Older place, but we'll kept at a good price. Walk to gondola and shops.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beautiful place with great amenities"
We had an awesome time at the Bronze Tree Condos! The place was gorgeous--granite counter tops, tiled shower, it was awesome. In addition, we had a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. Even though it rained most of the weekend, we still had a great time. The hotel staff was friendly and supportive.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"CLEAN MET EXPECTATIONS"
Proximity of chairlift was good albeit a bit of a walk 250 feet. Rooms were clean a bit outdated. Front desk very helpful. Very good shuttle service to go anywhere in town.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great place to ski and play!"
Our condo was fantastic! The location is fairly close to the gondola and the price was right. The only tricky part was trying to figure out where to check in!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location and great stay for the pric"
Excellent location and very nice rooms. Only issue is you have to check in at a different property which wasn't explained to us. Overall very pleased with the room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Condos close to Steamboat skiing base"
Comfortable condo for a family or two couples with underground parking, basic amenities, and a short walk to the ski lifts and other mountain activities.Genuine Expedia guest review
First time doing a vacation rental and was very pleased with every aspect of the experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, even staying late for our arrival. While the condo was not the most current, it was in excellent shape, very clean and very functional. Lots of room for our family and a great location for both the mountain views and […] the proximity to both downtown and the main square for ski area. Highly recommend the facility. We used both the pool and the fitness area and both were excellent as well. Amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was for us to prepare all our meals there. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great weekend at Bronze Tree"
The Bronze Tree Condos are convenient to the ski slopes and a great place to stay even in the summer. Coffee and restaurants within walking distance along with wonderful views off the patio made this a perfect place to stay. The furnishings in our unit were a bit dated (couch was worn) but there was abundant storage which I've found in the past lacking […] at ski resort condos. Overall I'd stay here again if the price was right. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Small but very nice"
The only negative thing I can say is that there should be some notification that you can't check in at the actual unit. You have to check in at another location which wasn't anywhere on my paperwork and I had to call to find out where to go and to get directions. It was the Torian Plum where you actually check in and get your keys. We were in unit […] 307. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (even a crockpot) and TV's and cable in all three bedrooms. The unit itself is small--not even sure if it is 1000sf but we had 4 adults and 4 kids and we were all fine. I would totally go back and stay again. I think people need to realize though that every unit is owned by different people so while 307 had very comfortable beds and was updated, it doesn't mean another unit will be. "The weekend was too short."
This was a great place to stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. The unit we had was a three bedroom with a nice sized common living area and kitchen. We liked that the refrigerator had a built in ice machine, though we went through the ice rather quickly. The unit was also very well stocked with all the conveniences of home: coffee pot and filters, […] tea pot, blender, cutting board, plastic cups as well as the the nice glasses, toaster, etc. If we needed something in the kitchen it was there. Being a mountain town, there was no air conditioning in the room. They did supply floor/table top fans to help circulate air, but ceiling fans would have been nice and could also be used in the winter to help circulate the heat. We had a great view from our balcony. There was also a nice walkway so we could easily and quickly get down tothe restaurants and shps at the little area below the condos. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed a lot longer to enjoy it more. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"I would have liked a reason to stay longer."
