"Easy access to rental cars, airport, and Boston"
Excellent. Food good. Great breakfast included. Shuttle fine.Genuine Expedia guest review
Room service was great to fulfill our needs for the baby crib. Quiet, comfortable and spacious room for 3 adults and one infant. Easy access to Logan Airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I would highly recommend this hotel , so close to subway and just around the corner to car rental. Did not hear any noise and everyone was so helpful .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety--we stayed for 5 days and had a different breakfast each day. The blue line is walking distance from the hotel, so it's not necessary to take the shuttle. Overall, great value.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Okay Hotel, read the fine print on parking"
We stayed here 2 years ago on our honeymoon in Boston. We liked the closeness to the T station and the free breakfast was not bad either. This is why we chose to stay here again however the experience was a little different. We rented a car on this trip to Boston. My husband asked the staff about parking when he called to make sure they still had our […] reservation (we had booked this trip 8 months ago). The receptionist said that there is parking on site. When we got to the hotel, we were surprised and disappointed to learn that they had parking but we had to pay $35 a night to park the car there! When we explained to the front desk that we did not know about the charge and that the person on the phone did not mention this expense, we were told we were getting a deal since it was the cheapest parking around and we should have read the website. It really irritated us because not only were we out $105, but no compassion was given by the hotel staff. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
No parking at the hotel - they charge $35 for vale parking - outrages... used the phone for a call California got a $176 bill - outrages was totally not clear how much you pay per min - will not use this hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenient location and great free breakfast"
Our experience here was excellent. Close to the T from where we could connect with everything. Our group also enjoyed the hot tub and pool on several occasions. Very helpful front desk staff as well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Satisfied, but ..."
Overall hotel was fine, facilities good and service very friendly (with possible qualification of reception desk staff), but 'stale' air and a very noisy air conditioner led to an uncomfortable night and little sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I hadn't anticipated the $35 parking fee. Other than that it was a good experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"One night in Boston"
Most everything went well: shuttle pick up was prompt, service was very friendly and accommodating, there was a variety of simple hors d' oeuvres in the evening and buffet breakfast. However, when reserving a king suite it didn't occur to me that free WIFI would not be included, but sure enough, after having been told that there would be an extra daily […] charge for that service, I looked at our reservation and it, indeed, did state that free WIFI was not included. After a short. but firm statement that for a king suite that amenity should be included, they agreed to give me access for the 1 night stay at no extra charge. These are details that may influence future decisions in favor of other hotel chains when one considers hotel reservations. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
What a wonderful stay. The free airport shuttle was always available. The front desk and restaurant employees were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and the evening reception was a plus. The shuttle to the convention center was great ...only a ten to fifteen minute ride.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to airport and train connection."
I had a good stay. Wonderful free breakfast and convenient location to transportation. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. Despite the construction in the area, was a safe area. Front desk service was ok, didn't go out of their way to answer questions, etc. Also, the complimentary evening drink service was confusing. Front desk personnel […] mentioned free drinks after 5 pm but when we tried to order an alcoholic beverage at the bar the server said they (you) were not allowed to offer alcholic drinks only soda and tea. We questioned the room keys picture of a partially filled wine glass for the complimentary drink "reminder" which was misleading. Otherwise I had a good stay and would consider staying here again. Good luck if you get checked in by "Millie" she is rude and discriminates against people. How she is a front desk agent be hooves me. And my city view room turned into a roof view because she put me on the 4th floor.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not hard to please"
My husband and I are not real hard to please. The service was good. The breakfast had an excellent variety of foods. The only problem I had was the room was a little dated and the a/c did not work well. Lucky it was cool outside in the evenings and we could open a window. The T station was a bit of a hike. Further away that I had thought do to previous […] reviews. It was ok but I probably will not be booking again. I will try a different hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ok for quick rest before early flight but no more"
Dirty floors and benches here and there. Unfriendly check-in and old rooms. Shows it's age. Area is under construction around the premises so very un-inviting. Rental car center is a stones throw away which is nice and a comp. shuttle to terminals. Way to pricy for the room or hotel in generalGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Definitely Would Stay Again"
I stayed here over the weekend of the Boston Marathon. I was in town for the Sunday night and Monday morning Red Sox games. The hotel is easy to get to, the valet who handles parking is great to deal with, the front desk staff was A+, the rooms were very nice, and breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms have a bedroom and a "living […] room", plus a bathroom. It was very comfortable and had plenty of room for two of us. The hotel is a short walk to the Airport subway stop and, from there, it is a short ride to anywhere in the city. Being able to walk to the hotel and not having to wait for a shuttle was especially nice. Breakfast in the morning had a huge selection, all of which was freshly made and certainly comparable to a real restaurant. The hotel requires valet parking with the associated expense. The valet was convenient and even brought our car to the front door so we could retrieve some belongings before taking it back to wherever they park it. There is a manager's reception in the afternoon but the timing did not work for us to attend. I would most definitely stay here again. The only issue I could see is the price. This is normally on the higher end of the spectrum as far as price goes. Because it was Marathon Monday, all hotels were significantly expensive and this was no exception. On a normal weekend, the price may make this out of range for some travelers. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Really impressed with breakfast. Not just a full buffet to grab and go, but also an omlette station and a grill. Breakfast served from 5:30 am. I was able to get to the hotel at my leisure the day before and take an early flight well fortified. When I walked out of the hotel, there were 3 shuttle vans ready to get me to the airport. "very comfortable, walking distance to rental cars"
Liked the separate living room and bedroom. Ate dinner at hotel restaurant (good and very nice server). Took advantage of free breakfast, which I think was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Pool is shallow (3.5 feet max?) which was awesome for swimming with my kids. Although they could have put a few more potted plants in that room, I think it […] was actually the most relaxing experience swimming with my kids in a hotel pool I've ever had. Location is very close to airport, walking distance to subway. Staff was helpful and pool is nice for families with young children. I thought the room was overpriced and the fact the parking was valet only wasn't ideal. The park and fly option was an additional $160 which some places include with the room fee. Buyer be warned. Sometimes you have to […] pay for convenience and location I guess. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel close to public transportation."
