Served it's purpose for an impromtu trip to Las Vegas. Clean, comfortable, safe, all needs met. Absolutely no complaints at all.

It's an okay hotel for the price. Just has that old hotel feel, look, and smell.

The carpet was a bit dirty and the air conditioner had some white buildup that seemed unsanitary. However, the dishes and kitchen were immaculately clean and nice, and the bathroom was decently clean.

This has got to be the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.There was no soap or conditionar only a 2 oz bottle of shampoo for two people! It's located 20 minutes driving from the strip with no shuttle! Bad neiborhood, no breakfast! If you ever want to stay at Vegas please invest a bit more!

I requested a non smoking room. When I turned off the noisy airconditioner. My room smelled must and like cigarettes. When I got into bed the frame was broken. I sat on the bed and the whole right side slid down. I slept on the left side of the bed all night.

Just needed one night before flying out. Room seemed clean, although certainly not large or fancy. Price was right for a Friday night.

I did really enjoy my stay at this hotel I never expected such a great attention the employees were very friendly and my room was very comfortable I"ll go back to this hotel at any time

Room were smelling so bad. Bathroom chocked and water was coming in the room.When i complained they said housekeeping person is not available and need to wait for 1 hour or so and asked me to clean myself.When i requested more then they gave me another room.I choose this hotel for kitchen and paid more than a 4 star hotel. I will not stay again.

Need more staff for room service related items such as more towels or toiletries.

Good room for the money however it did not include any shampoo or conditioner. One of the towels was stained brown so I just used it as a mop when I get out of the shower. I expected the hotel to supply such amenities and clean towels. Overall, I would recommend friends and family to stay if they don't mind a few mishaps.

If you don't want to pay high prices and still have a pleasent stay, thisis a good place. This is my 2nd stay in this hotel. But this time I wasn't able to find a skillet in the kitchen. when i went i asked in the office they looked as though i had stolen it. They said "I should have reported it as soon as i got the room". how will I know how many kitchen utensils are supposed to be there? cons: It is like your apt. You have clean dishes and remove trash. Bed is not made daily. You have a to take old towels to office to get new towels. PROS: Decent place. Office staff are extremely friendly. AC runs without any problem.

room was very spacious. great price for what you pay for. front desk was courteous at all hours of the day/evening/night/morning...whatever. i would reserve again.

Not a nice neighborhood. Room okay but no housekeeping. What is up with the toilet crammed next to the sink in a huge bathroom? I'm large so I could not use it for serious business. But low priced so you get what you pay for.

wow. i travel weekly and this is the worst place that i have stayed at in Vegas.

We stayed for two days and they didn't clean anything, the towels were dirty and they didn't replace them. We had to go ask to the front desk for more soap and shampoo; And they said that they don't have room service even if you stay for five or more days. This place was very noisy with the showers and children crying.

Overall, this was a wonderful hotel. The only complaint we have is the lack of hot water. Didnt seem to ever be hot regardless of the time of day or night.

I Loved the Kitchenette.

Only problem is the front desk is slow. So if you expect that, you will be fine.

We had no problems and we would recommend this hotel to our friends. We will be staying there again for sure.

The hotel was bad, and the room I had was giving off a bad smell.

We got in late Friday night and were leaving early Sunday morning. The room was comfortable and clean. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay off the Strip this hotel is fine.

The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Missing some amenities in kitchen. Could hear loud noises during the night like peopele running and dropping things.

We were delighted with hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had full-sized fridge. People were nice. Grounds well-kept. We could have wished for a pool, but otherwise found everything even better than we had hoped for.

thank god we weren't on an "extended stay." walking into the hotel, there was a 40 oz. sitting on the sidewalk of the building. my shoe got stuck on some gum on the rug in the lobby. reserved a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. we questioned this & were told they were out of non-smoking rooms, despite having reserved one online. not only did the room smell like smoke, it also had a weird, plastic-like odor that ended up permeating our belongings. there were ashes on the bathroom floor that hadn't been cleaned up. i stay in budget hotels all the time, so i'm fine w/ basic, but please be clean at the very least! also seems to be serving as actual housing for some folks...

we liked the fact we were allowed to cook in the rooms, however, it was just... not what we expected. however, since we have a big family, and dining out costs alot, we would go back.

Bathroom looks like a hospital! Staffs are nice. I end up that night styed with my friends's other hotel - The first floor is very noisy. I'd not recommend but you get what you pay, I guess.... It's 2 star hotel.

Good choice when the strip hotels are overly expensive. The room was clean with a small kitchen. No maid service so it's do it your self. We have stayed here several times but only 1 night on this occasion. The bed, however, Sucks. Extremely uncomfortable & hard. The office staff was friendly.

The room was clean. Appears the bathroom was recently redone. Room had 2 sets of dishes and pot and pan. Pan was a little funky, wife did not use it. Pillows good beds not bad and the TV reception was clear and not snowy. Heater/AC worked well. Staff friendly. Had occasion to use on site laundy as can of diet coke exploded in wife's luggage. Soap available for purchase in the laundry. You do hear sirens go past the hotel as ambulances make their way to the hospital which is a fews blocks west of the hotel. Had room with a view to the west so we could see the outline of the strip. Pretty cool at sunset and sunrise as the sun hits the tall hotels with the mountains in the background.

The hotel was not fancy but it was clean and good for a quick night's rest. It is not located "near the action" but again, if you are looking for an extended stay option or one night, I would recommend it.

I only needed a place to lay my head for 5 hours a night and this was perfect for that. Pretty decent room, pretty close to the strip, good value.

First and formost, you get what you pay for and at the current time, this was the cheapest place i found. the hotel is not five star so i didnt expect much. No matter where you are, there is no smoke free area, it might seem to be a smoke free room but you can still smell it. the sheets shoud be seperated from the smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms, you can see the cigarette burns on some of the sheets. The rooms provide you with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toster, and coffee maker. which were all convient. so beside the fire alarm going off at six in the morning due to someone smoking, the stay was decent.

I was attending some seminars that i knew would last very long and i'd only be using the hotel for sleeping. The price was extremely competitive. The room was clean and had full amenities (microwave, cook top, full size refrigerator, tv, chairs, etc). Again, I needed very little but was plesently surprised when the hotel exceeded my expectations.
