"Good Hotel - Long Walk to Beach"

Difficult to find - 1 way streets etc - but good hotel friendly staff - we eventually found a shortcut DOWN to the beach -much easier to walk than drive - about a 20 min walk -love san seb

Hotel is fine but difficult to find - we eventually followed a cab up to the hotel. We found a short cut down to the beach / old town - a nice walk and 382 steps.

Hôtel impeccable mais situé un peu loin du centre ville. Cependant l' accés au centre ville est aisé par bus sauf la nuit

Ett fräscht och lyxigt hotell mitt i ett lugnt och trivsamt bostadsområde. Trevlig personal, dyr frukost och fina rum med AC. Ligger en bit utanför centrala staden - ca 5 min med buss. Finns dock flera bussar att välja mellan.

Il faisait froid dans la chambre (impossible de régler le chauffage, normal d'après ma réception). Après une douche, la salle de bain se transforme en piscine (problème d'étanchéité au niveau de la vitre sensée éviter ce soucis). Résultat : pas assez de serviettes pour éponger le sol et s'essuyer. Restaurant : menu proche de celui d'une cantine, pas de carte de vin, service de moindre qualité. Le prix, lui, est digne d'un 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner : commandé pour 10h30 en chambre et servi à 11h30 après notre rappel téléphonique. Ce petit déjeuner a mis fin à tout espoir : pain grillé froid, croissants et chocolatines racis, gâteau de la veille... horrible. Une honte ! Ils l'ont d'ailleurs reconnus puisqu'il nous à était offert après réclamations. Dernière chose : nous avons demandé la veille à quelle heure nous devions quitter la chambre et on nous a répondu à 14h00. Après notre "petit déjeuner", on nous a apppelé pour quitter la chambre à 12H00. Nous sommes dans un 4 étoiles ?

"Schönes Hotel würde es ohne Zweifel wieder buchen"

Wirkt zunächst etwas dezentral (20 min zu Fuß zum Zentrum), ist aber extrem gut angebunden (Bus). Liegt erhaben auf einem Hügel. Service ist entgegenkommend und professionell. Frühstück nicht sehr üppig und etwas langsam. Zimmer sind modern designed und sauber. Insgesamt ist das Hotel absolut eine Empfehlung.
