"2012 Cacun Trip"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

"Amazing Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.

The Cancun Hotel Zone rests on a slit of land bound by a lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Sunseekers crowd the white-sand beaches. At night, the action moves to the restaurants, clubs, and bars that line Boulevard Kukulcán, the area’s main artery. This road passes by the El Rey ruins, believed to be a king’s tomb.

The hotel needs maintenance, but their service compensates for the lack of luxury.
After checking in I went back to look at the reviews again. Anything that was good was about a 2 bedroom type room. Ours was not. It smelled hrrible and nothing worked properly. We had stayed there about 5 years ago and it was nice. Never again.
"hotel cancun clipper club"
Close to convention center. Free WiFi at the lobby. Room TV is not in good working condition. Take a while to check out because they want to check if you stole anything from the room. For the price you paid, cannot complain too much.

"Older than it looks from online pics"
This is a good hotel if you need to be near the Cancun Convention Center (across the street). But it's a bit older than the online pictures show. The rooms were clean but not very comfortable. The wireless internet in the lobby was good.

"Super Hotel"
The hotel was close to our dive trip, staff very helpful. Cost (thru Hotels.com) was incrediable! Only complaint was 1 of the 4 rooms had a noisy ac unit. Otherwise perfect! Lots of room, very clean, very very convient.

"Not bad but not good"
I splashed out (a bit) on this hotel as the previous was terrible, but to be honest was a little dissapointed. The restaurant was ok and so was the pool, but the room was noisy all night (re: local clubs - it was a Fri/Sat though) and worst of all was the shower, very little hot water and the most miserly flow I've ever encountered.
"Good hotel, low price"
It is impossible to find another hotel near convention center with the same price. Actually, the convention center is just outside the hotel. Although without ocean view, but not far away from the public beach. Also the night club, Coco Bongo, not far away.

"buena opción"
La ubicación perfectamente. Cerca de lo más importante de Cancún. El hotel muy bueno y el precio excelente. Totalmente recomendable. Limpias las habitaciones. Una piscina grande.

"Great location and good value for money"
Nice pool area. Rooms very clean and big (Studio). Great location but can be a bit noisy because of the discos near by. Ask for a room as far away from the discoarea. Internet expensive and TV signal not good. Would use it again, if we`ll be in Cancun.

"Recomendable"
El hotel muy bien para el precio establecido. Además esta muy bien ubicado, especialmente para los que desean salir a bailar.

Adoramos o hotel, o café é ótimo e o lugar é muito perto das baladas, assim não precisamos usar o carro.
