Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport - Boston 42.3701, -71.0312

We were very happy to find out that we had made the right choice since we didn`t know anything about the hotel before and it was difficult to predict or guess from the pictures. The rooms are clean and very large the breakfast was perfect and suits every taste.

Check in: The clerk interrupted our check in process to deal with another guest and to answer the phone. Room condition: OK - except that cleaning was not particularly thorough as evidenced by used plastic bags from a previous guest on the floor under the couch. Wake up call: Booked a call for 6.15am to ensure that we could make an appointment. No call was received. Restaurant: Waited to be seated - no one came. Eventually another diner said to seat ourselves at a nearby table and he would get his waitress to serve us! The food was pretty disgusting - hard to make a burger that unappetising! The waitress (who was probably a student working her vocation) did her best to serve us but she was not helped by regular staff. General: Clearly this hotel is not being managed properly - if at all!

No problems or concerns other than little insulation from the hall way noise or the loud bangs as other people came and left thier rooms. (Doors seem to slam shut!) Other than that I enjoyed my experience here at the Boston Logan airport Embassy!

Great hotel for 1 night before our flight back home, this time we got to sample the buffet breakfast - what a feast, everything you could possibly wish for! Have stayed a few times in the past, but never had the breakfast as always an early flight home - would highly recommend it for an airpot hotel especially if you have 2 young kids.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The employee's were friendly, responsive and informative. Our room was spacious and clean; room service was fast and the food good; front desk personnel were helpful and pleasant. Chose Embassy Suites for the shuttle to/from the airport and subway; although we found the subway to be within a 5 minute walk through a lovely park. We even loved the view of the brick buildings!!!!

This is the perfect hotel if you will be staying a short time in Boston. The included breakfast is excellent and the snacks provided in the evening could be dinner if you are too tired from travel togo out. They do have a dinner menu that seemed okay. The local transportation is close by--the hotel shuttle will take you the T station--but it's only a 5 minute walk there. The rooms are spacious and the bed was better than average. i would definetly stay there again.

One of the best complimentary breakfast which I have ever had in an American hotel but why do they still charge for internet service in your room when almost every hotel now provides it for free. Otherwise, well worth the money and is conveniently located within 5 minute walking distance from the subway station.

Overall very pleased with our stay. Excellent breakfast and nice evening snacks available all complimentary. Convenant access to subway beautiful clean suite very attractive lobby. Only downside is since its by the airport the surronding area is a bit seedy. However for the price and convenience I would definitely stay again as well as recommend to friends.

Good hotel with good food in the restaurant. Just don't stay on the 4th floor. There's an ice machine on every floor EXCEPT the 4th! Also, the maids couldn't figure out that two people in a room don't share one face cloth. That's all we got every day.

Noisy courtyard suites (bar music too loud)

It is the second time I stay at this hotel. The first time I was fairly happy with my room however the colleague who was traveling with me had to change room due to the awful smell of his room. Well during my last stay my room smell bad as well. The bed was uncomfortable with a very heavy comforter and terrible pillows. Neither myself nor my colleague got any sleep. It is a well located hotel but next time we will stay at another airport hotel.

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location to the subway was nice. However, the cost to park is crazy ($32 per day???) and the pool is only a wading pool - only 3ft deep all around. This was disappointing for the kids.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites was very short but very comfortable. We needed to be close to Logan Airport and wanted a hotel with shuttle service. We got exactly what we were looking for. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, nicely decorated and very convenient. Would have loved to use the pool but there was no time, but it looked inviting. Hot tub is a little small. Business area open all day and night with internet. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds were also comfortable. Breakfast in the morning far surpassed any other hotel breakfast I have had. Shuttle to and from airport was a godsend. The only drawback for my husband was the parking at hotel is valet only and he likes access to his car at all times. Valet was very nice and efficient and car was just fine. Will stay at Embassy Suites again!

Overall, we were very satisfied. Pool was very good for kids. We had two room suite which enabled kids to be separated from adults. Only small complaint was road construction near hotel which made it somewhat difficult to get to.

The hotel was very nice for any location, but the nearness to the subway was especially great for easy access to the tourist sites in Boston. The included breakfast made it very easy to start activities without having to worry about where to eat.

Outstanding location very near the airport, quiet rooms, great value for the money, timely shuttle, friendly staff. Our only issue was with the bell staff who was not there when we arrived so we had to wait for a while, and the bell staff never showed up in the morning to help us take our luggage downstairs to leave.

We had great service and everything went better than exspected.

We chose this hotel purely because of convenient location (we had an early morning flight to London) and reasonable price. We were delighted with our spacious, comfortable accommodation, 1st class room service, friendly staff and - and wow! What a breakfast!

The room and most services were great, but the parking charge for 1 night was over $30.00. The fee was the same for non guests as well, Hotel guests should not be charged the same fee as non guests, we are already paying for the room.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Hertz car rental lot. If you need to be close to the airport then this is the hotel for you. Not only was the location perfect for my needs, the staff was welcoming and friendly and the room was spotless and comfortable. There was plenty of space to work and relax. The bed was very comfortable, including great quality linens. The free hot breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall this was a very positive hotel experience.

At least a 15min wait for hotel shuttle. Room was NOT suite (have all Embassy Suites downsized?) but just normal hotel room with sofa sleeper. Breakfast staff were particularly inattentive. Otherwise, average.

We had received such a great deal on our suite we didn't know what to expect. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is outstanding, and the service workers were all great. Great management!

We have just returned from a family holiday in Boston and we really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. It is a family friendly hotel. On our arrival at the airport the hotel sent a shuttle bus to pick us up. Check in was easy and we found the staff to be very efficient. Breakfast is from 5 am to 9 am weekdays and later at weekends. The menu included waffles pancakes variety of toppings, omlettes, cereals, juices etc. There was also a managers reception which offered soft drinks and snacks (crackers, cheese,dips etc). The standard suites were a resonable size with a TV in each room which was handy as the children could watch their favourite shows, whilst we could watch a movie. All in all I would say that this hotel offered good value for money and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was within walking distance to the blue line T but the hotle provided a shuttle if you needed it. We were able to get anywhere in the city we wanted. The service was superior. It was nice to have a full breakfast and evening snacks very day we were there, which were included in our room charge. We would return for sure.

Yes, that's what I found at 5 am while hurrying to catch an early flight. The shower would not turn on. Of course, they offered to send someone right up but I didn't have time for that. Thiis seems like an extemely easy thing to fix BEFORE the guest arrives!!
