"Informative and helpfull service."
Excellent, spacious rooms that were great value for the UK. The staff were really helpful and provided some interesting local history and good guidance on what to see on our brief stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Excellent location and beautiful rooms! Friendly StaffGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice room, convenient, friendly staff"
The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful, taking the time to guide me to several attractions to visit during my stay. The room was a nice size, it's nice to have a kitchen to make some simple toast for breakfast or heat some soup in the evening without having to eat a full meal everyday. Much more comfortable and private than a hotel, […] would definitely stay here and at other Fraser Suites again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient Location in Merchant City"
We loved our stay at the Fraser Suites in Glasgow. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to great places to eat, shop and to the bus/train stations. We would stay there again if we are ever in Glasgow again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
down for concert , given very good advice on how to reach venue. Printed sheet given to us on arrival. Would recommend this accommodation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"helpful friendly staff and excellent location"
We were very pleased with the comfort and convenience we experienced while staying at Fraser Suites in GlasgowGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed for one night, very friendly reception staff and very informative for advice on transport links and shopping areas. Large suite, comfy beds only down side was our room was on 1st floor overlooking Main Street so very noisy throughout the night. Think double glazing is required. Would stay again but would request high floor and quiet room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice but noisey"
There were only three faults that really need fixing: Sash windows need replacing with double or tripple glazing it was very noisey. Windows need blinds, room overlooked by multi storey car park felt very exposed and view not great. Creaky floorboards, people upstairs could be heard at all times of night and early morning walking around. The suite was […] very nicely decorated and a lovely rain fall shower (no extractor) and the staff were very nice and helpfull. If you are not a light sleeper this is a great hotel for being in the town center and close to everything. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Spacious modern suites for any traveller"
The suite was well maintained, clean, modern and very spacious. It also had everything needed for a self catering stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage there after check out so we could get out and explore the city.Genuine Expedia guest review
Amazing hotel, huge rooms (a little suite with kitchenette and living area). Great location, walking distance to everything, the heart of Glasgow. Staff were very helpful and polite. Free wifi in room and continental breakfast included.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We found Glasgow to be a vibrant, noisy and exuberant city. The Fraser Suites were an Oasis that we could unwind and refresh ourselves for the next morning. The staff were exceptional and more than willing to give us their insights into the must see parts of the city.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice place for business users"
The initial reception was not good, as the gentleman only seemed interested in stating 'company policy' about swiping my credit card. The room though, was excellent apart from the view from the window.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location to learn of Glasgow's history"
Terrific service. Staff very helpful. Malcolm is a history buff and only too happy to share the history of the area. Recent refurbishments have made the hotel welcoming, relaxing and a great home away from home.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel on a very noisy street"
Hotel room was comfortable & attractively decorated. The services provided were great: kitchen had everything you could need & the bathroom & kitchen were very modern. Nearby there is a mini tesco & sainsbury's for picking up groceries. However Albion St is very noisy late into the night with traffic & bar two doors up. With only single glazing I would […] advise ear plugs for anyone travelling on business. I wouldn't stay mid week on business again, too noisy! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Value for money"
Very central and good location. Nice room but overlooked road which was a little noisy. Good value for money thoughGenuine Expedia guest review
"great city break"
I have stayed at this hotel many times now, and I love it! it is great value for your money. Every time I stay there, my room that I get just gets betterGenuine Expedia guest review
Excellent stay in this hotel. I would easily recommend and we will be back at some point.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice comfortable room, but noisy"
The room itself was substantial, useful kitchen, comfy bed and couch, decent tv. The bathroom was fine, nice shower. But...but, the noise. The hotel is situated in a pretty cosmopolitan part of the town, and the room we were in only had single glazed sash windows which seemed to stop no street noise, eventually at 3am, things got quiet....Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We all wished that we had another night in Glasgow.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"need to sharpen up"
Good idea, reasonable place but staff felt a bit mechanical- sort of going through the motions with little warmth attached. Breakfast room was a bit of a zoo - sporadic & slow with the replenishments & table tidying, staff levels may have been lower for bank holiday weekend - hard to tell. Suite itself was ok, probably overpriced against a superior […] hotel room & then there was no hot water in the morning from any of the outlets - reception did however provide use of another room's facilities but it involved a trek to a different floor & area of the premises not immediately close by. To put the tin lid on it- the free wifi wouldnt connect - code supplied just wouldnt do it. Nothing wrong with our kit [ Apple item connects 1st time every time in any other public wifi zone]. Staff also seemed disinterested when these items brought to attention. All in all not the best of experiences. Have used other apartment firms in Glasgow prior to this & will be going back to them next time. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would recommend - beware of the twin room!"
