Down Side: The staff is rude and unaccommodating, except for the day time valet staff which were very nice. The food is terrible... and $4 for a coke by itself is a bit ridiculous. My room took far too long to be ready, and when I did finally get a room it was above the night club, which didn't stop pounding house music until 8am. Initial check in was poorly handled - a) Check in is clearly 4 PM....I appreciated the possibility of checking in earlier but rooms were not available. I was provided three different times my room should be ready. The final time I was sent away was still before 4PM but I simply would not have waited, so I returned to my office, so as not to lose more […] time which returning three times to just leave and come back later in the evening anyway. Shift change and making me wait for that reason never settles well with me. Room....nice from what I saw. We dropped our bags....and went to the bar to experience the nightlife. The male bartender working the south side of the bar never asked for a credit card or ID. Cash Service was adequate, prompt yet resulted later in "trying to run out on my bill". TERRIBLE Being accused of theft is ridiculous and it could have been handled alot differently. Close to the strip without being on the strip with all the crowd. The only thing we didn't like was: the only parking they would give you without using valet parking was in a dirt parking lot 1/2 block away.

A deaf person couldn't fall asleep in these rooms. The bass and overall noise from the night club downstairs was incredibly loud until 630 am. I called front desk at 345 to ask how much longer the music would be blaring and he said 8am as if I should have known and I was weird for wanting to sleep before then. Nice interior design and artwork. Poorly maintaned, I had a broken alarm clock, closet rod, and tile in the bathroom. Too much noise from individuals in the pool area. I statyed on the 5th floor and that didn't help with the noise. No one from the Hotel payed attention to that noise. You have to pay extra to print your boarding pass.

I have stayed before in this hotel numerous times and have always loved it. The pool is great in summer, the bar is nicely done, and the food is quality. This time, however, these things did not matter because it seemed like everything else got messed up. Furniture in my room was broken on arrival, but that got fixed quickly when mentioned to management. My rental car had its tire slashed in the parking lot across the street from the hotel after I parked it for the night, for no reason I could think of other than pure vandalism. While waiting for the rental service to send someone out I decided to have steak and eggs for breakfast at the hotel bar. For the price, I would have at least expected a mention of the steaks size in the menu, but when my plate showed up I was caught off guard by how small it was. The quality was absolutely perfect, don't get me wrong, it was delicious, but I was not expecting a piece of meat I could have cut in half and eaten in two bites. It was the frosting on my days bummer cake. All of that being said, I'll probably end up giving the hotel one more chance in the future, but if that's compromised too then they'll lose all of my future business after this last stays disappointments. This hotel requires you to pay for valet whether you desire to valet or not, my coffee maker in my room did not work and 45 minutes later after requesting a new coffee maker the front desk advised me that they were short staffed and that I could come down to the bar for hot water for a minimal charge. My new favorite Vegas hotel. Food was pricey but great, drinks were pricy but great, staff and rooms were great and its decorated very cool. Only think that could be a problem is the club at night. If your going for rest this may not be your place. Set more for a younger late night vegas crowed.

This is an older property located off the strip but adjacent to I-15. However, it is cleverly decorated and the staff was very friendly. Beds and linens were fine, but not exceptional. Overall, an inexpensive hotel with some funk.

Beautiful lobby area! Very dark hallway to the rooms. If you don't like being woken up by loud music all night, ask for a room furthest away from the club that is located down in the lobby. If you want or need ice, you will need to walk down to the deafening club, find the bar, ask for ice, and bring it up to your room. Way too much trouble... You should only stay here if you love the nightlife, gothic/scary look, don't mind walking through a ghetto filled with nude clubs just to get to the strip, or if you just don't care. No hot water for 2 days. TV acted as though the hotel had not paid its bill. A few seconds of picture, than a large black box obscured screen. Hotel personel continued to say, " they will have everything fixed within the hour". Large Rave type party sponsored by the hotel in bar spilled out into the rooms. The place is different than a regular hotel....if you want to stay in a hotel that is neat and orderly, this isn't the place for you. It wasn't exceptionally clean, tidy, orderly, organized and the price wasn't any better than one would find on the strip. The location is not convenient. The bathroom was much nicer than most hotel bathrooms (especially in this price range) and practically equated to a spa experience in the shower with that massive square rainhead shower fixture. The decor of the hotel is unlike anything I've seen in the hotels of the Strip casino hotels and is fantastic to the point that you want to photograph it all. Downstairs features no gaming but fantastic lounges and dancing (at night). The driveway is even breath-taking. Self-Parking definitely brings you back to reality since it's a gravel filled empty plot of land across the street, but if that's the one "unfortunate" element of this hotel stay - I'll take it (especially to save on valet charges). We would not stay again. Had my family, and the hotel felt very dark and burlesque. Everything was very dark in the hotel, and the walls were plastered with so much artwork it made it feel creepy.
