"Great location and staff"
Short distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Front desk staff was very helpful with all our questions and provided an excellent restaurant suggestion. Would definitely stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Grand hotel in the heart of Rome"
Was especially nice to be upgraded to a room with a balcony. Very pleasant to sit outside after a day of being a tourist and listen to the live jazz from the restaurant next door.Genuine Expedia guest review
"No Sleep for those on the West side of the hotel!!"
This hotel is in a great location, but watch out. The rooms that they discount are on the west side of the hotel which faces a narrow, completely stone, alley which is the service entrance for other hotels and restaurants. It is VERY noisy and deliveries commence at 4AM and go on for hours. It is terrible. For hours it goes on. It stops, it starts again […] and it sounds like the deliveries are being made right in your room. They are well aware of it and promptly changed our room... but what would have happened if they had no more rooms? Great location but watch out! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location. walking distance for attractions"
Location of this Hotel is 10 !!! Main issues : 1. Rooms which are front to the road are very noisy even during night (motorcycle are heard too well). 2. Despite the fact that breakfast is served until 10:30 (which is very good) , refill is not being done from 9:30 and on ....which is bad :( 3. Acoustics in the hotel is bad. it becomes a problem if […] a room in a floor above you is being cleaned at 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM and beds are being drugged while you plan to sleep untill 9:00 . sames goes when cleaners are loudly at the corrdiros at this hour (which heppened in 2 out of 5 days we have been there) . "Two nights in Rome"
Wonderful hotel just a block from the Trevi fountain. Staff was wonderful and gave us great dining suggestions. We had a room with a beautiful patio. We aslo had hotel arrange our transportation to the port for our cruise. Breakfast was included and very good. I would highly reccomend this hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Trevi Fountain"
The hotel is in great location just few steps from TreviStaff was wonderful. We checked in early and we got free room upgrate to junior suite. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Free internet in the room. Really nothing to complain about the hotel and the staffGenuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect location by the Fountain of Trevi."
Breakfast is awesome. Room is really great. It took me 3 days to finally admit I didn't know how to get the TV to use English for movies because the Sky box is not user friendly. However, that was my fault for waiting. Once I knew how, it was easy. Internet access really sucked. I had a 4th floor room. You could only use it down in the lobby. However, […] the overall experience was really great there. It is close to many shops and restaurants, and walking distance to many attractions. One thing everyone needs to know is that apparently August is a slow month so some stores close down during that month. I walked 3.5 miles to the Harley Davidson (at Via Pincana 49/51/57) shop only to find that they were closed down. I also then spent 50 euros in a taxi to get to the Harley Davidson shop (at Via Pontina 583) and it was also closed. No one knew to tell me that. Use the phone to call ahead. Since I could not use my American cellphone in Rome to call (without incurring a probable 50 euro call due to very expensive cell roaming charges) ahead, I just spent another 20 euros for the taxi to take us to Mondo Fitness. Everyone should go there! It is a really nice place to go workout (not sure of the workout pricing) , swim in the pool (12 euros for the day, per person). It was worth it. They had an instructor giving free water aerobic and water zumba classes. Very cool. I will absolutely come back to Rome and this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Two star hotel in a three star location. One (and only one) fellow at the front desk was fantastic...in several languages. Fountain of Trevi very close, Spanish Steps not far. Tiny room but clean and sufficient. Hotel internet not too efficient....slow. Fair rice for this down town location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is in a very central location. 50 steps to the Trevi fountain. 20 minute walk to the Coliseum and Roman Forums. 10 minutes from the pantheon. No need to ride the hop and go bus when in Rome if you stay here. You can just can walk everywhere. The day we checked in we arrived in Rome earlier than expected. The hotel had a room available for […] us and allowed us to check in early. The cleaning staff who tidied our rooms did an amazing job and the gentlemen behind the counter at the concierge desk went out of their way to help us with our stay. Highly recommend this hotel. If you like to tour the city by foot, this is the hotel for you, close. Proximity to all the major attraction sites, breakfast buffet was very decent , staff friendly, room very clean and comfy. The only down fall for us was the wifi, super slow and barely working, but you can overlook this part considering the rest of the great things they offered. […] They let us check in early and that was priceless!!!!! Overall very nice hotel .....ohhhh, the room we stayed in was junior suite w breakfast Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel a few meters from the Trevi Fountain."
