this place is a rip off.. i found 2 dead roaches in my room. i will never again go here or reccomend anyone else.

The location of the hotel was close to where I needed to be and didn't force me to devote most of my budget just to sleeping.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay at Best Value while visiting family in nearby Laguna Beach. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. I was hoping for a little more variety. I was further disappointed that I could not find a place to have breakfast nearby besided McDonalds.

Overall it a good stay for the money. The only disturbance I had was the people next door banging their headboard on the wall at 1:30 in the morning!

The staff is a little cool, but overall the hotel is worth the rate.

Good hotel for the money. We were going to a wedding in nearby San Juan Capistrano, 15 minutes away, and this place was close enough and one of the cheapest around. It had all the basics, plus pool and jacuzzi. Quiet, clean, plenty of parking...Overall pleasant stay if you're on a budget and aren't hanging out in your room all day.

Hotel was good for the price. The room was clean and the premises were clean. The bed was a bit too hard for me, though.

An ideal hotel for the area - close in to Irvine business center - clean, well run, pleasant staff and front desk and economical .

Clean lobby and pool area. Quiet in evening. Basic accommodation, but well worth the price.

Nice, firm beds, clean room, (mostly) friendly staff, however wireless Internet in every room did not exist.

Good value. Very clean. Older hotel. breakfast poor at best. asked for extra pillows and was told there were none, while the hotel was very empty.

This hotel is ok if you just need a quick over nighter. No hair dryer or iron in room. The bed was hard and the bath towels were like sand paper. But for the money, what do you expect! Fred from Palmdale, CA

This hotel very clean, and in a good location. Though the neighbors were talking very loudly starting at 5:30am, we did sleep very well.

i do not know the area but there was a sheirf patroling. the beds were hard. the toliet and shower were clean and check in was fast and easy with the reservations. the only thing that really ticked me off was, this hotel pad locked the pool and spa. this would have not been the biggest issue if the hotel had a posted time for the pool and spa.

Very nice room for the money. Could have a few more amenities (ie: shampoo/conditioner, dryer) but overall a good value.

its a ok hotel for the price. nothing to write home about. if you need a place to crash for the night. it will work

Rooms were small and cramped. Clientele were questionable. The night I arrived police were searching cars. The following morning I confronted a peeping tom looking in through a small gap in my curtains. Definitely NOT the place for small children!

Stayed one night on my way to another destination. Great "one-night" place. Very clean rooms, large comfortable beds, enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly and personable. High quality for a motel, would recommend to others. Price seemed appropriate.

Coming from someone that generally stays in 4star Hotels..... They could use slight upgrades to their rooms. But overall, for the price I paid, it was a good stay and the people were friendly.

Great price for the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for me.i would definitly stay again at this hotel.

After we checked in- the door on our room would not unlock-this happened after 10pm- the secuirtiy guard attempted to break in the door but he had no luck. He eventually had to pry open a window after trying to tell me I wuld have to wait for maintenace in the morning- We had a 7 am meeting and I insisted that we get into our room. Eventually he got the window open ans they moved us to the room next door. I was told that this was not the first room to have this issue. They need to matain the rooms with more frequency.

This was the one hotel that was reasonably priced south of irvine and closer to the other residential areas. Room was clean, bed was ok, overall I thought it was about right for the price. Only complaint is some of the wall outlets werent screwed on all the way

Carpeting was stained. Remote for the TV had no batteries. The sidewalk area outside the room was dirty and had litter. On the plus side, the complimentary coffee and donuts served in the AM was good.

Carpets were worn/dirty and hotel looked and felt very worn out. Needs a refresh.

For the price, the hotel was OK. Everything was old, but the room was relatively clean and quiet. The towels were very small and thin, but, again, clean.

Check-in clerk exhibited a hostile attitude. Otherwise a reasonable hotel for the price/location.

the room was just fine however the staff of the hotel was very rude. they were too lazy to help you past checking in and out but the room and pool were clean and adequate for the money spent

after 30 min in bed ....I deveolped an ithcing problem that did not stop for the next 24 hours. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperado!!

I read reviews of this hotel that were uncomplimentary. Maybe I am easier to please, but my wife and I were completely happy with our stay. The room was a quiet, clean, pleasant place to sleep. The staff was courteous and efficient. And the rate was much less than comparable places in the area. We wo9uld be delighted to stay there again.

I would recommend this hotel for those that are passing through, and only looking for a place to lay their head. The pool, although too cold for me had several kids enjoying themselves. There is a lot of tree life and green, makes it look like a secluded resort in the middle of a concrete world. I used the shower curtain as a curtain for privacy because the blinds would not close all the way. And the deadbolt would not open when I tried to leave. I did not feel safe there when my husband left for work, so I went home and did not get to try any of the other ammenities.

noisy, bed not made up, grounds in dreadful condition, maid brought us towels when we had a do not disturb sign out, woke us up and they weren't even for us etc etc. Check out clerk rude when we complained bed had not been made up.

Hotel Manager was very accomodating and friendly. Was tired from traveling, was made to feel very welcome. Accidentally overstayed my visit in the spa, and the security guard was abit overzealous. Was not bothering anyone, and I needed the relaxation, so it was a bit off-putting, but it was my misunderstanding. Still, I felt like I was on the recieving end of someone with a small power trip, and too much time on his hands. It's a nice neighborhood, and they should just try and relax a little more.
