Don't be fooled. When it says that the parking is included... be careful because they have VERY LIMITED parking, not one for each room, therefore I got there around 8PM and I did not have a spot where to park inside the hotel/motel. The garage around the corner opens at 9AM and you have to pay for it (there goes the $ savings that I thought I had). […] I was lucky enough that I finally found a space in the street. The front desk was not helpful at all. He said that he works there once a week and he does not drive, therefore he does not know. He did give me the name of the manager (who was not there). There was a room that it seemed they were having a party. At 2AM, a man from another room stepped out and yelled that they needed to go back to their room or he will call the management. Very little changed. The lady staying next to my room also stepped outside of her room and complained to this people. Around 3AM things got a little calmer. But NOBODY from the hotel put some order and that bothered me. You can also hear the noises from the street. Last but not least, the bathroom sink was clogged. Didn't the cleaning crew noticed that when they clean the sink? Did they clean the sink at all? Now I doubt it. Anyway, by far one of the worst hotels I've been to in the last couple of years. I will not go back (even if I was participating on the same race and it was less than a mile from the starting point). Read more

Could use more and better lighting inside the room. Not bright enough from the 2 in the room, one by the vanity desk & one on side of the bed. The outlet by bed too one didn't eirk, the other one on opposite side of bed didn't work on top either. No where to adequately hang your clothes. Bathroom door opens to in front of the toilet. It has free parking, first-come, first-served. It has a bed, a TV, bathroom, etc. That's it. It's walking distance to a bunch of great local restaurants and bars. (I didn't shop.) It's clean and appears safe. For me and my girl, that's all we needed. So for us, it served out needs great. I would stay here again.

The place would get points for being close to the city but not much beyond that. Its on a main street and all the rooms are fairly noisy at night. They need to have adequate parking for customers. We were afraid to leave by auto at night because there might not be a parking place for us when we returned. Also they had these weird lights that went on and off via motion. If you were washing at the sink and didn't move the light would go off.

The hotel is open structured which I liked because it was as if each room had a balcony, yet also disliked because it was noisy. The people were nice and the breakfast was actually better than your typical continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The rates were comparable for a weekend stay.

The room was clean but didnt smell good. It is in a good location and at walking distance to attractions. However it is too close to the street so it was noisy at night and early morning. Parking is free which is a plus but it is limited so be sure to be at the hotel early so you can find a spot.

If you want to park there make sure your car is compact and can turn on a dime. Plus, plan to keep your car there once you park or you won't be able to again. Room was the noisiest in the place. The only thing is the first come first serve parking. If you get a parking spot the hotel is in walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and there are plenty of places in walking distance to eat. Leave your car and get the excersie its worth it.

Even though you know what to expect -- not much -- somehow it is still disappointing. We chose for the location. The mattress quality was worse than expected. There is a weird sauna in the room. This hotel should not advertise they have parking. There are more than 40 rooms and only 18 parking spaces. In a city like San Francisco this is a big problem. Both nights I stayed there, I arrive around 9PM and there were no more parking spaces available.

Hotel location is ok. But kind of noisy since it's on the main street. Air conditioner is annoying. It is either freaking cold or not working, if turning up the temperature, it totally stops. Parking is very limited and the hotel staff doesnt care about that. I came to the lobby ask if they have any suggestions for parking, that guy just said "street […] parking is free" and continue looking at his computer. It's just 7 pm. The position of power outlets in the room is very bad. There is no outlet that can let you use your computer on the table. And the wifi is very slow at night since all people are using it.
