The stay at this hotel made the trip very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and had nice welcoming smell, The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. HOtel ameneties were superb. LOcation was good.

It is very nice hotel with many restaurants, conveniently close to the airport and short walk to the metro, but not close to some of the bigger attractions that Dubai has to offer!

It was close to the airport taking not more than 10 minutes taxi ride. Wasfi mall was within a walking distance where there are many restaurants. The hotel had excellent facilities with superb services. The pool services were excellent. The room was spacious with a splendid view including bath and shower faculities. The internet connection was free. There […] are a varieties of retaurants inhouse but they were rather pricey. Considering that the taxis are plentiful and the fares cheap one can always go to the numerous malls and restaurants for a decent meal. The breakfast was not included in the price and the full breakfast was rather expensive. Desert safari organised through Lama tours was an unique experience and should not be missed. The time taken to go up to 124 floor of the Barg Khalifa (tallest building of the world) was less than the time to go two floors in our local super market. On the whole it was a splendid break for six days and I hope to repeat it next year at the same hotel. Read more

Very close to the airport which is perfect for an arrival late at night, and the pool is simply superb. The vast array of restaurants mean you never need to leave the hotel if you dont want to. It has a local tours rep, on site for booking trips and are so helpful with advice and arrangement of transport etc. The Metro is no more than 10 minutes walk, […] which puts you in reach of the entire city of Dubai for a very reasonable cost. Have just returned from 5 days leasure break. Good points for the hotel: (1) close to the airport and the main shopping malls (10-15 mins drive); (2) close to Dubai creek and historic part; (3) beautiful (if small) landscaped gardens and hotel spa facilities (were built during the stay); (4) onsite restaurants/cafes and health/fitness facilities. Bad […] points: (1) on a busy road intersection and have to be careful booking the creek view room (you may end up facing the 6-lane highway in both directions and construction plots!!); (2) inconsistent service (some staff are poorly trained and reception service was rather slow and, other than arrival, brisk on dealing with queries and issues; (3) no customer welcome effort (e.g. compared to other 5* luxe hotels which offer refreshments and personalised welcome service to new customers checking-in); (4) no little extras - unless you book an executive lounge package (recommended - includes continental breakfast, all-day light snacks, buffet dinner/drinks, impeccable service and free internet), other than bottled water in the room and an occasional refreshing towel by the pool, everything else is extra, is more expensive than other similar local hotels and the quality is not exceptional; (5) facilities maintenance - there are a few water pools running through the gardens with obviously stale water and scum floating on the top (not attractive!). On the balance of experience - there are better 5* luxe hotels in Dubai, business or leisure! Read more

I really have nothing to complain about, great outdoor area, supercomfortable chairs by the pool, great servive by the staff. But for me, free wifi is something i expect. It is 2013, modern people (sadly) cannot live without it.

Я часто бываю в Дубае и каждый раз стараюсь останавливаться в разных отелях. Честно скажу отель не произвел на меня впечатления. Да он большой , у него красивый двор но сам старенький видно что дизайн устарел. Если оценить то я бы дал 4+ но не больше .

Vi skulle reise fra Dubai 01.01.12 kl 06,40. bestilte vekking kl 0400 og transport kl 04.30. hadde bestilt henting av kofferter kl 04.15 samt frokost på rommet til samme tid. Fikk ikke frokost eller henting av kofferter.
