This was by far the best hotel my daughter and I stayed in during our Europe vacation. The room was large and clean, the bathroom ladies was designed for us. Large standup shower very large separate tub, towel warmer and large sink and was very clean. The price is really good for this quality.

Great place but a bit off the center of the city - but closer to Industrial area of Origgio. Malpensa is about 45 KM away with a very good Malpensa-Milan Express train service available to Seranno and Linnate about 60 KM away. Milan Station is about 45 minutes away by taxi on a good day. Train service from Serrano to Milan (close to hotel) is infrequent. Service provided is excellent with the staff being cheerful and helpful. Breakfast is good as in most of Europe (unlike England!). Great room size and well maintained.

If you have to pass a night by the airport this place is perfect,you have it all state of the art room with comfortable bad,all kind of small gadget nice amenities and a spa, just know that once in Italy you might have some small surprise early check in fees 30 € and if you want non stop wi fi or to be in a lounge were you have nice wine and fingertips food you add 30 € other than that you can relax and be ready to your next flight

This is a rather strange looking hotel from the exterior, but the interior is fine. Wonderful breakfast which was included with the room rate. We took... the subway into Milan which was easy. We did have to drive to the subway which took approx. 15 minutes. We liked the small town the hotel was in but it is limited in terms of restaurants. Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas’ glass and steel structure echoes the forms of hills and mountains, surrounded by greenery and water features. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed early evening drinks chatting with the barman, the olives, nuts, crisps, and small pieces of toast drenched in olive oil with various lovely toppings, went down a treat and made us feel so relaxed, we thoroughtly enjoyed our 2 night stay before we had to head off.....

Great hotel - location suited us perfectly as we were visiting family nearby. The rooms were nicely renovated, very clean and comfortable. The ability to drive up and park next to the room was handy as wel. Wi-fi did not work during our stay however staff did everything possible to try and fix the problem (albeit unsucessfully). buono se si ha una camera al primo e secondo piano mentre al piano terra l'esterno è piuttosto deprimente.Nel mio caso,dopo insistenza,sono stato spostato dal piano terra al primo piano.Particolarmente comodo per l'auto che puoi portare fino alla porta d'ingresso della camera.Buono il ristorante .