All rooms look out to towards the valley, the ski slopes and the gondola square below. The rooms were on separate ends. The staff were courteous, helpful and made a point to avoid contact with guests. On two separate occasions, a worker and a cleaner took other routes. The rooms were large, the kitchen is well equipped, and the pools and fitness equipment […] are in good shape. This is a very nice place. I would stay here again. "Nice family getaway"
When we first arrived, our GPS took us to the condo. Unfortunately, check in is down the hill from where the condo is located. One of the employees offered to have us follow him to the main office. Very nice guy. The condo was very nice and worked very well for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything that you need to cook your own meals. "Room was nice just a couple of hickups"
Room was very nice. Location was good. Beds were comfy. In the afternoon the living area became quite hot with no A/C. It did cool down in the evening so that we could sleep, but was quite uncomfortable from the dinner hour untill the sun went down. We also found a few dirty dishes which had to be rewashed. The facility was very nice.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice staff and convenient location and location"
Needs better information on ski in location and is not really a ski out locale. Trash needed to be emptied and more bags provided. Otherwise was a great trip.Genuine Expedia guest review
"great ski in/ski out location"
Great location for a ski in/ski out vacation. short walk to Ski TIme Square and able to see the sights and hear the sounds from the condo patio. outdoor hot tub was a great experience. the beds in our unit were not very comfortable and should be upgraded. other features in the unit were good.Genuine Expedia guest review

Nice location. We traveled with several families that stayed in several different units on this property. Our unit was in nice condition. Our stay at the ResortQuest Bronze Tree Condominiums far exceeded our expectations. There is a certain level of anxiety when booking over the internet, but this properties description didn't do it justice. Our two bedroom suite was clean, comfortable and finely decorated. It is apparent that the owners take pride in keeping their property up. The views […] from the rooms and balcony were quite simply, majestic. "Everything we wanted for a great price"
We were very pleased with our stay at the Bronze Tree. The place was comfortable and cozy but still modern. The heated floors in the bathroom and a humidifier in each room was an added bonus. The location would be great during ski season but since we were there during the summer for the marathon, it was a little out of the way. However, the free shuttle […] works well. Also, the curtains could have been a little more light resistant but the rest of the place made up for it. I highly recommend this place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel exceed all of our expectations. The three bedroom condo on the 6th floor had great views from the deck where we could listen to the Apre ski bands. Rated this hotel 4's and 5's it was a wonderful experience overall, however, one of the people in our party really needed to work and the internet connection was very spotty. "Bronze Tree is the best ever"
We have stayed in a lot of condos at ski resorts. Bronze Tree is the best ever. You can sit in the living room and see the skiers on the slopes. Condo was clean and well supplied. "Small, cozy, be aware of summer construction"
This was a great little condo, near base of Steamboat Mountain. For the price, it was fabulous in the summer. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it fit us just fine. Great balcony overlooking the ski area and the Yampa Valley. All the expected amenities for cooking in. The only drawback was there was a lot of construction in the area, some right outside […] our window that began at 7 am! Might call the actual hotel first and see if that is the case. our accomodations were good. the 3 bed 2 bath unit was alittle smaller than we preferred, but had been updated and were nice. we could have used maid service everyday in an effort to have clean towels and alittle more order to our unit, but it was only every other day. Hotels.com had told us they would specify the 5th floor , however, and we were put […] on the 2nd floor, so the view of the slopes wasnt what we had hoped for. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The ski-in/walk-out location is just as advertised: easy. "Nice condo complex"
We stayed in Feb 2014 for 3 days in unit 201. All the units are different (individually owned), and ours is a very nicely decorated 3-bedroom/2-bath unit. Both bathrooms have heated floors - a nice bonus. :) The master bath is really nice in this unit! This particular unit has no view of the slopes. Our friends were in 204, a 2-bedroom unit that hasn't been updated recently, and not nearly as nice, but has a view of the slopes. The management company (windham) has AWESOME employees - all VERY helpful and tried very hard to please. This was GREATLY appreciated!!!! The nightly rate for the unit was reasonable. These condos would be really great if they hadn't built a newer condo building right in front of it - between this complex and the slopes. This means that it's a bit of a walk, down 2 sets of stairs and across a street to get to the slopes. :( You could ski back in to the complex, however. Walking back up the steps would be painful after a day of skiing. The skiing was really nice, and the town is great. Good restaurants, shopping, etc.
"Excellent place to ski in and relax"
02/19/14 Dan H Indianapolis, Indiana
I went with my fiance and another couple and had a blast here. The bedrooms wre clean and separated by the main room and kitchen so everyone had their privacy. We had a full kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner almost every night. The shuttle was great and took us downtown to watch some football on Sunday night. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get picked up. You can definitely ski in if you pick up enough speed heading onto the path. You have to walk maybe 200 yards downhill so it is not that bad, and you ski right down the the base. The only bad part was the hot tub. I am picky about public hot tubs as I work in the industry. We will stay there again.

While we have been to the Boat many times this was the first at the Bronze Tree; it didn't disappoint at all. The condo was well appointed in every way. The kitchen had everything one could want and was very well organized (kudos to the housing keeping staff). The staff at Resortquest were great at helping us with our questions, even went out of their way to help us find where we could cut a Christmas tree to take home as well as finding a lost jacket my nephew misplaced while at the property. Exceptional service is so hard to find these days but, not here. We will be back!
