We were very comfortable here! Our room was clean- there were a lot of restaurants in the area and the hotel was easy to get to from the highway. We've stayed here before and the employees are always nice and helpful, it's very clean, love the modern look to the rooms, and the wi-fi, very comfy beds & pillows and although the hotel was full it was still very quiet. Got a great nights sleep.

Stayed two nights. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient. Coffee was ok+. Staff was cheerful. Would stay again. This hotel must be good. It was packed all weekend. I've stayed in this hotel 3+ times. Every time, I am totally happy with it. It is very quiet. The only sound we heard from the room next door was the curtain chain rolling up the curtain, which took a minute to figure out. AC is individually controlled.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Cleveland/Westlake as a one night stop-over on our drive from Boston to Chicago. We were just looking for a clean, safe place to spend the night and were thrilled with the Hampton in from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left. It appeared to be recently renovated, was clean and very, very nice for the price. We were pleasantly suprised to find out there was an outdoor mall with great restaurants and shopping just across the street, so the location was ideal as well. Wonderful place to grab a bite and take a little walk around before turning in for the night. Buffet breakfast included was just what we needed in the morning to start our day for the next leg of our journey. I found this hotel ok. It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants and to where I was needing to be. I did find that one of the beds was not overly clean. I was a little disturbed by that. I also was surprised to not find any refrigerators in the rooms and the soda machine was all out of most sodas.

The hotel is in good condition and the staff was friendly. The one complaint I have is that the wireless speed is extremely slow. I ended up having to tether my cell phone so that I could use it for Internet access.

We stayed here with late arrival and early departure on a labor day weekend road trip. It was convenient to the highway, clean and well-lit. The room was current, not shopworn, and clean. Breakfast was fine and made things much easier traveling with children. I'd stay again without hesitation.

Overall the place was in good clean condition. Employees very friendly also. The only thing that didn't make it perfect for us was the room had way too much moisture. We were on the first floor which is almost below ground level. The room stayed humid even with the air conditioner running.