The hotel was very near to the Trevi Fountain. Although pretty much everything in Rome is in walking distance. The Spanish Steps and the Pantheon were very close (10 minute walks). Very nice hotel. I would recommend to anyone going to Rome.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice, clean hotel central to everything in Rome"
We stayed total of 3 nights in this lovely hotel in the center of Rome. Around the corner from Trevi Fountain; able to walk to Spanish Steps, Forum, really everything in central Rome. Helpful, polite staff and very clean rooms and common areas. Included breakfast was more than adequate. Would recommend and would definitely return.Genuine Expedia guest review

Staff was great, hotel was great. The only negative was beds are a bit hard, not terrible just hard. This is a great hotel and would recommend it to anyone!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Location but uncomfortable beds"
Overall the hotel was nice. It was in a good location, literally right behind the Trevi Fountain. Tons of restaurants to walk to. A few blocks from the metro. The hotel was old and the room was very tiny, probably typical for European hotels, though clean. My one complaint is the bed -- they pushed two twins together to make a king, which I can live […] with, but my problem was that they were very uncomfortable -- extremely hard, and that goes for the pillows as well...and that is probably the most important part of a hotel! Breakfast was good, especially considering it was included. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fine hotel. Close to Trevi Fountain by foot."
I went in August, so the AC in the room was much appreciated. The hotel is simple, clean, and provides the basics. No iron in the room - but where in Europe do you find one anyway. The trip from the Train station by cab was 8 Euro with tip. The breakfast was very simple Continental. You have to get their early in order to get fresh bread or pastries. […] The staff was pleasant and helpful. I needed a European plug adaptor and they found and loaned one to me at no charge. There is parking for a rental car, but I didn't use it. There is also a café attached, but I didn't try it. The out door section seemed fine. The prime benefit is the hotel is in the middle of everything. With walking to Trevi Fountain (90 seconds away), food, tourist stores, old Rome like the Coliseum, etc. You can't get much better. The price was right with Expedia. Cheap for the month I was in. If you're a couple or single, it's worth the say. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice hotel near the Fountain of Trevi!"
The hotel was in an amazing location! It's literally right behind the Fountain of Trevi. It took me about a minute to walk to the fountain. Considering it was in the middle of Rome and in a busy area, I never had a problem going to sleep. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that the bed was hard. Lol. Aside from that, I definitely […] recommend it! Also, it's about a 30-45 minute walk to the Colosseum if you don't mind walking! Enjoy!! :) Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel close to Trevi Fountain"
This hotel is about 250 meters from Trevi fountain BUT, as close as it is, you don't hear ANY crowd noise from there. The included breakfast is delicious and has good variety. It's location makes it very convenient for shopping without being in the middle of the shopping districts. Outdoor seating for the restaurant is a bit noisy. We will definitely […] stay in this hotel again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Can't beat the location but staff surly"
Located a block from the trevi fountain and ten mins from the Spanish steps is hard to beat but the staff in this hotel was by far the least helpful (almost unpleasant) that we found in our 3 weeks throughout Italy. Rooms are decent and clean but if it weren't for the location this hotel would not be doing so well. Staff acts like they are annoyed by […] guests presence and except for the front desk has zero command of any languages beyond Italian (even in the restaurant) which is a rarity in Italy these days. "Very nice hotel close to major sights"
We booked two rooms. A junior suite for my husband and me and a regular room for my brother. Both rooms were great! I will recommend for sure this place for all my friends. I love the Hotel Delle Nazioni. We stayed there four years ago and when we arrived they remembered us. We were greeted by the kind and always helpful Giovanni. The front desk staff helped us find our way around. They even booked and picked up train tickets for us. They went out of their way to help. The beds were a bit hard for our liking, but my brother's […] room had a soft bed. On the second floor the woman who cleaned the rooms was very meticulous. Due to availability issue we moved to a suite which was quite nice, but not quite as meticulously cleaned. The location can't be beat. It is within walking distance to most of the city highlights. "Perfect hotel In the middle of everything"
At first a little confusion , because no one knows exactly the location of the little street, were the hotel are , and in the middle of the day ,with the sun facing strong ,carrying all the baggages . That happened because we want to take Rome by ourselves , by bus and metro. But when finally found the hotel everything was perfect, friendly staff , […] the room clean and very Italian .just around the corner of the Fontana di Trevi , every night before we go to the hotel we pass trough the Fontana A fabulous trip Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent location and staff."
