We have stayed at this hotel on several different occasions and have never been disappointed in the service or cleanliness. The Saturday night flamenco show was very entertaining. The food in the bar was excellent. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, albeit for overnight only. The room was clean and well equipped, very comfortable and near to the old town. I would strongly recommend this hotel for tourist and business travellers.

My stay was business (in Cadiz) and my wife took the opportunity to relax. We were in building 6 and our room was beautiful. The service was great and the pool was wonderful. Our stay was six nights and I was working 5 of the days. The hotel was a nice retreat from the noise of Cadiz which was only a 25 min train ride away. We were able to walk to several nice spots in the surrounding neighborhood. "Pizzeria Da Dos" was great. We liked Puerto Santa Maria due to the fact that we encountered less tourists yet were able to go to Cadiz at the drop of a hat. Taxis, wine, food, and trains were inexpensive but high quality. One complaint: The hotel said it had wifi but it was not working except in the lobby on one couch. Highly recommend.

I had a very comfortable stay at Los Cantaros. I was in town for a wedding and the staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful with helping me find items that i needed and also in pointing out restaurants and helping with transport, etc. The cafe downstairs is also very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I was pleased to see that it was newly renovated and modern. Overall, the value for this hotel is phenomenal.

the hotel has a great view of the soccer stadium that it is connected to. guests can have a snack or drink from the cafe and step out on to the patio to watch the game. there are several bars around the satdium and a main shopping center a short walk from the hotel. access to the airport was fast and affordable by taxi. be sure to try the jamon iberica with a glass of fino

An attractive little town, Jerez is famous for sherry (a corruption of its name) and its equestrian school. Several bodegas invite visitors to see how sherry is made. The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art is open to the public daily to watch training, with a show every Thursday. The hotel was noise , one night we were hearing the noise from the broken toilet upstairs , was really bad , the doors from the next rooms was so noisy , you could hear what they were talking about in the next rooms .

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in 2012 and chose it again for a one night stay on our way to Seville. On this occasion we had a hire car and managed to get on street parking although we had to feed the meter. The staff are so friendly and when we checked in the guy even remembered us from the previous year. We requested a top floor room overlooking […] the square and that is what we got. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Granted, they are a bit dated and have seen better days but they are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Some other reviews have mentioned stained carpets etc. and yes this is the case and the hotel could maybe do with sprucing up but for the location & price I don't think anyone can complain. The square on which the hotel sits has a couple of bars and shops and it is literally a 2 minute walk to the main square and shopping streets of Jerez and the Alcazar. There are lots of great places to eat & partake of the local sherry within a short stroll. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Read more

This was return visit was not as happy as this stay was uncomfortably cold in room.not enoughblankets or pillows andno spares in room.no heating in room despite it being winter. However staff were very goodand helpful.

Das Einchecken erfolgte problemlos. Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals waren durchweg rudimentär. Der Eingangsbereich machte einen gemütlichen, ordentlichen Eindruck. Die Größe unseres Doppelzimmers war angemessen, ebenso Größe und Ausstattung des anliegenden Badezimmers. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch, großzügigen Kleiderschrank […] sowie Klimaanlage, Minikühlschrank und Telefon. Die Sicht auf den schönen Platz vor dem Hotel aus den Fenstern war sehr angenehm. Die Fenster ließen sich öffnen. Das Bad war mit Duschbad, Waschbecken, Bidet und WC ausgestattet. Eine Zimmerreinigung mit Auswechseln der Handtücher erfolgte täglich. Ein WLAN-Zugang war auf Nachfrage problemlos erhältlich, die Bandbreite und Signalqualität mittelmäßig. Nach dem Auschecken war es problemlos möglich, das Gepäck noch mehrere Stunden in einem abgeschlossenen Raum unterzubringen. Das Hotel liegt 5 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Direkt vor dem Hotel stehen regelmäßig Taxis bereit, mehrere Buslinien fahren circa viertelstündlich. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es mehrere Cafés mit gutem, günstigen und typisch spanischem Frühstück. Ebenso sind zahlreiche Tapas-Bars und ein Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Taxifahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel kostet in etwas 14,00 €. Wer die Stadt, die Menschen, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Wetter und Essen kennen lernen und genießen möchte und nicht in einem Luxuspalast wohnen will ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Read more

El hotel no está mal, en general. Es correcto, sin pretensioines. Pero nos tocó una habitación muy pequeña, además se había caído la cortina y tuvimos que tener la persiana bajada todo el tempo para mantener un mínimo de intimidad porque justo delante de la ventana había una zona de acceso exterior.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es sind etwas 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Plaza Arenal und der Fußgängerzone der Innenstadt. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer haben ein Fenster nah außen und eine gut funktionerende Klimaanlage. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

el hotel esta muy bien de precio pero esta claro que no lo reconmendaria por que la linpieza deja mucho que desear tubimos que bajar nosotros para pedir el gel , el primer dia nos dejaron toallas para los tres pero los dias siguientes tubimos que estar compartiendola por que no abia suficiente. y la habitacion solo baciaban la papelera y hacian las […] camas pero no barrieron ni fregaron el suelo ni un solo dia y el polvo habia bastante. por otro lado ha una de las ventanas le faltaba la persiana y entraba bastante claridad. sin el barlo por lo que a mi respepta no lo recomiendo ni vovere como no mejore la linpieza. Veldig fornoyd med mitt opphold paa dette hotellet i Jerez. Hotellet har super beliggenhet med kort avstand til baade togstasjon og sentrum av byen (Plaza Arenal). Helt ok service, og fine rom. Passe stort, rent og pent. Jeg bor mer en gjerne paa dette hotellet ved en senere anledning.