"MusicFest 2013 at Bronze Tree"
10/09/13 RacTony7 Wichita Falls, Texas, United States
We booked our MusicFest 2013 Ski Trip at Bronze Tree Condos. I must admit that the condo exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the balcony overlooking the slopes was incredible. The kitchen was very modern and spacious as well. The only thing that I felt was slightly misleading was the washer/dryer situation. When we booked online we initially believed that we had our own personal washer and dryer. It turns out that each floor has a shared washer/dryer room. This really wasn't a deal breaker, but I do wish it had been better clarified. If you decided to stay in Bronze Tree I would also recommend you get very detailed instructions on how to check in. We actually had to check in about 1 mile away from the condo which led to some confusion. All things considered the condo was very comfortable. It does has ski in/out access, but do keep in mind that this is somewhat dependent on the time of year you arrive and the amount of snow they have. We were fortunate and got to use the ski in/out access. It is slightly more challenging to use on a snowboard since the ski in portion is quite narrow. I also recommend that you do your own grocery shopping. While we were there we had heard of several people having issues with the contracted grocery services in Steamboat. ResortQuest (who managed the property during our stay) recommended two different contract services to do your grocery shopping for you, but I would just avoid it. Walmart is only about 10 minutes away. I would certainly choose Bronze Tree again. I would highly recommend it if you are over 25 years of age or have a family. It was a quiet and relaxing property.
"We liked it so much we bought a condo"
07/04/13 David M Atlanta, Georgia
Been coming to steamboat for over ten years now - when it came time to buy, I looked all over and chose to buy at Bronzetree. This is a smaller condo building (30+) units that sits right on the mountain. It is very convenient to ski in and walk out. The views of the mountain and valley are great. You also have free shuttle service to town, an indoor pool and hot tub, and a small gym. Great for families and couples looking to chill and unwind.
"Breathtaking views and wonderfully hospitable management."
When we first arrived there was a bit of a miscommunication. Our reservations had been made, or so we thought, and we were ready to settle in. After 45 minutes in the lobby, and no luck finding our reservations,(made by Priceline by the way) the operations manager Lisa Shafer took us up to our 5th floor 2bd 2ba condo. Once there Lisa went in and straightened the room, put linen on all the beds, and got us settled in. Lisa took a bad situation and made it a dream come true! We were shown such a good time we've decided to make this an annual family trip! Thank you for your hospitality Bronze Tree. We'll see you all next year!!
"Beautiful and clean condo with nice pool and hot tubs."
Steamboat is fun and beautiful with lots to do and see. The Bronze Tree has a nice view and met all my expectations. It's quiet, clean, and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed and you can see pictures of all the condos and book which one you want on the website. Will definitely be back.
"Next to cleanliness, is trustworthiness"
04/10/12 Mary G Nickerson, Nebraska, United States
We recently stayed at the Bronze Tree for our second year. We love the proximity, ski in, ski out. We found our rooms to be clean and very comfortable! This is a must but equally important is trustworthiness. I inadvertently left my purse (with my "life" in it) in a dresser drawer. I did not realize this until late in the evening after checkout. Fortunately, the next day I received a call at 8:00 a.m. that they had found it. Arrangements were made with UPS immediately to ship it to me. I was so relieved and grateful that I could trust the staff with something that was so valuable to me.
"4th year visiting Bronze Tree, questionable about a 5th visit"
03/07/12 Familywandering Atlanta, Georgia
This is our 4th year visiting Bronze Tree. That being said you may guess we have had many great experiences which kept us coming back but maybe not next year! The condos are clean and have a beautiful view of the mountain. All the condos we rented are up to date. If anything breaks in the condo the maintenance personnel are at the condo fairly quickly to repair it. They have washers and dryers available to do laundry. The in-house laundromat is free and in great working condition. To get around town we use the shuttle service, Resort Quest, which is exceptional. When I get to Steamboat I put the phone number for the shuttle service on speed dial on my phone. The drivers are always on time and very courtesy. When I come from the grocery stowith a load full of groceries they will go out there way to assist you taking the groceries out of the car and finding a reliable way to get the groceries to your condo. The condo actually has a groceries cart in it. The drivers will usually run through the condo to find the groceries cart and bring it to the shuttle van. My one complaint about the property is they are fairly small. This year we rented a three bedroom condo and I feel like we are tripping over each other. BUT, the reason I may find another place to rent is not about the condos themselves. It is the proximity to the mountain. It is close to the mountain which makes the ski in ski out wonderful. However, this year there has not been much snow. I guess this requires much more work to groom the mountain. The trucks work to about 11-12 at night and start again at 5 in the morning. One trucks keeps making this loud beeping noise which makes it difficult to sleep. I called the office and they said there was nothing they could do about it. As much as I love The Bronze Tree I may look for another condo that is ski in ski out but located further down the mountain away from the nightly cacophony.
