"clean hotel with nice staff but very, very loud."
the hotel was decent, it was clean, the staff was nice. They had us in a room by noon. We had just finished an Alaskan cruise and it was a $10 can ride away. all the other reviewers mentioned how great the location of the hotel was, I do not agree. It is a about a 7 minute walk to the space needle but that is pretty much it. it was at least 20-25 minute […] walk to pike place or anything fun downtown, and really once you go to the needle everything else is in different areas. We walked 20-30 minutes or took the bus to get to nice restaurants. but the worst thing about the hotel was the noise. it was so loud!!! we were on the 1st floor so it may have been better on a higher floor but we could hear every single person in the hallway. and the people above us were so loud we barely got rest. for the money, I would have spent an extra $50 to stay downtown close to pike place. "Close to Key arena and the space needle."
Staff very friendly and helpful, thank you! I was able to walk to the Space Needle while my daughter and her friends were at the One Direction Concert.Genuine Expedia guest review
"okay but too far to walk to anything"
Building was going on right outside which made it noisy. Paying for parking at the hotel is ridiculous.Genuine Expedia guest review
BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION ON SIDE OF HOTELGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location to walk to Seattle Center"
Very nice. Just lots construction made it difficult to navigate to in the dark. Parking garage very secure. Breakfast a little pricey.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel walking distance to sites"
Although the hotel was nice, it would have been helpful if the staff would've told us where we could catch the bus, lite line, and other facts to help make our exploration of Seattle easier. The staff was social with each other. At times, it was difficult to get their attention, but once they recognized you they did accommodate.Genuine Expedia guest review
The staff was friendly and cordial, and open to help the guests when necessaryGenuine Expedia guest review
"How to correct problem"
When I got in the hotel they had a lot of problem with the alarm of the hotel. And a lot of guest were completing but the manager gave to all the people a explanation of the problem and help allGenuine Expedia guest review
We checked in on Friday 7/19/13 and went to our room—everything was fine and as expected. Saturday morning a note was slipped under our door stating that there would be a 30-minute power outage Sunday morning starting at 6:00am due to work the City of Seattle was performing in the neighborhood, and another 30-minute blackout at 5pm. Although they knew […] about this matter prior to our check-in, they did not inform us at the time, but rather chose to slide a note under our door overnight. A about 2:20am the hotel's fire alarm went off. We quickly got dressed and joined 100+ other hotel guests in various stages of undress standing in the hotel parking lot. 10 minutes later the Fire Dept arrived and entered the hotel. Five minutes later a hotel employee came out of the lobby with a flashlight waving, telling us we could return to our rooms. Over the course of the next six hours or so, the fire alarm went off 9 more times! When we checked out at 9am, the hotel's single elevator was not working, so we had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs to the lobby. The person at the desk asked for our email address and told us that "When things settle down later today, you will receive an email showing a discount" due to the inconveniences. It is more than 24-hours since we checked out and we have not received any communication from the hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Overall a happy experience"
The only thing that I didn't like was the extra parking charge. I think the rooms were expensive enough to cover the parking coast. Everything else was excellent, the food was amazing, fresh pesto pizza.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to the Space Needle and Monorail"
We were very pleased with the Sheraton Four Points. The location was convenient and had a grocery store, Starbucks, a McDonald's and a reasonably priced neighborhood restaurant within 3 blocks. The laundry room was very helpful as we were going on a cruise and needed to wash some clothes. Great transportation to Pier 91. Beds were very comfortable and […] the entire hotel was very well cared for. They get 5 stars from us. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was Ok in general. After 10AM breakfast menu is very limited. It should be more efficient based on the demand and occupancy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bed was too comfy!"
Seattle was pretty hot when I stayed at the Four Points. The room was great except for the cable. It kept cutting in and out which was annoying, but I didn't really watch much and the bed made up for it. The staff was very helpful and I would most likely stay there again and recommend it to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great room, but had I done a little more research we would not have stayed here only because there is no pool which made my 9 year old's stay a little less fun. Great place for tourists who dont plan on sticking around the hotel muchGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel close to the Space Needle"
We came for the Seattle To Portland Bike Ride, so we stayed only one night. Everything worked very well for us. There are nice restaurants in the vicinity.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Motel like facility"
Motel like facility. Staff cordial but not friendly. Road construction with jack hammers outside our window 6AM to 9PM Saturday, and started again 6AM Sunday. When we ate dinner at this facility Saturday evening there was only one wait staff for the dining room and outside patio. I would not stay at this facility againGenuine Expedia guest review
"Really comfortable average service"
The room was really clean and comfortable and the hotel is close to the Space Needle. However the staff member we checked in wasn't friendly at all. Feels like we were kind of bothering him. And the breakfast buffet was really disappointed. We waited 1h in the line to find everything almost empty and had to wait more til it was refilled.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good place to stay"
Their is plenty of parking under the hotel and secured by a chain gate. It cost $15 a day. Elevator is handy to the floor you are staying on. Rooms are small, but very nice and clean. Nice linens and comfortable beds. Room was quite. Restaurant in hotel has a limited menu.Genuine Expedia guest review
Excellent location. So easy to get the metro rail from here. So close u can walk to get it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fairly nice hotel, no pool but close to events"
For the most part service was good. There are staff members who made he visit quite pleasant.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Best Place for the Money Downtown!!"
