Price and location were right. Grounds and maintainance inside and out were above average....flowers blooming everywhere! Front desk friendly and efficient. Room spacious and well appointed with 2 Q beds and new, big, flat screen TV (room 301). Towels were not lush, but there were 4 of them, so no issues!

This is a good choice if North Vancouver is your destination. Lots of shopping and eating in the market below the hotel, which is also where the parking is located. The more upscale and higher priced rooms get you further out towards the water, which can be worth it in terms of quiet and view.

Hotel was very clean and new. Hotel is in middle of Chinatown so you won't see many chain restaurants or food other than very traditional Asian.

Situated in Surrey, Sandman Suites Surrey-Guildford is close to Guilford Town Centre and Red Robinson Show Theatre. Additional regional attractions include Simon Fraser University and Metropolis at Metrotown.

"Sandman suites - Great family experience!"
If you are traveling with family or young kids, you have to try this place. The price is very reasonable and the stay is more like an apartment than hotel. It had a full size kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer and a balcony. Anyone traveling with kids knows these are worth alone by itself. "Nice Hotel"
Nice clean place to stay, but parking is a PAIN! Also, staff at the hotel resturant, Moxie's, are somewhat rude.

"sandman suites"
The only things I found disturbing was the lack of parking for overheight vehicles. The drunks at night and a brutally pathetic rewards program. The hotel itself was very comfortable, very secure and great central location.

"Accessability"
Accessability can mean many things but our suite had everything: wide doorways, lowered counter tops, plenty of room in the bathroom with appropriate mirrors, even lower towel racks, switches and temperture controls! It was wonderful!

The location of was very convenient. The room was awesome. Very comfortable, clean and roomy. I wish I could have stayed a day or 2 more. Thank You again

"Great room"
We were greeted by the male front desk staff every morning as we were leaving..not so much by the women. The room was fabulous and very clean, and even the sofabed was comfortable.The kids didn't want to leave. HAlf an hour from White Rock and Crescent Beach. Highly recommend this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our one night stay. It was a pleasant surprise to see the room had a kitchen suite and a fireplace. Not at all what i was expecting when I booked a regular room. Thank you!

Check in took 45 minutes. That is 45 minutes way too long.
"Last time staying here"
This was my third, and last stay at this location. It was probably as bad as a 2 night stay can be. 1. Yes its winter, my room was literally freezing upon arrival. The heater on full took nearly 3 hours to make the room warm enough for me to take my jacket off. 2. Unrequested wakeup call at 5 am. Called back down to complain. Apparently the last person […] in the room set that up. HOWEVER IT HAPPENED THE NEXT DAY TOO. 3. Room service ripoff. They say they add 15% to the bill for gratuity, which is fine. However when they arrive, and hand you the bill to sign. The section marked 15% gratuity is left blank. I asked the waitress if the tip was included. She told me "No, you can put whatever you like" So I put a normal tip, thinking maybe they dont do the automatic 15%. Only later to look over the bill and see they put the 15% blended in with the food charge, and tricked me into giving an extra tip as well. I ended up giving over 35% tip. Hotel was not able to help. "兄に会いに"
surryの町はずれにあり、車がないと不便です。歩いて10分くらいの所にショッピングモールがあります。地下で続いていて、どこまで続いているのかと最後までたどり着けませんでしたが、なんでもそろいます。 物価は安く中国人が多いせいか日本食はスーパーで手に入りますし、中華も美味しかった。 買い物をしてホテルのキッチンで作り、一週間滞在した 時には、住んでいたようで帰るのが寂しかったです。 ホテルとコンドミニアムの違いかな？ ただ、フロントに電話で頼んで、届いたことは一度もありませんでした。 愛想はいいですが、仕事はしませんね！ ちなみに言葉が通じていないと思うかも知れませんが、主人は英語圏の方なので、堪能です！

"長期滞在者には絶対お勧め"
このホテルには四年前にも泊まりました。サリーシティのギルフォードにあります。バンクーバーのダウンタウンに出るためにバスとスカイラインを使用して一時間十五分程度。歩いてスーパーやショッピングに行かれる、サリーシティの中では大変便利なホテルです。それにワンベッドルームのフルキッチン付きなので、快適に過ごせます。旅行しても洗濯物が溜まらずに済みましたし、毎日外食せずに済みました。フロントの方は皆様親切です。ただ、室内プールやジムなどの施設はありません。ｻﾝﾄﾞマンホテルはカナダのあちこちにありまして、マキシーというレストランバーが入っています。雰囲気は良いレストランですが、味はあまり良くありません。
"サンドマンスイーツサリー・ギルフォード"
私達の旅にはとても良く！レンタカーでの移動でしたので駐車代無料で部屋はキッチン・洗濯＆乾燥機付きで朝出かけるとメイドが使った食器類は食器洗浄機にて洗ってくれ当然ベッド等も元通り(^O^) アイロンも完備でwi-hiも使用出来ipadもサクサクでした。朝の軽食も無料でロビーにあり(パン・ジュース・コーヒー等)少々古く感じるが海外ならこんなもんでしょう。
