"Needs improvement"
The staff was super nice and helpful but the hotel is in serious need of updating. The air conditioning was an after thought. The extension cord hang down from the ac above the door. Keys didnt work. The best part was the toliet sounded like a cow mooing (how fitting for frontier days). We were able to see the frontier days parade from the balcony without […] having to fight the crowd. For the price of a 5 star hotel in Denver this was not even a 1 star. Hope they make some improvements. Read more
