This is not a luxurious place by any means. However its super quite and very relaxing! I would not mind staying there again as it was a good price and the whirlpool tub was a great feature!

The decor of their princess rooms matches what you probably imagine a Las Vegas honeymoon suite to look like, mirrors on the ceiling Whirlpool tub next to the bed. Everything was going well for our stay until about 3 am, when we were awoken by a dripping sound in the tub. While I first thought it was a leaky faucet, it turns out it was dripping from […] the ceiling (we were on the first floor and it wasn't raining). By 7 am it was dripping out of three different light fixtures. The hotel staff was very apologetic, but couldn't really do anything for us since we were checking out. I assume they fixed the problem, but the event probably says something about the maintenance and upkeep of this hotel that's hidden by the flashy mirrors and catchy room names. The room was ok, but it was so loud. We could hear our neighbor when they were showering. I believe it's the pipe and water pressure from the walls. It so loud that it would wake us up every morning. It was pretty bad. The room needs a rennovation because the carpet is pretty old.

Fantasy inn is just a name, this was a very nice hotel for a weekend away in the summer months Tahoe hotels/motels become very pricey. Our stay was very comfortable great bed in the room very comfortable, large jetted tub and large shower were a plus as well. the room had a very nice and comfy seating area and a fireplace which well worked very good […] at heating room in chilly tahoe night.the only thing we felt need attention was the bath vanity area it was rather small & hard for 2 people to use together but we were in no hurry to get anywhere just a relaxing weekend away. Hotel is close to local recreation and a short drive or a little walk to casino areas. wouldnt walk in the winter months but definitely in the summer time. The hotels name conjours thoughts of of romantic escape for couples but really it was a very relaxing and comfy room we had. we Stayed in the Penthouse room and other than bath vanity area thats what we felt like too. The rooms are extremely quite, you do not hear any outside noise and since this is a adult hotel you do not hear kids running around in the hall. The hot tub in the room is very nice and big, perfect way to end the day. The bed was nice and big but was disappointed because it was not comfortable at all to sleep on. My husband and I stayed here for two nights, celebrating our 28th Anniversary. The decor may be a bit outdated, but we were very satisfied with the room, the comfort, and the ammenities (the jacuzzi tub). We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again ourselves.

The room was nice,it had everything that it says and then some. They have a view of the ski slope and gondolas that cant be beat. This hotel is centrally located, you can walk to most destinations..ie..Lake,Skiing,shopping,casinos,restaraunts. While the whole theme is fun to play out and having the big jaccuzzi tub is a definite plus, this hotel lacks attention to detail. Our room had blown out speakers so no music, the jets on the tub did not work and the TV did not have the listed channels including the digital music channels. I would not recommend this hotel. I was told that it was under new management and that it had been remodeld and updated. That was not true. It is old and musty smelling and somewhat skanky. The rooms are large and they do have spas and mirrors on the ceiling...so if that is what you are looking for...then that will fill the bill. The hotel smelled really bad. Our room smelled very musty and the hallways reeked of marijuana. I'm almost positive it was the front desk guy who was smoking. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. None of the TV channels or radio worked in our room. I was very disappointed for the amount of money we paid for this room.

Yes, that is correct. There was a very visable (maid was easily able to see it) blood stain on our sheets. The bed is ridiculously uncomfy. When the manager found out about our sheets he switched us rooms and told us that they were in the process of replacing all sheets. Will I ever stay here again? No!
