"Great place to stay while visiting Pokagon"
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel turned out to be. This one is a cut above other Comfort Inns we have stayed in. We were headed to Pokagon State Park. Couldn't get in for two nights there, so we stayed here the first night. If we do this again, we'll stay here and forget the inn at the park. "Rude staff member"
Check-in was a less than pleasant experience with the young lady displaying a rude, argumentative manner. A little training on how to greet and resolve guest issues would go a long way. After driving 12 hours the last thing you want to encounter at your motel is a young lady with "Attitude". Wont be giving them my business again.
"HAP"
Nice people--they kept bkfst open a little late so my disabled bro-in-law could finish eating. Heating system in room was only dark spot. We woke up roasting at 1 am.
"Nice place, rude service"
Stayed here the night before a Notre Dame football game. It's just about an hour outside South Bend which was great considering the prices of the hotels near the campus. My one and only complaint was the gentleman behind the front desk. He came out looking as if he were on his way to a heavy metal concert which I found odd. For a hotel as nicely presented […] as this was, I expected someone in uniform and a name tag. He barely looked at me as he mumbled questions and information. When returning my ID and credit card, he threw them on the counter instead of handing them to me. Then did the same with the room key. It's a shame that the hotel hired someone that represents them in such a poor way. Read more

"Kirsten really helped"
Kirsten was behind the Front Desk when we first came in. She was able to recognize our confirmation number as an Expedia # and was able to locate the reservation for our 2nd couple - even though I had given her an incorrect name. Also, our second couple got lost after getting gas right off the 144 Exit to the 80/90. Kirsten was able to recognize their […] location and get them back into the vicinity, then into the Inn. "Fremont IN hotel--convenient to Turnpike"
Hotel seemed clean. Only problem was that we had very little water pressure in our room. Took forever to get a shower because the water came out so slowly.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast. Standard Comfort Inn. You will get what you expect along with great Indiana hospitality.

"Ok but crowded"
This is a nice hotel until you get to your room. The outside, the lobby and pool are all clean and well kept. The breakfast was on par with other hotels. Our room was tiny. A very crowded bathroom with a sink in the room. The night light on the hair dryer had to be covered with a towel so we could sleep. The toilet kept running and the beds were hard […] with these funky little pillows that you could not keep under you. Read more
