Excellent overall. My wife thought the pillows were "too soft", and the coffee in the room too bitter. She liked the selection for breakfast andthe... coffee. Service staff, reception staff in the front desk were super friendly and responsive. I slept through it and liked the coffee selection both in the room and the breakfast area. Not what I've experienced in other La Quinta"s . Small dining area with not much choice in breakfast. Room was smaller than other LQ's and furnishings, carpets, paint needed refreshed. I'd go to the Drury acroos the street next time.

Location was great. The staff was very friendly. It was a busy weekend for the hotel and they made every effort to get the room clean by check in time. Room was quiet and clean. The hotel complimentary breakfast is always good and convenient for our family.

This was a last minute booking for me and it was great for a brief over night stay for business. The rooms were very clean comfy pillows and parking was accessible (which is great when arriving late at night alone). It is close to pretty much everything.

Carpeting was stained and looked like it hadn't been swept in a month. I think the motel employs one person who works the front desk, sets up breakfast, answers maintenance calls and does housekeeping.

There were two problems with our room which the front desk clerk addressed by moving us to another room. It was disappointing that there is no computer available to guests in the lobby. We had left our computer at home on this trip so had no way to connect with our email.

Stayed here for a night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bedroom was clean and cozy. I had my lab retriever with me and it was not a hassle checking him in. I was not charged extra for having a pet with me, which is a plus. I will stay here again.

Seems it's a parking lot, and smoking bench drink fest. Was staying with 2 children on 3rd floor. Was loud above, outside, and down halls. Our bathroom was dirty behind door. And bathroom fixtures were cheeply fixed from patrons before. Will never come back.

tEvent though he customer service was great, the room we stayed in...NOT SO MUCH!! there was a 1" gap all the way around the door, the A/C was coming out of the wall and the bathroom had a terrible B.O. scent. I will not be staying here for future visits.

I did not like the fact that check-in was not until 3:00 PM. So I called the hotel the day before we left and they said to call when I got in town to see if a room was ready and maybe they could check us in. I went straight to the hotel as soon as we got in town and the girl at the front desk asked one of the room maids if there were any rooms ready. […] They put us in a room that had a fridge & microwave ordered previously from someone else which was a bonus. I was soooo grateful for the hospitality and warmth we were shown. Someone else's dirty towel still in bathroom - bedspreads are dated beds are lumpy needs updating this is a 2 star mostly for righboorhood not for condition of hotel staff very nice will always take this as a last chance

bare bones accomodations. one small elevator for an entire floor of at least 30 rooms. had to ask for room to be made up at 4:00 PM. very few amenities such a soap after the first day.

There are not any roll away beds here. i wanted to get one but they do not have them. hotels.com said there was but they were wrong. i don think hotels.com really knows the hotels they are useing. i dont know if i will use them again.

Didn't realize there was a microwave and refrigerator in my room! That was a nice surprise. Would have been comfortable had I stayed for more than one day--would have used the exercise room; enjoyed the free breakfast.
