      Nice place. Walking distance to metro. If you do not have heavy suitcases then take the metro from Airport instead of cabs. Great spread for Breakfast buffet. We had a suite. Only one bathroom. An extra half bath would be prefect or at least an extra sink (instead of a lot of cupboard space). Friendly and helpful staff.

    The staff members speak English and were all very helpful. It's about two minutes on foot to Plaza Del Sol. The room is very clean.     A short guide to Gran Via - Puerta Del Sol

    Musicals, hotels, shops and restaurants make the Gran Via a rich vein of entertainment, finishing in the east with the black dome of the Metropolis building. The heart of Madrid, the Puerta del Sol contains the statue of the symbolic bear of Madrid and Tio Pepe sherry sign.     Todo bien, sólo que se acabó el papel del baño y no había nadie para dar un nuevo rollo.Creo que deben cuidar más detalles de este tipo. La atención en recepción muy amable. En la calle demasiado ruido pero si no te molesta, se duerme bien.