Great to have an apartment with a living room and ktichen for the same price as a hotel room. Decor was good and seemed new but the rooms were really dark. Bathroom was lovely. Surrounding area is fab, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, also only a 10 minute walk to the shops and sights or to the cathedral. The ceilings were really […] high making the rooms feel big but very sqeaky floorboards above us. Only down side was we had a 'twin' room, however this was one massive king size bed and one small single bed - we had to draw straws and I lost! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quick stay in Glasgow"
Lovely rooms. Some renovation going on so there were a few things awry but overall great!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
excellent---until i came to collect my luggage--took upwards of ten minutes to find--this spoilt the visit.Genuine Expedia guest review
I have stayed in various hotels in glasgow in the past , providing the price is reasonable i feel now I would prefer to stay at Fraser suites ,great location .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This was the first time we'd stayed in an apartment hotel. An ideal format for a brief stay when flexibility was required. Location was ideal for all city centre attractions. Local restaurants plentifulGenuine Hotels.com guest review
it was a great place to stay only two downsides were the heating wasnt great in the rooms and staying on first floor above a noisy music venue but over all a clean and friendly accomodationGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Loads of space in the room and it was kept very clean for my return each evening. The gym is small but has enough equipment to keep you going. Lots of nice restaurants near by.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Can't wait for the refurb!"
Location was great for NYE 2012! We had a room which still has to be upgraded and it showed unfortunately. Very tired and marks on the carpets and used furniture. We would attend again due to the helpfulness of the staff but will be asking for a refurb room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent value and superb quality"
The room was huge and very well fitted out including the kitchen facilities and fittings. Everything was very clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle bus and discounted car park next door were an added bonus. I will definitely stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Fraser Suite Glasgow - 1 bedroom apartment"
I have stayed here before, so didn't think twice to book again. A pleasant surprise was the refurbishment of rooms which before may have been classed as a little run down. The downside was the noise from adjoining rooms which I never experienced on an earlier stay. This time felt there was no insulation between walls or floors and resulted in lack of […] sleep due to footsteps above and voices next door. This may have been a one off due to other guests as previous stay experienced none of this. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I was just staying overnight in Glasgow on my way home to US. This hotel is across the street from Gandolfi Cafe...one of my favorites...but there are a lot of great restaurants in Glasgow! It is right in city center so I could wander the Christmas bazaars and see the lovely decorations. Overall a wonderful visit. I would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient and very friendly. Will come back!"
Undergoing refurbishment. Will be brilliant once finished. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Concert at the Barrowlands"
Nice hotel in great location for the Merchant City for a lovely meal, then Barrowlands for a concert. Very nice suite and would use again for similar night out. Just a pity about the renovation work that was going on at the time, as it took a bit away from the overall feel. However, it didn't inconvenience us in any way. I'm sure it will look lovely […] once it's finished. Overall good value for money. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I REALLY ENJOYED STAYING AT THE FRASER SUITES. IT WAS CLOSE TO WHERE WE WERE GOING OUT. IT WAS EASY TO PARK NEARBYAND WOULD DEFINATELY USE IT AGAIN...THANK YOUGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fraser Suites Glasgow"
Fraser Suites Galsgow is conveniently located in Merchant City. The staff at reception and our shuttle driver were most friendly, professional and helpful. I recommend replacing the narrow glass partition in the bathroom with a full shower curtain in the bathroom.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Ok for a short break"
We got a very nice room, well a 1 bed flat really. The apartment was very well equipped and very comfortable. The only problems were that the bath was missing its enamel in some places and that the room was very noisy at night. There is a bar/club downstairs that opens until 2 or 3 am and you got a lot of noise coming in.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Fraser Suites Glasgow"
Good hotel well located. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Try to avoid room 113 which is located directly above a bar with live music until 3am. All in all a good place to stay close to the centre of the city with lots of eating establishments to choose from. Would stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is in a great location in the Merchant City making it close to many bars and restaurants as well as music venues. A five minute walk takes you to the Argyle Street end of shopping heaven on Buchanan Street which also means Debenhams. Fantastic for shopping, eating or hanging about George Square and the National Piping Centre watching pipe […] bands! The room itself was a great size with a big double bed, sofa, table and chairs, writing desk and kitchen area. All facilities in the room were present and correct. The only minor point was the temperature in the room. Due to some unseasonably fine weather the room was mainly quite toasty. Windows being open didn't help much but the fan in the wardrobe did. We didn't mention it to staff as there wasn't really much they could have done (and let's face it, the nice weather might have gone away - let's not jinx things!) "A noisy room"
Paid extra for a delux room and got room 114 which had the constant noise of the extractor system all night. reception were wrong about the parking next door as it was open 24 hours not closed overnight. Arrive after six and on street next to the hotel is free from 18.00-08-00Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We booked these apartments at relatively short notice, with little choice remaining. Given the convenient location, reasonable price and the fact that nothing much else was free we had low expectations for these rooms. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and have good facilities. The staff were also very friendly. […] Would definitely recommend. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"nice apartment, good location"
Nice apartments with friendly staff. Good location. Great size room for the two of us but it did appears tired and grubby, would benefit from a lick of paint. Would stay again if rooms were to be updated.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great for a city break"
Friendly staff on arrival, room perfect for a short break, slightly noisy as on a busy street but great location for a concert on Glasgow Green.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Turn down the heat!!"
We were very happy with our room except for it being so hot - apparently this is a common problem they've had with the rooms on the 4th floor - something to do with hot air rising? Everything else was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
enjoyed short break, plenty choice of resturants and bars on doorstep. would not describe one bedroomed deluxe apartment as spacious. took 40 minutes to run a shallow bath and door in kitchen area hanging loose. otherwise well kept building. will stay elsewhere for next tripGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"All very easy and convenient"

"Good value for money"
Hotel is in a central location. It is a bit on the shabby side, a coat of paint wouldn't go a miss! However, it is clean and comfortable and in general good value for money. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
