Overall I would stay again. Check-in was a little long. Room was top notch for the price. Hospitality was a little less than average but that is to be expected for a timeshare. Pool was heated...big plus for the time of year. Very close to Universal. Overall, nice experience.

They have no facilities on site, like spa and restaurants the washer and dryer were to loud to run and the Internet is $40 per week per device or $9.99 per day per device

at the first nigth about 11.30 pm thru 3.30 am was a horrible noise inside the wall , look like a diesel motor inside the wall(NO SLEEP ON THE FIRST NIGTH ) .they move us the to the next tower . they just change my keys and we have to move all my family stuff thru the parking lot .I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL FOR NO ONE .

It was very nice, but was very disappointed in some of the amenities. The wifi was a $9.99 charger per day, the playground was not for toddler/preschool age children, and the activity center is only available for scheduled activities not coloring or some arts and crafts. In fact, their "Build and Stuff" was an additional $25 per child. . .the actual […] store is not even that expensive. Moreover, there was a problem with our door, so we had to stay in during the afternoon until they rekeyed it. The heated pool was the best part for us. It provided a view of Wet and Wild which the kids loved. Having two full baths was awesome. The walk in shower was worth coming back for. The unit itself was a little dated and cramped. It was fine for a night, but I would not stay a week.

We had a two-bedroom in tower A. Room was very nice; clean and well furnished. Ask for a lake view. Nice facilities; pool was heated, game area, arcade, etc. Staff was friendly and efficient. No complaints.

The woman at the front desk when we were checking in was on the phone the whole time and thus made multiple mistakes. She was not friendly at all. The elevator was broken and hit my shoulder. The lobby was not very appealing. I would not return to this location.

Fitness Center was below par! 2 Treadmills, 1 Broken. 2 Ellipticals, 1 Broken and 1 recumbent bike. 4 station multi stack machine ok with torn pads. Some Dumbbells and one bench.

Great value for a family of more than four that needs a third bed and an extra room (and bathroom). Not 5 star luxury but it is clean and roomy. Lacks a true restaurant, it has a snack place which is closed at night. Seven minutes ride to Universal, about 20 to Disney. Better view on the pond side.

Its not much of an experience when you can't check in until 4pm and check out is at 10 a.m. and having to pay for wifi is ridiculous in this day and age. Especially given the price for one night at your hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Westgate. The hotel was great, convenient location to all attractions. However, I did not know I would have to endure a one and a half hour sales pitch for the condos when I got there. Salesperson would not take no for an answer!

We stumbled onto the west gate by running out of a bedbug infested place nearby. They took us in and gave us a great room. Virgilio was amazing; pointing out where to look to see the Disney fireworks out our window and the local eateries. The shower was incredible, the beds were comfy and the security was great. We will come back here for sure!!

We werent told upfront when we reserved the room that there would be a $50 dep, so wasn't prepared with cash, had to put in on the card, which we were told would take 3 or 4 days to credit back. It was the most horrible weekend ever, first whe i check in they sent me to a room that was already taken. The worst part is that me and my 8 and 10 yo daughters and my 5 yo nephew walked in a couple having sex.
