Comfort Suites - Owensboro

I travel often and usually stay at high end hotels. although this is not high end, it is very decent. Clean room, hot food, great service and located near shops, restaurants, gas stations and major highway! I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay ther again.

Walls are a patchwork of touched up paint and stains. We've used this property 3 or 4 times and the staff is always friendly, the rooms huge, it's just overpriced given the condition.

everything was perfect. Very clean. Breakfast was wonderful... Lots of choices and they did not run out of anything. I would absolutely stay there again.

Overall the stay was good. The front desk called and said my nephews were being loud. I told them they weren't doing anything at the time but watching cartoons. The front desk lady said well the gentleman in the room under you is complaining can you keep the noise down. An hour or so later I had to go to the front desk and she said by the way the man […] in the room under you checked out and we had to give him a refund. Again I explained my nephews weren't being loud. The next day when checking out I was told it wasn't our room after all the he was complaining about but the room next to us. The AC unit cannot remain on with the fan 'on' feature as in some window units. So the loud AC unit, which is located right next to the bed, was turning on and off all night long! The TV is an old CRT with a dark picture. Oftentimes I don't turn on the TV, but I wanted to see the All Star (baseball) game. Everyone on the staff was friendly. Nice clean hotel and rooms. Excellent breakfast. Comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom linens were the nice fluffy kind, not the hard "scratchy" kind that you usually find in hotels. I really enjoyed the stay and my family enjoyed it as well.

Really liked our stay at the Owensboro Comfort Suites, and we will definitely stay here again. There is plenty of room for a family of 5 (without having to pay for a rollaway), the pool and whirlpool were nice sized, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

I really enjoyed the stay . The hotel was great and the staff as well. The only thing i will do differently, is that I reserved 2 rooms, and pre paid for them both.My whole family came in shifts and when the first ones arrived they were given a room, but when i arrived (much later) my room was clear down the hallway! It would seem to me ..if you book […] 2 rooms together, they should be placed together. Next time i WILL call the hotel myself to make sure the rooms will be together. The room was very big and roomy. It was very clean except for a large wet spot on the carpet next to one of the beds. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was awesome.

The place feels long in the tooth and really is in need of a refurb. It was awkward having hotel staff walk table to table at breakfast handing out a letter asking guests to send favorable reviews to the corporate office. Nice staff, huge rooms, convenient but there are better options in the area. This was my second stay and probably my last.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The rooms were a little barren for the price range. No artwork on the walls, etc. The rooms are huge and perfect for families or those traveling with a lot of gear.

Spent one night. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that it is located at the end of the road, but the accomodations were great. We had a suite with the pull out which was great for five including two teenagers and a nine year old.
