      Excellent hotel staff. Very helpful to point out on map nice restaurants and sites close to the hotel. Breakfast was good each morning and restaurant was very good...opens at 8:00 PM at night.

      Very good hotel. Good location, clean room. Some fittings slightly dated. Staff were friend and helpful. My fiance and I stayed here in late-November, 2012. Since it was quiet, we were upgraded to a larger room for free.

    Nice staff but the internet almost doesn't work. When i complained, they said all hotels in the area have the same problem. That doesn't help me as we(our entire staff) was stuck with this hotel with virtually no internet. you would log on and be kicked off within a minute and have to re-input the user name/password all over again. One room could never […] get the air con working correctly. the water pressure was extremely low(for all of our rooms) so many times you would stand in the shower and hope and pray that the water would resume. it always did but its not exactly reassuring...     The AC unit in the room wasn't working. When I complained about it, they sad they looked up and the system was fine. Next morning the front desk inform us that the AC system in the entire hotel wasn't inspected by the city of Modena, so they couldn't torn it on. (Very creative,but not convincent.)

    Hotellet ligger inte centralt, men läget passade bra för att komma nära vännernas bostad. Minuset för vistelsen var en dysfunktionell AC på rummet. Ovanligt varmt för september i Modena, och alldeles för varmt på rummet. Plus för trevlig personal, fräschheten i övrigt, samt en stor frukostbuffé för att vara Italien.
