The staff at the Four Seasons are wonderful. Our room was nice.However, the Sheraton across the street was more luxurious for $100 per night less.Both hotels are away from the main downtown area so there is no shopping within walking distance.

We had a wonderful experience. We had four in our group. Bell captain checked us in bags were brought our rooms, no hitches. Receptionist was very pleasant. Spa and pool amenities were lovely. We ate at the Asian resturant and the food was good. Breakfast was at the cafe the biggest plus was that everyone serving always was pleasant and smiling. We came for two nights as a part of the around the world tour. Very good hotel for business conferences, but a bit dull architecture. We 've been to many 4 seasons hotels all around the world the best are Hong Kong, Prague, Istanbul , the worst was in Sharm al sheikh , as far as price and quality is concerned. Amman is something in the midddle.

Have stayed at other 4 and 5-star hotels in Jordan and there is simply none better than the Four Seasons. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay fantastic and help in every way. example - we had hired a driver for our 3-day stay and the Four Seasons actually "checked out" our driver to make sure he was legitimate, safe, and all that we had […] heard (he was) ... everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful and the hotel just gorgeous. Perfect service, perfect location, amazing breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The breakfast is probably the best we had in Jordan (we stayed at the Kempinski and Moevenpick too). The spa / pool is the best, much better than the ones on the dead sea or red sea. Truly superior service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Four Season Amman is a all luxurious + the great hospitality of the Jordanian people. The staff from front desk to room service speak English. Room services is performed twice a day.They pick up on your habits, for example: I purchased a bottle of water and a small snack chips one day from the market, the next day not only I find a bigger bottle of fancy water on my night stand but a bowl of fresh fruit. When I called the front desk and asked I did not want to be charged, their answer was: It is a complementary snack service. Go figure. Bottom line I stayed here for 7 days... A Four Seasons hotel so expectations were high and while everything was good nothing excelled. The room was huge and a twin as requested - but why have single beds when the room would easily have accomodated 2 queens. No coffee and tea making facilities instead you could order a kettle/Nespresso machine and supplies for 28JOD!! And like so many hotels […] charging 14JOD for internet and 25JOD if you have more than one device is a disagrace. A cab to the airport was 25JOD the same we had paid to go from the airport all the way to the Dead Sea. Pool and gym were beautiful, room service very reasonably priced. 平日で空いてたのか、予約した部屋より良い角部屋にしてくれました。スタッフは皆、とても感じ良く、爽やかでした。ホテル内のイタリアレストランのパスタは絶品でした。ただ、入口にはセキュリティ、タクシーは荷物チェック、パスポートのチェックは、かなり厳しくきっちりしてました。やはり中東の国だな、と思わせることはありましたが、それでも、また行きたいと思わせるホテルでした。

当サイトをヨルダン旅行中に利用してアンマンでのホテルとして選び宿泊しました。他の方のコメントにある通り、コンシェルジュに方の対応も良く、懇切丁寧に色々と教えてくれました。室内も快適環境、ロケーションも良く、とても快適に過ごせました。我々はダウンタウンに主に遊びに行っていたので、徒歩圏内ではありませんでしたが、立地も良く、移動もしやすい場所だったように思います。客室に落ち着いて以降、浴衣、ティーサービスなどちょくちょくとサービスに来られて驚きましたが嫌な感じもなく（その際はチップも支払いませんでした。リクエストしたわけでもないので）サービスの良さも感じました。快適に過ごせるアンマンのホテル、としては最高だと思います。当サイトを利用してのコスパは最高だったと思いますのでオススメ致します。
