This hotel was nice and clean! TV wasn't a flat screen but that didn't bother me! And no BED BUGS!! The only thing that sucked was the wireless Internet. It didn't work! Right by the boardwalk and neighborhood was fine. But overall I give it a 4 out if 5!

I called ahead as I needed a crib for my infant and was coming in late that night. Keisha went to check and promptly called me back. She had the crib set up in the room and turned the heater on so we didn't arrive to a very cold room with the infant. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Will definitely stay again
"Easy Quick Getaway to AC!"
We used Flagship for a quick getaway for myself and two children. Picked the hotel because of location, price, and the indoor pool. Great because units have a kitchen so we were able to take meals in our suite. Pool was generally uncrowded and clean. "Great hotel for the price."
I booked this hotel over Valentine's Day weekend. They were handing out chocolate heart boxes to all the ladies in the hotel, which I thought was nice of them.The room with the single queen and kitchenette was very nice, clean, and somewhat up to date. When morning came to checkout, the elevators were down, and everyone had to use the stairs to get […] down. I was on the 19th floor, and didn't find it to bad going down the staircase, but for some that might have been problematic. Luckily the elevators were up and running fairly quickly. The hotel isn't that close to the casinos and shopping area, so a car or shuttle is definitely needed. You could walk, but it was to cold out at the time, and would take about 30 minutes or so. When I booked this I was not aware that upon my arrival I would be hustled not once but twice before I even settled into my room to experience a timeshare presentation. I request my friends room and mine be next to each other was told over the phone it was no problem. My friends arrived first and also asked to be located next to my room, and were told there was no problem. When I arrived to check in, I was the told the rooms were no longer next to each other. No explanation and no offer for anything as an apology. […] I even asked that they at least cover the $7 parking and was refused. Then when I finally get to room after using the slowest "smart" elevators in the world, my TV didn't work. Terrible customer service. Elevator system is horrible, takes minimum of 25 minutes for elevator to come. Customer service is horrible, don't take any responsibility for elevator system being so slow. Tried asking the concierge to get us a taxi, and they said "thats not our job." "worst customer service"
Don't ever stay here. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The elevators broke leaving us trapped in the elevator. When we hit the call button for help, we were given the biggest attitude and accused of making a joke. She was completely rude and disrespectful. After 45 minutes six people finally got the doors open. Our heat in our room […] was broke and we got little sleep. It was blowing out freezing cold air. When we called for help at the front desk no one answered the phone. After a few hours of calling we received someone on the phone who promised to have someone sent to fix it. "Nice weekend"
Stayed for a weekend in Ac. Overall a pleasantly surprising stay. Great room on the 27 floor. Nicer than most hotels. Heat was erratic all weekend but the staff honestly tried to correct problem . I felt that the front desk staff was rude and un caring. Also hotels.com should alert the clients when making a reservation that they require a 100.00 security deposit on the room with a major credit card. My home was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, there was family infighting, and then my grandmother died, just after Christmas Day. I needed to run away...but not too far away. I booked into Flagship on New Years Day. My room was on the 19th floor, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It had a kitchenette, so I could pray, meditate, read and think. "Nicer 12 years ago..."
This is our 2nd stay at the Flagship in about 12 years. The studio we rented appeared clean and the view was nice. The kitchenette was well equipped, towels and toiletries were plentiful, and we loved the t.v. The beds did not sleep well (old mattresses). Only one mattress had a cover and the other was ragged with holes) We inspected for bedbugs and […] found none (although we were later told that the hotel did have a problem with them which messed with our heads). There was also a question about whether the sheets were clean as they looked rather dingy and were quite thin. However, we detected no stains or odors so thought it safe to sleep on them. The hotel staff was very pleasant and check-in and out were a breeze. One needs to be told about the $100 deposit for incidentals iwhen booking. Being a native of the city, the location didn't bother me, although I understand why it would bother others. However, transportation is right outside the door and it's a straight walk (for the hearty) anywhere. The wi-fi sucked! Because this is home for me, my husband said he would have been interested in a timeshare as he likes coming to AC. However, the facility would need quite an update before he would consider it. The guy at the check in was very nice, asked where we wanted our room and gave us the 18th floor which had an amazing view. The room was spacious, and the little kitchenette was very convenient. Was very comfortably with the room and the admemnities of the Hotel. The Pool & Jaccuzi was heavenly and the theatre was great. The arcade was fun too.