Clean rooms. Chair and couch in room uncomfortable. Great continental breakfast and complimentary hor ' devours. Within walking distance of subway. Trolley tour picks up and drops off. "Enjoyed my stay"
The hotel and staff were excellent. This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, so if that's what you're looking for, I can't recommend it enough. I was very early but they were able to find a room so that I didn't have to check my bags and find something to do for hours. Just understand that there's not much in the immediate vicinity. If you're […] looking to get into Boston, it's only a short walk to the Blue line Airport T station through the park next to the hotel. However, that park is only open from dawn to dusk so keep that in mind as you may end up walking around the park which is a good bit more walking. If you don't want to walk that much, you can always take the hotel shuttle to the airport terminals and catch a Blue line shuttle to Airport station from there. If you don't want to go into downtown Boston, the restaurant in the hotel was good if a bit overpriced. You always have the option of ordering pizza delivery. The free breakfast bar is excellent and includes cooked to order omelets. The manager reception includes free snacks and drinks although I was disappointed to see that this particular Embassy Suites did not include alcoholic beverages in that daily event. "Too much construction!"
It was ok, nothing great. Not much to do in immediate area.Took a cab into the city and was charged $7.50 extra because they had to drive through the tunnel! Also, there is only valet parking, which costs $35 a night!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

At check-in was told the phone in the room was not working; room was on the 3rd floor, when I got to the room the toilet was not working. Since the phone was also not working had to go down 3 flights of stairs to the front desk and report the toilet was not working. Instead of changing the room since a couple of things were not working a maintenance […] guy was sent to fix the toilet which took over 25 minutes. Good BreakfastGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We had a nice stay, it's a convenient location and the shuttle runs to the airport to pick up the train every few minutes. There is a very nice breakfast with plenty to choose from and snacks in the evening. The only complaint I have would be the sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable, I sank into the center and you could feel the springs poking through […] the mattress. Perhaps I should have asked for extra blankets to make a cushion. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great spot and fabulous breakfast! Room is spacious and well equipped. In house phones were broken when we were there but there were notices posted with suggestions for how to cope until fixed. The roads near here are all torn up for construction but no noise at night just harder to find and dirty looking outside. Once you're there it's impeccableGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Phones don't work, front desk doesn't answer, heat barley works but turns on and off every 3 minutes. Had to call 30 times from airport terminal to get the shuttle bus to pick us up. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites and this by far is the worst. Trying to check out nobody at desk many people waiting then finally one person starts working. Bed was terrible, sunken in the middle. Room run down and looked more like a much cheaper motel. Pool and hot tub closed so could not use. "Great hotel minutes from downtown Boston"
We stayed at the Embassy Suites in April and cannot say enough good things about it! A quick walk through the park (safe, well lit, wouldn't say it was shady) gets you to the blue line and then two stops in you are in downtown Boston. This fact made it our number one choice for a reasonably priced hotel in Boston. The front desk people were great, giving […] us directions or fastest routes to our destinations, the shuttle people were always on hand if you needed them and a free continental breakfast (and not some skimpy one like you get at some hotels) made our stay an easy one. We would definitely stay again the next time we get back to Boston! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Overall Bargain"
When similar priced hotels accross the water cost at least twice as much--this is a bargain upscale hotel that I've used multiple times when staying in Boston. Breakfast is superb (cooked to order omelets!), a nice "reception" with snacks in the afternoon, indoor pool and HOTtub.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Although I had a thermostat in the room, no matter what I set it for it only blew cool air. Except for about two hours in the evening, which made me think they had it overrided. I also couldn't access water that was hot enough to bath in until am. And the phones werenot working, not even within the hotel itself, so no roo service calls or front desk. […] At this cost, these are amenities that one shouldn't have to do without. They are also sneaky ways of lowering costs without taking responsibility for what they are not giving you . "Good location, economical"
Older hotel, but then I think most of the hotels in Boston are probably older. We had a King suite. The fold out couch in the living room is positioned really well so that you still have room to move if the sofa bed is opened up. Hotel has a free shuttle to the airport, which is a plus. They'll also take you to the train station, but the station is […] within walking distance and it is faster to walk than ride the shuttle around all the airport stops before it gets to the train station stop. Didn't find anything to do around the hotel...seems fairly industrial area, but the walk to the train station is thru a nice park thats directly across the street from the hotel. This is the first time we didn't rent a car when traveling to another city and it worked out really well. Boston has a great mass transit system. And everyone was incredibly nice...all the Bostonians we met were very nice people! And the best part about Embassy Suites....their breakfast!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Hard to find, despite being at airport!"
Check in was quick and easy. Room was acceptable, furniture was stiff and uncomfortable, bed was comfortable. Liked that it had 2 rooms- sitting room and bedroom. Pool was not as expected.
