inclusive gör semestern bekvämare. Vi […] kommer tillbaka! Read more
Read more
