Far from clubs except pacha 20 min walking distance.. but from town you need a cab or walk 35 to 45 min, had an awesome view, our back yard was the beautiful beach.

The hotel has an excellent location right on the beach and there are several restaurants within walking distance on the boardwalk. --which you definitely will need to utilze. I think that the hotel is overvalued ,this is not a 3 star hotel , at least 2 or less stars , the pool area and the gardens looks dirty . The hotel had a great location. The food is very basic. I felt like I was on a family cruise ship. A lot of fairly young kids running around so we avoiding hanging out there because its was a bit to rowdy. I liked that there were mostly Europeans there and not trendy so it was comfortable and slightly out and away from the scene.

I was disappointed in this hotel. I had pretty decent reviews of the hotel so thought I would give it a try. After checking into our hotel room we notice that our Air Conditioning was not working. I informed front desk and was told to close the windows..the windows were already closed so she said they would send a service tech. 6 hours later and no […] tech had showed up I went back to the same front desk girl and she said they same thing..to close the windows and that she would send a tech. About 2am I woke up in a deep sweat and still no tech had came. I went back to the front desk and finally someone else was working and told him what I had gone through earlier in the day. He said close the windows.. I then got upset and he finally came to the room to check the windows and he realized that no windows or door was open and the air conditioning was actually broken. He put us in another room for the night with air conditioning (not great air but it did work). We went from a room with 3 twin beds to a room with 1 double bed. I was told to come back tomorrow at noon to move back into my room. Well being I am on vacation I cannot wait around the hotel all day to change rooms. I went early that morning before going to beach and was told the room was not ready yet. We went to beach and came back around 6pm and then tried to check in our room where I was told the room was being used by someone else because the hotel was over booked. I was then told I would have to stay in the current room the rest of the week. 2 days later the lock on our door broke and we were locked out of our room for about 30 min. Hotel looks decent but I would not stay again or if i did i would not do breakfast again (its basically beans and bread). Read more

This hotel in Talamanca was perfect. It is right on the beach, not too big, friendly staff, buffets nice, and right next to the big town. It has the feeling of a remote small cove with a small town and shops, restaurants etc., but for about 1 1/2 Euros you can take the bus from right out front and go downtown in 5 minutes and have all the shopping, […] and nightlife you want. It is great to have a car also some of the time and go exploring the island and its many beaches. Ocean view room with an extra bed is the way to go, and include some meals for the best value. I had half board and was super happy with that. There is a nice walk along the ocean and out to a point right in front of the hotel. A small store to purchase water, wine and whatever just minutes from the hotel. I had a refrigerator in my room and kept drinks handy in that. I was there for 2 weeks and I did notice as the discos opened for the summer the noise level with young people coming in at night disrupting to my sleep. Probably better to avoid June-August if this would bother you. This is not an adult only hotel, but mostly adults. I thought it advertised itself to be adult only. I did not expect much out of this hotel honestly. It is very basic and offers neccessities alright!! My only complain was that the room was only made once duting my 4 day stay. I understand that I was still sleeping when usually housekeeping came by I would expect them to try again afterall i would usually be up by 11... Very good location, right on the beach. Sea view rooms are really worth it, especially since all rooms have balcony. Parking : Free open parking but with limited space or Gated parking for 5$ a day. Rooms and beds are very simple but OK. Food : do not eat there....breakfast at the most.

It's right on the beach, nice restaurants and bars nearby to get lunch during the day. Hotel Playa Real is just minutes away from Ibiza town, which you can get to by boat or taxi (I recommend boat, it only takes 15 minutes and its gorgeous at sunset) Talamanca, the area Hotel Playa Real is situated in, is perfect for a relaxing holiday as it's in a […] nice area away from the madness of San Antonio but it's still near all the main nightclubs if you're away with friends. The hotel itself is really impressive for a 3 star, the staff were very friendly, the pool area was perfect (but get up early to put a towel out if you want a seat by the pool!) and the rooms were spotless and had all the neccessary utilities for a comfortable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my week in Ibiza and a lot of my reason for enjoying it is because Hotel Playa Real was such a great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Ibiza! Read more

After staying in this hotel for 10 days i have to say it was not a good experience. The personal was incompetent to make the simplest drink or provide me with towels that were forgotten by the cleaning service. The carpets throughout the hotelroom looked almost black with dirty, the ceiling around the smelly air conditioner had mold around it. The beds […] couldn't have been more uncomfortable and the 13" TV could barely display any picture at all. Day after day the bathroom was left uncleaned, no new towels were left and no shampoo either. On the front the hotel was on a superbusy road and located next to a swamp. Siamo appena rientrati dalle vacanze fatte ad Ibiza con soggiorno all' hotel Playa Real di Talamanca e ci riteniamo davvero soddisfatti. Eravamo un gruppo di 8 persone dai 15 ai 50 anni e la posizione dell'hotel è stata davvero favorevole per tutti: se si resta in hotel c'è un piccolo intrattenimento ogni sera mentre si si vuole andare in centro, l'hotel […] si trova a soli 3 km dal porto di Ibiza e con il taxi lo si raggiunge in meno di 5 minuti. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel ci siamo trovati davvero bene, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, parlano e capiscono bene anche l'italiano. l'hotel è stato ristrutturato recentemente ma non in tutte le sue parti infatti avevamo 2 stanze più nuove e comode mentre le altre 2 erano molto strette. la pulizia delle stanze avviene tutti i giorni e ogni giorno cambiano sia asciugamani che lenzuola. Evitare le stanze al primo piano perchè sono sulla strada e quindi molto rumorose a qualsiasi orario. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, ogni giorno sempre un menu diverso e molto vario, solo la pasta è sconsigliata in quanto sempre scotta e sciapa. Infelizmente nossa estadia no hotel foi muito ruim. De bom só mesmo a localização em Talamanca. Roupa de cama e banho velhas, finas e mal cuidadas. A comida incluída muito mal feita e o café da manhã intragável, de máquina; sucos artificiais horríveis. No site é dito que o estacionamento do hotel é gratuito, mas tivemos que pagar pelo estacionamento […] vigiado. Erg leuk hotel, in perfecte buurt. 5 min. lopen naar de boot, die je naar Ibiza stad brengt. Direct aan zee, goede service, lekker eten, zeker voor een 3 sterren-hotel. 's Nacts last van lawaai door medetoeristen gehad, kreeg voor de nacht erop een andere kamer toegewezen die meer rust bood. Ett hotell som är lämpligt om man söker det lugna och lite mer avlägsna Ibiza. Det finns mysiga små restauranger direkt på stranden. Promenad till Eivissa tar ca 30-40 min och sker genom trevliga kvarter och hamnområdet. Majoriteten av personerna i receptionen var både ovilliga och okunniga när man bad om hjälp.
