"Disappointed"
Had to wait an hour past check in time to get in because housekeeping wasn't finished. The unit we we were given wasnt anything close to what the pictures were online. The name wasnt even the same. When we got in the unit the sheets had not been changed, floors hadnt been vacuumed in weeks, no washcloths, etc. The location was handy but thats the best I can say.

"Great stay"
Loved the condo! Was perfect after a long day on the mountains. It was so cozy and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely go back! I would love to bring my son next time .. It's a good place for kids to stay too. Me and my boyfriend were overly impressed.

"Peaceful Stay In Keystone"
My wife and I and 5 of the children from 9-18 stayed one night at Aspen Ridge Condos. Our only regret was not staying another night to go iceskating and to the pool :) It was perfect for an overnight though, getting well rested for a day of skiing.

"Very nice condo."
We loved the condo! My boys loved the pool and hot tub. They said it was the nicest place the have ever stayed. The only issue, which isn't huge, was that he fireplace didn't work. The kitchen was well stocked. The showers were nice. It snowed while we were in Keystone. Perfect weekend!

Great service, clean room and great value. Only complaint was the hot tub was down so we had to use the one down the street but that was just temporary.

"Nice for the price"
The room was spacious and comfortable. The buses are free but unless you want to ski at Keystone, they are inconvenient. Getting to Breckenridge, for example, requires a bus change and an hour long ride.

"great condo rental"
We loved our stay and were very surprised by how nice the accommodations were and at the large size of the 1 bedroom condo that we stayed in. The complex is big, but we stayed in Quicksilver condos. The unit was larger than a hotel room, well appointed and had a full kitchen. There was also an on-demand bus service that took us into town at night and then we took the local free bus back in the evening that dropped off on the main street in front of the condo. Can't recommend it highly enough. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

"not what we ordered"
We signed up for a night at the Aspen Ridge Condos; we were given a condo at the Edgewater? by the lake. Terrible view, nothing special. Had stayed at the Aspen Ridge before and liked it a lot. I want to be given what I agree too. Last minute change on management's part does not sit well with me

"Great Ski Getaway"
We stayed here over MLK Weekend 2014 and had a great time. The room was plenty large enough and very well furnished/decorated. We felt very much at home. The location was super close to the slopes but a very convenient shuttle ran from the front door right to the lifts so that wasn't a big deal! Overall we were very happy with everything.

The condo was spacious and really nice. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook ourselves breakfast and dinner. My only complaint was it was extremely difficult to find. We were looking for a sign saying "Aspen Ridge Condominiums" and that doesn't exist. You have to check in across the street which was not clearly stated.

"Close to the slopes and good size rooms"
The room was clean and had a nice bar like kitchen which was a good size. the kitchen comes with everything you need. Our king size bedroom came with two extra double size beds which would be nice for a small family. Only bad thing was that we stayed two nights and they forgot to clean our room. Other then that nice place to stay if your trying to ski keystone.

"Excellent value for the price"
A walking distance from the Conference Center and a gorgeous lake across the freeway. The 1 bedroom is very spacious - perfect for a family of 4. Each of our 2 kids had its own sofa to sleep on. Well equipped kitchen, except the stove, which broke the 1st time we used it, but with a microwave that was not a problem. When we asked for extra bed sheets, they were brought to us in 15 minutes. Easy checkout over the phone. Note that the check-in has to be done at the condo registration center - which was not clear when I did the booking. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the condo and would love to go back.

