I loved my three night stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Seattle Kirkland the hotels staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable:) I would highly recommend it and when I'm in Seattle again I will be staying here:)

This was a bit older of a Motel, but I was very impressed how clean it was.I was very happy with the service people. Very friendly and helpful. I missed my plane and they were very good to me and I stayed there one more night. The price is in relationship with the kind of motel this and i was pleased. They deserve their / your business. Their breakfast is only muffins and orange juice.

"Very impressed"
We had stayed here 12 months ago before the upgrade and thought it was very good price and quality, and so close to Space Needle, Music Experience etc. Returned again to find its now even better. Did not use the restaurant, but did get room service breakfast which was way above average. Terrific bedding and cleanliness, modern updated bathrooms, nice […] tv and easy chair. Very courteous and helpful staff,and being a woman traveller I appreciate the nice safe underground parking. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit. Read more
they never mentioned anything about extra 12$ per day for parking while booking over the phone. The promised us 2 adjacent rooms but when we got there they gave us 2 rooms on 2 different floors. Despite a commercial bldg construction site across the street we liked the tucked away location. We walked the less than 2 miles to Pike St market. New York Pizza restaurant less than 2 blocks away was a good meeting spot with friends. It was far away from Harborview Medical Center. I was told it was close. It cost a fortune in cab rides. The cafe does not serve lunch and it is way out of the restaurant area. Nothing worked; the vending machines were both down on our floor. The phone would not hang up. The beds were very comfortable. The bedding first class. Wished there was a refrigerator. Very clean and comfortable. Close to Space Needle and monorail. No views but wasn't a factor. Construction going on next to hotel.
"Poor Guest Service and construction surrounding"
The front desk agents and staff I encountered all had poor attitudes and seemed to lack the understanding that they work in 'hospitality'. I've been a Front Desk Manager at a four star resort and know that it's not always fun to work at a hotel, but you have to at least pretend to be nice and friendly...

The desk staff and the young woman at the dinner bar where ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! These are the people I interacted with and they went out of their way to assist me. They were the positive in my trip to Seattle. My only downside was getting to the hotel. Even with a map I got lost several times. After that I had things figured out. Dennis

I must say, The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful! It was my first time in seattle, and everything my pretty convinient. there is a 24 hour market one block up and the space needle was a walk away! the housekeeping staff know how to clean a room! there is not one shortcut! i would definantly come to this hotel again, great job!
"Excellent Stay"
We found this Hotel to be Wonderful. Price was much lower than others in area. The Bed is the nicest I have ever slept on. The Staff were great and check out at 12 is a little later than most hotels. I give this the highest recomendation.

Staff was very helpful, they even up-graded our room upon arrival, and the room was very clean and comfortable. White down comfortors on the beds were spotless! Dining room staff was great, so was our food... If I ever have to return to Seattle, I will definately stay here again. I recomend 4 Points to everyone...
"Perfect place to stay..."
The room was great: big comfy king bed, nice bedding, nice bathroom and huge t.v. There weren't the cheap frills of a lot of hotels--like free breakfast, but that was just fine with us. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and will look for other Four Points when we are traveling elsewhere.

Highly recommend. Our room was EXTREMELY clean. Bathroom was very clean. Bath tiles were bright white. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk was friendly and had good recommendations on how to save on parking. Great rates in comparison to other hotels in the area. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

"Near the Seattle Space Needle and Museums"
This was a great experience overall. I booked the room to celebrate my Grandma's 88th B-day. The staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel was cozy and clean. The hotel is located near the monorail and takes you downtown to the shops and sights. I will definitely stay here again.

As we approached the hotel, I got nervous because it is almost completely on 99. But it is a little jem of a place, completely new and remodeled. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms now that the renovation is done. Very comfortable beds/bedding. The only issue we had was the television signal kept shutting off .

My main complaint was the hallways were a bit warm on my floor. I was told this was being worked on. The other complaint was the practice now of charging for parking ($12/night).

This was a great hotel for what we wanted. Close to Seattle center, Olympic sculpture park and a short drive to downtown! Had a few restaurants by it but not a lot but nothing was too far either walking or driving . The hotel was very accommodating. We usually would go for something downtown and in a highrise building but i chose somethin quainter this time around and was very pleased! "Very nice hotel, great location"
This hotel has been newly remodeled. Everything is new and nice. Our room was comfortable and impecable. The location is wonderful, walking distance from the Space Needle and other Seattle sights. We stayed here to visit a bit of the city before leaving on a cruise to Alaska, and the hotel also made arrangements for a shuttle to pick us up and take […] us to the pier. The free Internet in the lobby was great too! The only glitch was that we booked the hotel when it was still under a different name and policy, so there were some problems with our original reservation (specifically the fact that our old contract listed a free continental breakfast, which the new hotel does not offer. But they did honor our original reservation about breakfast, and we greatly appreciated that). We were also there while parts of the hotel were still being remodeled, and while we were away they changed our room door and we were unable to use our key. It took a while to reprogram it. Room was ok. The hotel backs up to a very busy intersection, but when the windows are closed, you don't hear it. When I booked the room it was a Comfort Inn and said they had a continental breakfast. Close to the space needle, make music center, and about a 20 minute walk to downtown & pike's place. Friendly staff and most importantly, we felt comfortable in our very clean and spacious room.
"Formerly Comfort suites"
The hotel was just in the process of being changed over to Four Points. Construction still going on and a bit of chaos. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The first day they never did clean the room at all. The second day they remade the bed, but didn't replenish the coffee, etc. The breakfast consisted of a bag with muffin and some bars, choice […] of apple, orange, or banana, and coffee and tea. We had a great stay. The hotel is continuing to upgrade the property so there is a little chaos with the construction project but nothing that affected our stay.

The hotel was nice and the location was quiet, but they are in the middle of a remodel when I went and the place is a mess. Rooms are nice with a large bathroom and were clean. The television only had six channels, but again likely due to the remodel (did include HBO though) and was not a big concern to me. "An OK Hotel"
We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Check-in took a few minute but the clerk was awesome. Rooms were clean, free laundry really helped us out. My kids were on the foldout couch. The fan was directly over the couch and was very loud. The kids did not get a good nights sleep and were very tired the next day. Breakfast was very mediocre. "Comfort Suites Seattle WA , Downtown"
The hotel was under construction and the ground floor was sheetrock and contractors. However, the web site said they were in the middle of a remodel of the ground floor and the price compensated for the inconvenience. The room was clean and well appointed, the location was excellent, and the breakfast sack and coffee were perfect.
