This place was really comfortable. Nice, large suite with sofa sleeper and king-sized bed. Nice desk and fridge / microwave in kitchenette with small sink. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood and our room was very quiet. There was a nice breakfast buffet, which included the standard fare of scrambled eggs, sausage, hard-boiled eggs, hot and cold cereal, […] fruit juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, muffins, and hot waffles. The staff at the hotel was very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at the hotel on purpose because other hotels with this same star rating had reviews that said they were in seedier neighborhoods. I felt very safe at this hotel. very good value, room was very clean, furnishings were updated and you felt good about just relaxing. staff were all very friendly. 4.8 stars out of 5. only minor negative was the elevator was very slow and a little suspect. we used the stairs. overall, we would definitely book there next time in dallas.

This was a nice hotel for the rate that we received. I would have liked to see more options for breakfast but what they had was pretty good. Our only complaint was that the housekeeper never replaced the glasses that we had used. In fact she took them on the first day and never brought a replacement. Just like my 1st stay, the hotel was great. Clean and comfortable room. Staff is very pleasant. It is located just half a mile from the Addison Convention Centre (where I had business the weekend of my stay). I'd be happy to stay here the next time I'm in the area.

It was a decent stay. The receptionist was a little rude when we checked in. Also, in the morning before we checked out the maid came and knocked then walked right in before even giving us a chance to get to the door just to ask if we were checking out. I feel that the front desk should know if we were checking out due to our reservation so no one should […] have to knock to ask. Also, it was at 9 am. Checkout is not until 12 noon. The maid came 3 times until finally the third time I told her to not come back. This was all before 11am. I do not like being rushed out. However the breakfast was good and the room was decent. We arrived after midnight to find our air unit was not working, maintance promptly came up and tried to fix it with no avail. So we moved rooms, though this room had a very annoying vibration in the walls. Found out it was the air units on top of hotel and all rooms on that end would have the same noise. So they moved us again, this time down a floor. […] They were very kind and accommodating, we were tired but patient. We did get settled in a room and the next three days were quiet and peaceful. I did have to put pillows at the bottom of the door frame because so much light came in. But overall the staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was good and location was perfect for us. My wife my baby girl and I stayed here last weekend while a huge sporting teams were there as well occupying the whole hotel. We got a nice room right next to stairwell where we heard kids running up and down playing around smoking in stairwell. by the time we left two days later the staff accused my family of smoking in our room and charged us a smokers […] fee they first apologized when I got upset but our checkout bill still had fee. I was initially concerned about the quality of the facility due to the incredible bargain price listed on Hotels.com ; thus, I did a drive-by before booking. I was amazed to see it was very clean and in a great location. Just one block from the great dining options on Belt Line, easy access to Dallas Parkway among other major interstates, and close […] to the Galleria. I was able to use the free wifi in the parking lot to book the room. I originally booked 1 night but decided to book a second one after the great experience. Very clean, great staff, and incredible rates. I have traveled to and stayed in the area 4 times in the last 6 months and this is by far the best price out there. I have stayed at other locations and paid three times the price for less amenities. Free wifi, parking, and breakfast. I will always select this location for future travel plans. Paradise Bakery & Cafe is a must along with Elite Massage (roughly 2-3 miles away). Read more

Very nice stay. I don't know if the rooms are worth the asking price, but we got a promotional discount thru a website. The breakfast is probably the best part. Everything is kept hot, replaced, and new all the way up to the cut off time.

I was not very happy about my abbreviate room that supposedly housed a king size bed. (I have seen king size beds and that was not one of them as I requested.) The bed was not very comfortable and a bit hard. I did not rest well there. On the flip-side, the continental breakfast was worth getting up for.

seems recently renovated. all carpet were clean, new, and has beatuful colors. The room was clean, smelled fresh, new carpet, furniture, wall paper. it was a comfortable stay. The room may be relatively smaller than other suites, but was furnished appropriately, therfeore, was very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and we love this hotel. The bed sleeps wonderfully, staff is extra nice, the breakfast is awesome and the location is perfect for anything from shopping to dining to late night entertainment. The only complaint I have this time is the room wasn't clean as it usually is, but we had Lysol.