"A Huge Condo in a Wonderful location!"
03/21/15 luvrockymts Denver, Colorado
We reserved a one-bedroom condo for a four day stay. We were in Beaver Creek before this and reserved a one-bedroom condo for double the price. In terms of the condo, it is super comfortable and turned out to be a nice surprise. Though the bathrooms are not high-end, the room is spacious with a full kitchen, including nice extras like coffee, granola bars and fresh cookies at check-in. There is also a full dining room to eat meals in the room. Our room was not dated like the other reviewer stated. We stayed in condo 1629. It had free internet and a nice fireplace in the room as well. The living room was full of games and a nice TV while the bedroom had a nice king sized bed, large windows and nice furniture including a TV. We came with our daughter who slept on the sofa bed in the living room. There was an extra sink area in the bathroom for her to use when we were sleeping. I was not expecting much after having a few days in Beaver Creek with just my husband. But I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful condo. We also had a ski closet just outside the entry door to the condo, so our boots and equipment could stay warm. I would highly recommend this place for convenience and a great price, especially if you visit with family. I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen and loved the decor in the room. I plan to stay here again when we ski Keystone. It is a wonderful place to stay at a great price!

"No issue with 6 adults"
03/21/15 MDMcG Texas
Six adults shared a 3 bedroom townhouse; all were very happy with comfort, room, and cleanliness. Showers provided hot water even when three were in use. Plenty of room in kitchen and dining area where we ate a number of meals. Would use again under similar circumstances.

"Cheap, dated"
03/01/15 BairdWallace McLean, Virginia, USA
I don't know if every room is different according to when an owner last made a change. We stayed in 2545. The room was dated, with an old gas fireplace oddly recessed under a low hanging wall. The electric stove top was not level. Other than that the room was pretty good. Bed was comfortable, decent flat screen TV.

"Spacious, Full Kitchen, Nice View"
02/26/15 Ashley J Sterling, Virginia
My boyfriend and I stayed in Saints Johns Room 2545 one night on our way out to Beaver Creek. Although I wish we had stayed longer because it was much more spacious and inviting than where we ended up for the week. The room was well kept and the bed was very comfy. I loved that there was a full kitchen, even though we did not get to fully utilize it. It was not within walking distance to the slopes but just a short drive and Keystone has free parking so it was not a big deal at all. The view from our room was nice. I would recommend this condominium for sure. We enjoyed our stay.

"Week's stay in Keystone"
01/19/15 wbullseye Fayetteville, North Carolina
We stayed at the Aspen Ridge Condominiums in the Quicksilver complex for a week over Christmas. After a long drive up from Denver due to bad weather we checked in at the Condo West building which just happened to be right across the street from the condos. They provided all of the necessary information about what facilities were available, parking pass and as many keys as necessary. They are only allowed to give one parking pass for a single vehicle regardless of how many vehicles you came up with. Additional vehicles can park in the Keystone overflow lot which is just a short walk away. Our condo was on the second floor and had three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each individual condo is owned by someone and rented out when not in use so you can expect each one to be decorated differently. Ours had a large master bedroom with a king bed, smaller room also with a king/queen bed and the third with two single beds. There was a kitchen with all of the necessary utensils for cooking and eating which saved us money by not having to eat out all of the time. There was a small dining room area adjacent to the kitchen with a large table and chairs. The main room had a sofa and several individual chairs facing the television and fireplace. The fireplace was electric and put out a lot of heat. The condo had a balcony which was poorly designed. There was a door however you had to step over the floor heater and section of the wall in order to get to it. Each condo in each building has its own ski locker. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are no elevators. For the most part there were no issues with the condo. However the bathroom in the master bedroom was an icebox. There was a continuous airflow from the ceiling fan that you couldn’t turn off and was blowing cold air without the option for heat. When it is below freezing outside the last thing you want is just as cold air blowing on you while trying to use the toilet or shower. They did come out to look at it but all they did was shut the air off. While it improved the situation somewhat it was still cold in the room. There were no issues with the second bathroom. The condominium also has a heated pool, sauna, hot tub and laundry facility located in a separate building. Fortunately there are locker rooms in the building so you don’t have to walk through the cold weather to/from your condo in your swimwear. Unfortunately for the first half of our trip the hot tub never worked although someone would come by to take a look at it. Once it did work it was great to use after a day on the slopes. The shower in the men’s room however never had hot or even warm water. There are towels in the building for use however they can be in short supply. The condominiums are on the free shuttle route which takes you to the Mountain Village section of the Keystone Resort. The listed information for the shuttles stated they run from 0600 to 2200 three times an hour. If you need a shuttle at a different time there was a number to call. The shuttle will take you to the Mountain House base area. If you need to get to the River Run Village you will need to transfer to another shuttle. All of the shuttles I was on were converted school buses, although one still had the original configuration which made it interesting navigating the aisles and seats with your skis and boots. While I usually stay at River Run given its proximity to restaurants, our condo at Aspen Ridge was comfortable and was worthwhile staying here. For the price we paid for a large group we got our money’s worth. It was more comfortable than a hotel room, especially for the non-skiers. The shuttle worked well and was on time for the most part. I would consider staying here again if part of a group or liked to cook. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Keystone I would consider Aspen Ridge as a viable option.

