Couldn't be a better place to stay, downtown Mesa. Love the place and people. Staying again next year.

The Hotel was very clean and a great location. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Something we don't always get at other Hotels. The full Breakfast was a surprise and very good. It saved us some time in the morning instead of going elsewhere which we appreciated. I highly recommend this Hotel. It can't be beat for the price!

I like the property and ammenities, good location

This hotel had nice ammenities for the money. Hot breakfast choices, frig and microwave in the room, nice pool and hot tub. Nothing fancy but very comfortable.

The only fault we found was the carpet. It was vacummed, but definitely needed a good shampooing.

We had some issues with our room and the manager was HORRIBLE to work with. We will NEVER stay at this Best Western again.

We arrived at 1am and the check in was quick and painless. very good room for the price.

I go to the Mezona every year with my college buddies out of tradition - we've been going there since we couldn't afford anything else. Plus, it's the official spring training hotel of the Chicago Cubs minor leaguers, which is cool. However, there is no denying that it is pretty dumpy and I'd never bring my wife there. Great breakfast spread, however, and unbeatable proximity to HoHoKam field.

The hotel was located close to the conference I was attending, but the surrounding neighborhood was less than desirable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, the breakfast was nothing special. For the short period I was there, the hotel meet my needs.

My first impression when I opened the door was that the room smelled "old" - perhaps carpeting, bed linen, etc. and I was tempted to check out before I moved in. I was tired so decided to stay. My room was at the back of the building, across from the ice and vending machines. Very noisy due to people collecting near my door. My room was at the back at the parking lot, and as I was alone, I would have preferred a room with an inside hallway. Location was convenient to my business meeting but I would not stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised at the size, comfort, and cleanliness of the room considering the reasonable rates. Great breakfasts. I definitely will stay there again.

Although the motel is approximately 20 years old, I found the rooms very comfortable. The location is great and the staff is quick to thier feet on your needs. You don't even find this at a five star hotel.

After my wife and I returned from our evening dinner, we approached our room and there was a maintenance man cleaning or doing something along the sidewalk right by our room. This was about 8 p.m. When it was about 10:00 p.m this same maintenance man tried to open our door. My wife yelled at him and told him to stop it. We were both shook up becuase we thought someone was trying to break in. The maintenance man knew we were in our room. Subsequently, I called the front desk and reported what happen. I don't beleive this motel should have a maintenance man be cleaning when customers are trying to go to sleep.

Good hotel for the price. I've stayed at this hotel several times and I have had no problems.

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was adequate. The pool was great in the hot sun. The room was very large. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The price of the room was inexpensive especially for what you get. An overall excellent hotel. We highly recommend it. It's not 4-star, but an affordable, comfortable place with lots of ammenities.

a little pricey, but that was do to season, ( spring training, for baseball).

Needed a room for out-of-towners to assemble day before a funeral. The owner and help were most accomodating.

Mezona Best Western was centrally located in downtown Mesa. The staff was helpful in every aspect. Nearby shops and galleries were within walking distance. Free hot breakfast was more than adequate. Pool and hot spa were enjoyable.

Hotel is total non-smoking but our room smelled like smoke. They sprayed it again but didn't move us as they thought another room would be the same. (??) Bed was comfortable. Room was big. Had all the features we needed; hair dryer and iron. And, some we didn't use; microwave and refrig. Our room faced parking lot. Too noisy. If possible, get pool-side room. Breadfast buffet is really the best feature. They offered eggs, waffles, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal and more. Would we stay again? Maybe.

Shower needs better shower head and the bed is getting a little worn out, but otherwise a good deal for the money. Nice, friendly staff and a good breakfast room.

Hotel was clean and the microwave and mini-fridge were desirable for our family. Family illness while on vacation led to the need for an urgent care facility. The staff spent a great deal of time making sure we located a facility and that our sick children were feeling better. Would certainly recommend this facility and will use again if the need presents itself.

The room was larger than most. It was comfortable and clean. We loved the free hot breakfast in the mornings and cookies in the afternoon. We also loved the free wireless internet. The kids loved the pool and the service was outstanding.