Really nice staff - not sure I've had a better experience as far as that goes! Plus for the rate we paid, the room was wonderful - very comfy bed, flat screen TV, very clean, nice lobby, very cool little courtyard, and room service (good food too!). Plus the overnight parking was only $15 in their garage - try and find anything that low downtown. Easy […] place to take a taxi to/from and when we were leaving to go out that night and the cabs were a 45 minute wait, they had a town car available to us that was also very reasonable! I've stayed in Seattle quite a few times & I can't say enough good! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Hotel in Central Location"
The location was perfect for visiting various areas of Seattle. Loved the free street parking. Staff was friendly. Room was small, but we didn't spend any time in it! No complaints.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel in city center"
I was in town for a couple days and this was a great place to stay. It's a couple blocks away from the Space Needle and other nearby attractions. It's also a very reasonable walk to downtown and the waterfront. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator is slow but that's not really problem. Also, there's complimentary wifi throughout […] the hotel but I had a difficult time getting a steady signal from the many access points. I've stayed with Four Points in other locations as well and this facility met all of my expectations and needs for a hassle free weekend in Seattle. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, great location, very safe."
Easy check in, close to downtown and the Seattle Space Needle, secured parking, inexpensive compared to surrounding hotels, very clean and quiet.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel light on amenities"
We were happy with the hotel overall. Good location next to space needle and monorail. Bed was only ok. The biggest thing for our family is the room didn't come with a small refrigerator or microwave. We had to request them and pay an extra $10 each per night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Happy on Seattle! All Points of Interest..."
Staff did an excellent Job. Gave us an upgrade they made for a VERY comfortable Stay. Management was Very helpful in getting us where we wanted to go, and sharing Points of Interest! Will share the Good News with all my Friends! Very Clean all over, and Very Helpful. Walking distance to Space Needle, and other Points of interest.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Horrible elevators....waited for up to 5 minutes for them on a 4 story building.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel, rooms, and bathrooms were all very clean. Not many amenities (ie. free breakfast and pool) but a great place to stay if that's not important. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in and I've stayed in many!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel close from Space Needle & marathon"
it was very close from Space Needle & I've liked it more since it was very close from Rock & Roll marathon finish line!Genuine Expedia guest review
We had an issue with our booking that hotel management resolved with service that was much, much more than we would have ever expected. All of the staff were just wonderful. We will go back there!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beautiful hotel, great location, great food"
Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and bedding, great food and large portions in the dining room. Helpful and accommodating staff. It was a little noisy: people talking while in the halls (but I think that happens everywhere) and the cleaners in the rooms next door.Genuine Expedia guest review
Service was good and room was nice for the price. We wanted to stay in Downtown Seattle but cheaply. We had a room on the street level so no view. Bare minimum in the room - no fridge. Close to the Seattle Center but a little bit of a walk to the water and market area. Overall a nice stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My room was located on the 2nd floor and I can hear everything that was being said in the looby...horrible room and location and nothing really decent in walking distance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pretty good hotel at price range."
This hotel was okay except the location. The area is under construction so it's hard for us to find the place.Genuine Expedia guest review
When we checked in, they immediately offered to eset up our ride to the cruise ship in the morning. I love their free compouters/usage in the lobby area...what a great plus!Genuine Expedia guest review
staff was great, room very nice, Bed super comfy----very happyGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very easy to get to local attractions."
Stay was brief, but nice. Room was small, but very clean and up to date. Loved that it was close and easy to get to Seattle Center. Took the monorail from there to Pike's Place Market. Great experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location if not construction"
The staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating. They had a great program where you could opt-out of housekeeping service and earn a $5 voucher toward the bar or restaurant. Another perk was the Wednesday evening "grill and chill" where there was free appetizers and beer on tap. The location was good if you don't have a car, convenient o a lot […] of bus routes. Short walk to the EMP, space needle, monorail and science center. There's also a 24 hour pharmacy and grocery store right around the corner which is good. Unfortunately, there's a lot of construction around right now so a lot of the sidewalks are closed and bus routes are interrupted which was difficult to navigate but not by fault of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was very friendly and helpful, I wish that the hotel was closer to downtown than it was but it was relatively not too bad.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient. Close to the space needle."
it was a good experience overall, except the staff kept knocking on our door despite we had the 'do not disturb' hanging.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Within walking distance...for alot"
Staff is great, very helpful. Theres a gap between breakfast and happy hour so dont plan on getting a mid afternoon unless its from the self serve. Its very close to alot of attractions but its not an easy walk.Genuine Expedia guest review
Overall- a quite pleasant stay. Good location, helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms. I can recommend.Genuine Expedia guest review
We loved the hotel. Very pretty. The courtyard with fireplace and fountain was so fun.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Exceptional room because of upgrade. No free breakfast a downer.Genuine Expedia guest review
"first time in Seattle"
Located just a few blocks away from the Space Needle. From space needle you can take the mono rail to the market and plenty of shopping and sight seeing along the waterfront. Strongly suggest eating at Ettas for a higher end meal. Breakfast at Citizen was amazing! Citizen just a block away. Packed with locals on weekend mornings. Get there between 7 […] and 8 to avoid the rush. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great stay, great location"
Lovely hotel - could not be nicer or better situated close to many attractions - like Chihuly Glass Museum. Easy to get to Pike;s Place market and reasonabally close $15 parking in their ramp. Neighborhood was quiet and what a treat to have the window open overnight and without noisy pedestrians.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our checkin time was 3:00 pm, we arrived early at 11:00 to see if we could pay for our parking so we could walk to Folk Life Festival. Our room was ready and waiting they got us all checked in and the parking garage is a underground parking with locking gates, non accessible without a pass. No charge for early check in and a very pleasent staff to work […] with. We were able to walk to Seattle center and then catch the Monorail downtown, Was a great location and the room had a huge flatscreen tv perfect unwind when we got back to the hotel, like we were at our own movie theatre Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