"Spacious 1 bedroom condo - wonderful customer service!"
01/05/15 Sternula St. Petersburg, Florida
My family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom condo the week after Christmas. We were in one of the QuickSilver condos which are part of the Keystone Resort, but north main area. Check in was easy at the "Condo's West" check in house which is just off the main road (route 6). The condo was up on the mountain a bit, there are many units but there were so many trees that you felt like you were out in nature. Parking was outside, but it was flat and there were enough spaces. Our condo was on the 1st floor and when you walked in to the left you had the bedroom and bath and to the right you had the kitchen and then an open-floor plan living room and dining room. I thought the condo was very large and comfortable. The kitchen had new appliances and it opened with a breakfast bar to the dining room. The gas fireplace did not work when we got there, but we called Guest Services and they came over in less than an hour and fixed it. The only problem was the pull out bed in the living room - it was really uncomfortable. I called guest services and they came out (again) and brought us 2 fold away beds that were great. The next day they brought us a bottle of wine! Otherwise, we loved coming back to our comfortable condo. There was a great grocery store nearby "City Market" and we cooked most of our meals at the condo and saved a lot of money, I should also mention that the internet was the speediest I've ever had at a rental. My kids were thrilled!

"acceptable, but not fantastic"
02/27/14 bgilmore382 Lincoln, Nebraska
We stayed at Sts. Johns; second floor, 1 bedroom condo. The underground parking was nice; but the condo itself was a little bit rundown. I was expecting something slightly more modern. We were planning on cooking; but ended up eating out because the appliances didn't work that well. The living room furniture was comfortable; but the beds were terrible. We ended up sleeping on the couch. The heat wasn't very reliable either; had to use a pile of blankets to stay warm. We were happy we didn't really spend much time there; as we had lots of activities planned.

"Tennis Townhouse, great location great condo"
10/22/13 MountainHiker60 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Aspen Ridge encompasses 3 condo complexes incl. Tennis, Quicksilver and St Johns. Tennis and St. Johns are in the best condition. Designed by architect Howard Backen in the 1970's. The exterior of Tennis Townhouses was completely renovated in 2009 and many owners took the time to renovate the interior as well. Many Tennis units are completely new inside and out, 3 BR 3 BA very spacious for families and groups. There are also 2 BR units some with and some without den areas. The grounds are lovely and great for dogs if you have one. The pool and spa were also renovated and the outdoor pool is in a beautiful setting with love views. It is heated throughout the year. Great views of the mountains and a convenient shuttle bus gets you to the slopes in just a few minutes. Overall a fantastic location in summer and winter. Check the activity center for kid activities, the lake is nearby and offers boating, skating in winter and bicycle rentals. Hiking/biking trails are everywhere. Breckenridge, A basin, Copper and Vail within easy reach.

"Not a very good place"
03/11/13 leahma37 Mentor, Ohio
We were just there for a week .. We walked into our room and they gave us two twin size beds which were in this little corner of the room. Fireplace did not work. Great customer service though. We called the front desk and they offered to move us over to the keystone lodge Lakeside condos which were awesome overlooking the lake. Keystone is awesome... But with these condos, you get what you pay for.
