This property is currently under construction. Half of it was boarded up and the other half was filled with construction workers who are staying in the hotel. It was a disappointing stay.

Nothing at all special. Just what you'd expect for the money. Had a great meal across the street in the mall, at "Stir Moon", a Japanese-Chinese fusion restaurant with a big menu and excellent food/drink.

It was not bad, but I could smell cig smoke in my room (i guess its from the vent) and the elavators when I cheked in. I guess first impression is the last impression in this case. Staff was good and polite no complaints there. I guess it was just a turn off wiht the cig smoke. Location was good as there is a strip mall next to the place.

Hotel serve the purpose! The bathroom like most hotel have mildew/mold on wall around showers! They and most hotel should wipe off walls in bathrooms at least 2 times a week! To prevent mold build up! Specially around shower/tub area, and the fans and return ducts need dusting/vacuuming! Microtel the time before was the same story!

i returned from key west to this hotel which is on the way to miami and was ideal location. it has all good amenities and spacious rooms as you would expect from la quinta,wireless speed was really good and free breakfast.

Standard hotel. Nothing fancy but not a dump either. They offer rooms for smokers, which is a big plus for me because if a hotel does not allow smoking I won't stay there. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice and helpful.

Great location near the turnpike and business district, only bad point in my opinion is the unsecured parking lot. We had requested a non smoking room and had advised the property of late arrival. Wanted to do a guarantee for late arrival but was told not necessary. Our room was a very heavy smoker room...disgusting smell. Moved the next night. This property was in the process of being renovated. The license to proceed with renovation had just been granted. As a […] consequence, not all of the property was being used. The laundry room had been closed as well. This is a pet friendly hotel and being a former pet owner I know that generally speaking, pet owners are put in a special part of the hotel. No so in this case. The hotel and the rooms are very clean! When we entered our room we were surprised to see how pretty & accomodating the rooms looked. The bed, the furniture, the painting, the curtains were very nice! The breakfast was very good: eggs & waffles & cereals & the breakfast place was very nice!

The hotel claims that they had a water leak and the entire half where we had reserved a room was unavailable. They did not have the room we had reserved and paid for. The would not give me a second room to accomodate us and just threw us in the only room available with a cot! Totally not acceptable. I would never stay there again!

The hotel was very nice once I got on inside of the hotel behind locked doors at the lobby. The staff was very nice and offered a 10% card to eat at the local Applebees while I waited for my confirmation came over to them from the booking agency. Needless to say I passed. The area was covered by homeless street people who approached me within 2 minutes […] of me pulling into parking lot and was asking for money. Parking was hard to find at nights. I stayed 4 nights and all nights I found huge trucks with trailers hooked to the back using multiple parking spaces. One day the carpet was not cleaned. In the morning breakfast it gets very very smoky due to the waffle cooking, clothes gets smelly. There is macdonads next door and it gets very busy.

The hotel was easy to locate, nice and clean. Close to shopping and food. The lady at the front desk spoke english! A plus in miami. The twin bed room was small but tidy. The A/C was quiet and the TV worked fine. Breakfast was better then expected. But you better be vegan because no meat. I'd book here again if i was staying in the area.
