it would have been a perfect 5 but the bed was very very hard. I liked the layout of the room very much. parking is very very pricey. much more than we thought. 20 quid. floors are not carpeting. nice laminate. I liked the decor very much and thought the desk area was very efficient. I would stay again but for the hard bed

Not to friendly people, room very unconfortable and small bed for two people. not to clean. And the person in reception really really not helpfull at all. I will never recomend it and will never go back there.

The reception staff were very customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a little chilly, but extra heaters were provided. Homemade biscuits were delicious and breakfast was very good. Service in the restaurant for dinner was a bit haphazard, but I would stay here again.Great open fires in the public areas.

Very overpriced for the stay plus the food was poor for what you paid. The really dissapointing thing was the awful cost of drinks. the hotel was pretty and parking was plenty, but for the price I would have expected more.

Lovely boutique style hotel, with friendly staff. The room was very welcoming with freshly baked biscuits and fruit bowl, tea and coffee making facilities. Quality bedding and upholsteried furniture.

I booked Flitwick late one evening when my travel plans changed at the last minute. What a find !! My arrival was great as the receptionist addressed me by my name which was a nice touch, clearly the last one there! The roaring log fire looked beautiful. My room was great with beautiful views, very clean and more than comfortable. I tried room service […] and it was very quick and good qulaity. The only comment is the bathroom wall paper is peeling and looked a little tired, aside from that i would recommend a night in this hotel. Read more