The location of this hotel is GREAT -- steps away from the Trevi fountain. The staff as great as well,Genuine Expedia guest review
We stayed 9 nights at Hotel Delle Nazioni in a superior double room with a balcony. The location was awesome, we walked everywhere. They put out a fantastic breakfast buffet too. The room was a nice size, the bathroom too. What really made it special was the balcony. We came back every evening and enjoyed a dinner of cheese, wine, fruit, bread and olive […] oil. The perfect quiet evening each night. The front desk staff could have been a little friendlier, although I will say for the most part we had no real issues. They were helpful. This hotel greatly added to the enjoyment of our trip. Yes we could have stayed somewhere less expensive, but when factoring in location, breakfast and our private balcony dinners I feel the difference in cost was more than returned. In closing I highly recommend this hotel and would go back in a heartbeat! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice hotel central location"
We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The location very good, close to everything, we only took the bus to get to the Vatican. The bus stop was a block from tthe hotel, about 15-20 min ride but other than that we walked everywhere. We felt very safe to walk around at night, Trevi fountain is down the block and many places to eat and buy souvenirs around.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Trevi Fountain - Very good location"
Very well located. Half a block from Trevi Fountain but away from no noise. Taxis right outside hotel. Room was a bit basic. Breakfast was average. Staff we very helpful. You're paying for the location. Not a 4 star hotel but clean. If you just want a bed for the night it is perfect.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Cozy hotel near Trevi Fountain"
Small but comfortable rooms, nice beds (didn't love the blanket but the mattress was great), decent bathroom (good lighting and mirror; nice counter space; slightly cramped shower) and good air conditioning. Lovely location, though no view. Excellent breakfast included downstairs; small cafe out in front with live musician at night (nice singer, but […] the Bee Gees CD between sets could stand improvement). A very satisfactory price-conscious choice -- I could happily have stayed longer. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice hotel if you don't need/want Internet."
Overall the hotel was good. The breakfast was very nice and better than typical of European Hotels. The one complaint I had was the internet service - it was nearly useless. When I complained the first time I was told I was the only complaint. After I heard others complaining I was told the signal might be weak in my room and to try the lobby - no help. […] If I needed the internet or really wanted it I would have moved hotels as it was obvious what was there did not work and they were not doing anything to improve it. So if the internet isn't important stay there and enjoy it everything else is good. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Amazing location in Rome!"
Location! Location! Location! If you're staying here, it's for the perfect location. As with every place in Rome, it's expensive and obviously, the rooms are old and small. It is what it is. The hotel was nice. We were out and about all day everyday, so the small room was fine for us. The shower is tiny! (I can't even imagine how a heavy person would […] be able to shower?!) Some rooms were definitely nicer than others. When making your reservation, try asking for a room with a larger bathroom. We passed by rooms that were smaller than ours, but they had a bigger bathroom. I would prioritize a bathroom! You cannot beat the location! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The location is great, walking distance to main points in Rome - this is probably what you are mostly paying for. The room is ok, bathroom is large but the shower was really small...only suited for thin people. The breakfast room could use some refresh, seems it has not been updated as the rest of the hotel has. Also, the small trash cans on each table […] did not give us a good impression of cleaniness. But in general, a good place to stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Really bad hotel"
The hotel staff was abrupt and not helpful at all. The room was start and very dated. My shower was the same size a my shower in my RV. "Great location three star hotel"
The hotel has both positive and negative points. firstly, it is located around the corner from fountain de trevi and has a taxi Stand on the corner. Along with an amazing ice cream shop By the fountain and stores, restaurant boccanno (awesome), and cofee shops, all within Blocks from the hotel. It is located in the perfect spot to go sightseeing. Now […] the negative, the hotel is nice, clean, and staff is ok. The included breakfast is very bare with the same scrambled eggs everyday and as a decore a mini garbage can on the table! The repairs both in and outside were very very loud. You could close the windows but there was no other air. This hotel is a perfect three star. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Central, convenient, clean and servicable."
Hotel was typical European - smaller rooms, but clean and well appointed. The location was excellent - right beside Tervi Fountain and within easy walking distance of the Colleseum, the Roman Forum, the Vatican and the Pantheon. Hard to beat on that front. The included breakfast was fine. The usual continental fare.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Place to Stay!"
The Hotel Delle Nazioni was great! It's not a fancy hotel, but it is everything you're looking for when traveling to Europe. It's affordable, very clean, each room has their own bathroom, in a great location (very close to both the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain) and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They clean the room each day which is nice […] too. There is also a taxi stand right outside which is quite convenient as well. We stayed there the second week of March so it was nice and cool, but they did mention there was not any AC. It was not a problem for us, but may be so if you were to travel there in the summer months. Overall, I'd say I was very satisfied with the stay at the Hotel Delle Nazioni and would definitely stay there again when I head back to Rome. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The location is just perfect and the room is absolutely fine. However, three things were not good enough: (1) We were in the fourth floor and therefore we couldn't use the Wi-Fi; (2) The room was too hot and we could hardly control it; (3) There's no enough light in the room, Even when the lights are on, it's too dark and it was inconvenient to read […] our maps.
