This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.
Location.
This beachfront Cancun property is in the Hotel Zone, within one-half kilometer of the Museo de Arte Popular Mexicano and Playa Linda. Playa Langosta is within one kilometer.

Hotel was very clean, accommodations were great but the food was lousy. If you go don't plan on enjoying the food. The beach access is OK but it's at the entrance to the lagoon so it's very susceptible to strong currents and boat traffic. Clean rooms, good service.

Hotel is ok the beach is not really good no waves Isla Mujeres is in front at the hotel so no waves, the port to Isla Mujeres is beside the Hotel, the beach condition is not that great, food is ok but not many choices there's one buffet and two Restaurant a la Carta, and you need to make Reservation
"Hotel Barceló Costa Cancun"
No me agradó nada la ubicación del hotel. Su playa es muy pequeña y justo a un lado hay barcos entrando y saliendo todo el día, incluso hay momentos en los que huele a gasolina desde la playa, lo cual es bastante desagradable. Había muchas colillas de cigarro en la playa y algunos camastros ya están en mal estado. Para el hotel el sol se esconde como […] a las 5pm por su ubicación y comienza a hacer mucho viento, lo cual tampoco nos agradó pues teníamos que retirarnos de la playa y de la alberca por el frio. El bufet y los alimentos no eran nada del otro mundo y algunos de los platillos que incluían carne de res o cerdo, estaban super duros (tienen que cambiar la calidad de sus carnes). En cuanto al personal, en la recepción tuvimos que lidiar con personal bastente grosero y que no solucionaba problemas (tuvieron confusión con nuestra reservación y nos movieron de cuarto 3 veces en 5 dias!!), en los restaurantes tuvimos que perseguir a los meseros para que nos atendieran e incluso nos regañaban al pedirles cubiertos o vasos (siendo que era su responsabilidad que no estuvieran disponibles en la barra). Salvo algunos de los baristas, el personal del hotel era poco servicial o atento. En general la estancia fue "buena" pero nada mas, la verdad no lo recomendaría ni regresaría de nuevo. Read more
Hotel moyen, bon service, mais chambre mal insonorisée. Petite plage et proche départ bateaux. Bus a proximité. Personnel aimable. Service wifi payant et fonctionnant mal dans la chambre.

Mal localizado, com quartos sujos (lençóis com manchas, toalhas idem), comida abaixo da critica e funcionários desinteressados. Pague um pouco mais e fique mais ao sul da zona hoteleira.

"Empleados triple AAA"
La amabilidad, disposicion y compromiso de los empleados merecen un comentario particular y podria sin duda decir que son "Empleados Triple AAA" se merecen un 10.
bella la struttura, la camera grande e confortevole,ottima la pulizia e buono il mangiare.... tutto sommato non lo consiglierei a causa della spiaggia troppo piccola, ombreggiata da eccessive palme e con un ristretto angolo di mare dove fare il bagno ( causa passaggio barche ).

Muy buena relacion precio/confort, la comida en los restaurant ,la atencion de su personal y la limpieza del hotel es muy buena. Para tener en cuenta. Lo malo, la playa un poco chica y algo sucia.
Quartos amplos, confortáveis, banheiro limpo e amplo, funcionários cordiais. O cardápio era variado e o atendimento nos restaurantes ótimo. Só achei difícil reservar o jantar nos restaurantes temáticos, pois tinha um horário determinado para a reserva e nunca tinha vagas.
hotel tres bien, shows tous les soirs, service employés très sympa, tous bien sauf la chambre pas insonnorisée donc malgré la chambre de luxe on enttendais nos voisins.
