      This hotel is immiediately adjacent to the terminal. It is an excellent option for the night before your flight. Staff if friendly, amenities are fine, internet is free. The "neighborhood" is a parking structure - its only negative.

    The hotel is very nice. For the budget price we paid for the night in Hamburg it was very good. My two complaints are: The room, though it was non... smoking, smelled decently strongly of smoke. and my other complaint is: the hotel attracts college kids who have been partying and were banging on the walls and door for a few hours of the night, which is of course not the hotel's fault. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, but it seemed safe.     Hotel was very convenient for shops and travel links into Hamburg centre. The room was very comfortable and always extremely clean. The breakfasts were full of choice. Good value for money and i would definately stay again.

    Too far from Hamburg city centre. Costs 25 euros in taxi to get there and 25 euros back. Would be better used to pay for room in another hotel. Nothing of note around the area. The impression given is that it is nearer to city than it is.

    Not what we expected from the website which appeared to feature the main hotel across the road. The hotel at which we stayed had no dining facilities although there was a bar serving food close by. The location was poor, a rather downtrodden suburb of Hamburg. The staff were overwhelmed with large coach loads of tourists and had no real interest in […] their guests (we were travelling by car). Breakfast was very crowded and staff seemed uninterested in the guests.     The hotel is very clean, rooms are big enough and breakfast is great. There is a big shopping mall just close to the hotel and a very cozy restaurant/pub at the first floor. Parking is underground and is free. I definitely recommend it to both family, group of friends and lovers.

    Wir haben das Hotel für 2 Personen und 7 Übernachtungen gebucht. Die Nacht war ein einziger Horror. Die Zimmertüren schließen Geräusche von den Gängen nicht sehr ab. Daher hörten wir permanent den extrem lauten Luftzug des Belüftungsrohres. Zudem gingen morgens um 8 Uhr die Bauarbeiten im Zimmer über und neben uns los. Schön im Urlaub von einem Bohrer […] geweckt zu werden. An dem Hotel gelegen sind viele Dönerbuden und ranzende Spielotheken. Man spürt den hohen Ausländeranteil. Wir fühlten uns abends unwohl. Jedoch ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ein wirklich großes Einkaufscenter. Hier gibt es wirklich alles. Das Frühstück war Super. Es gab von allem etwas. Nur der Raum wird denke ich in der Hochsaison überfüllt sein. Zimmer waren auch in Ordnung. Sauberkeit war gut. Das ist für mich sehr wichtig. Preis/Leistung: definitiv Sehr Gut!     The hotel is very clean, rooms are big enough and breakfast is great. There is a big shopping mall just close to the hotel and a very cozy restaurant/pub at the first floor. Parking is underground and is free. I definitely recommend it to both family, group of friends and lovers.
