The entire room and staff were excellent except for one thing and that was the toilet seat almost comming off of the toilet. Everything else was top... notch and One small glitch would not stop me from going again. I would recommend it. by Buck from SC on 03/12/13

Hotel was very outdated. First time I've ever stayed in a hotel and didnt feel comfortable taking shower, the tub was so dirty. The whole place smelled. My kids slept fully clothed because the room just had a dirty feel about. The front desk workers nice

I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to show up just to check me in. When I got off the elevator, the wallpaper was peeling off the entire wall in front of me. My bathtub looks and feels as if it has been resurfaced many times and that they caulked over the mildew. Will not be going back.

Hotel was close to Stone Mountain and about 15-20 drive to downtown Atlanta. Staff was friendly and complimentary breakfast was great! Breakfast had a selection of eggs (including hard boiled eggs), sausage, cereal, breads, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juices, waffle maker, etc. Hotel was behind a Target store and right off the highway.

Overall I enjoyed it. Only two things kinda bugged me. The hotel is really close to I-285 and you can hear road noise in the room even with the AC on. I was told there would be bacon on continental breakfast buffet but they had sausage instead. Big deal right? I just have a strong appreciation for bacon.The lack of bacon did no stop me from eating two […] plates of eggs, waffles, toast and many glasses of OJ. The staff was great and even gave me free asprin to deal with my headache the next morning. Super clean and extra comfortable hotel. Room was marvelous! Guest services were great. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Definitely would love to stay here again when in the area. This hotel rates a 5+ anyday!!!

While the hotel was generally well kept but the houskeeping and services lacking. I stayed for the better part of a week and the room was only partially cleaned on a daily basis (e.g. trash not emptied) and amenities not replaced (e.g. replace the in room coffee supplies). Nice room, nice hotel, nice location. For the average room it would have been nice, unfortunately I was in a suite that was a bit lacking compared to most. Never got a chance to use the pool or the breakfast although both looked inviting. Hotel is 100% smoke-free and several establishments gave a discount when showing them the room key.

The staff was very friendly. We got in a little late and the kids wanted to swim, so the front of the house staff left it open an hour longer. It really made the kids happy. The only thing that could have made the stay better is if they had darkening shades to help block out the lights from the parking lot. I would recommend this hotel.

My only complaint concerns the WIFI. It was terrible. Boosters on each floor are not that expensive and increase the strength significantly. Hotels should understand the importance of good internet to business people. I would recommend the hotel to others unless they depend on internet for business purposes.

Two remotes was unusual but workable. An on-screen channel guide would be very nice. The breakfast was ok but nothing special: fresh fruit, cerial, coffee, tea, juice, you-make-it waffles, processed eggs, sausage links, and bagels were all fresh but the eggs weren't very good.

The room was comfortable except for the TV which was difficult to watch despite efforts to improve the set. A smaller tv would have been sufficient. Couch was a bit in disrepair.Employees were professional and courteous.
