Staybridge Suites Denver - Cherry Creek

The hotel room was very comfortable and convenient. The location is perfect, directly across from a Super Target location and walking distance to the Cherry Creek Shopping District. The hotel is only a ten minute drive to downtown and twenty minutes to the Anschutz medical campus. The hotel backs up to the Four Mile Historic Park trail for both biking […] and walking/running and is alongside a beautiful green park! The common areas are fabulous: there is a pool, tennis court, basketball court, office area, dining area, and free movie and games cabinet. The breakfast has something for everyone and the rooms are ready with fully equipped kitchens to prepare anything you may want later in the day! If you forgot anything, there is even a convenience "store" downstairs at the front desk. The staff is incredibly helpful, as well, and the hotel is well kept and clean. The only negatives are that the mattresses are very soft, the walls are somewhat thin so you can hear neighboring televisions or children, and the wifi signal is not very strong. Still, whenever I need a hotel, I will return to the Staybridge Suites, as it is as, if not more, comfortable than my own home! Read more

The Hotel was comfortable other than the bed, It was way too hard. The suite itself was very comfortable and spacious. The cleanliness of the room itself would have gotten a better rating if were not for the womens underware found in one of the drawers. The service was so-so. For the money this was a nice hotel. Clean. Typical breakfast with make your own waffles. Did the job. Bed was not the most comfortable but again good for the money. Most important...the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Nice suite setup.

We had requested weekend cleaning - no one showed up on Saturday. We had to hook up the DVD player ourselves, moving furniture including a heavy armoire to do so. The bathtub didn't drain well. In spite of the fact that I made the reservation 6 weeks in advance, my request for a room with two beds was not honored, and the desk clerk on check-in made it clear that the reason was that I'd used Expedia, rather than booking directly. I asked about this later that evening when another clerk was on duty and was told that "technically, your room […] does have two beds" because it had a sleeper sofa. In addition, the heat wasn't working properly, but this was corrected next morning my a very pleasant maintenance person. What Expedia describes as a "standard suite" at this hotel is what the hotel itself calls a "studio suite" and has no separation between the sleeping area and the sitting area and bath. Went for the Broncos game and booked this hotel last minute. Didn't expect much but it was AWESOME. The kitchenette and spacious room were awesome. All amenities I needed. Right off of I-25 and across from Target so anything I needed was right there. Short drive to stadium and downtown.

We stayed at this Staybridge for 3 nights in late October. We found it to be very comfortable and in a good location. The front desk staff was friendly. We had a light bulb out in a lamp and the garbage disposal smelled bad. even thoughm my room was supposed to be non-smoking, smoke smell permeated the room. Maintenance issues were common - TV remote did not work, light bulbs were burnt out, the TV in the Exercise room did not work. We loved this hotel! Since we stayed in the two-bedroom suite, we had an abundance of space for our three kids. The towels and linens are very nice, the kitchen is well stocked, and the staff couldn't be nicer. The halls and elevator weren't well air-conditioned during our August visit, but that's the only negative comment we had.

I visit Denver every month and this the best place I've found -- and I've tried dozens of hotels in this price range. It's clean, attractive and the staff is great.
