I have no complaints at all about this hotel at all. The rooms were very clean and very class. The best was very comfortable and soft. The Buffet Selection was super as well. From American Breakfast to Asian. I would definately stay at this hotel again and the staff spoke english. See you guys again!

Actually I thought the hotel was in hong kong,but when I ask for transport at hong kong airport, I was told the hotel was in main land, it's fine the staff are trying their best in talking English

Neighborhood is not the worst, but known for pickpockets and hookers. My advice is not the leave the hotel until your contact picks you us, or just leave in broad daylight and watch your back. BRING CHINESE CASH to the hotel!!!! The lobby is fabulous! (But a bit overpriced even with US standards) Nearly every service requires chinese cash and they […] only exchange US Cash to Chinese cash. I had a excellent stay at this hotel. It was right across the border between Hong Kong and Shenzhen so it was relatively easy to make a day trip to Hong Kong if I wanted to. Including customs, it was about an hour between the hotel and the central shopping district in Kowloon on Nathan Road. The metro subway station is also right next to the hotel, […] which made it very easy to go to the popular areas within Shenzhen (i.e. the grand theatre, Dongmen shopping, the Exhibition and Convention Center). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but certainly the rate made up for everything. The equivalent hotel in Hong Kong would have been about four times as much as I paid. The hotel was good i will rate it 3.5 stars, outside and the in bar area of the hotel at nigth time there is hundreds of prostitutes offereing massage/sex ... This is not a family vacation recommended hotel , but if you are ok to ignore this nigth market the rest of the hotel is ok.

I wanted to stay in trendy fun Hong Kong but prices were outrageous. So i decided to stay at the Best Western for 1/5th to the cost. The hotel was a 3 minute walk to the LoWu border crossing to China. As soon as possible I scouted out a few restaurants at the LoWu bus and train station (a 3 min walk away) and ate great food at a very reasonable price. That is the way to go. Avoid buying meals or food in the hotel it will add greatly to your bill with marginal at best food. All in all I would stay at the Best Western again as Hong Kong is just a 5 min walk away and if most of your business is in China it's a no brainer. If you like high pressure shopping and fake goods the LoWu market is just a 3 min walk away. The Hotel offers a good price/ quality relation. The rooms are greet and Internet is all time for free available. The location is not a hot spot but nice and if you are eager to dig into China you found the right place for that adventure. The only thing that need to be improved is for sure the breakfast. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well situated, walking distance from trains to Hong Kong, Guangzhou, local Metro, and the bus station. A+ location. Can't go wrong for the money.

On check in I was told that my room would be ready in a half hour, after sitting in lobby for 1 hour 15 minutes I again inquired, so after checking they said I could go to my room with no apology for the delay or for the fact they forgot I was sitting 4 feet infront of them waiting. Booked a deluxe room and given free up graded to suite. Room spacious, well decorated and clean. Location great but not recommended for old people because need to climb many steps to neighbouring shopping and train station. Many good foods within the vicinity. Definetly good choice.

This hotel is perfect situated for travellers just on Shenzhen side of the Hong Kong Luo Hu boarder gate and direct to the Shenzhen railway station. It is near to the custom and the Metro Station. Access to nearby amenities is inconvience because the hotel is separated from some amenities by a flyover bridge, bus terminal and walkway barricade. There is a need to climb overhead bridge to access other amenties. Generally it is still a good location to stay.

Location is convenient, close to railway station, stayed in deluxe room, very clean, only downside is wi-fi is very slow, often cut off, will definitely stay again.

old style hotel , but good comfort - the location of the hotel is very good , room is so calm , great for having good rest

I was there in December in normal room and I liked it a lot. So this time decided for upgrade to executive rooms. But what a surprise: The room mre small, the shower terribel and the specific breakfeast for excecutive guest more simple than for normal.. So dont wast e your money for any upgrade ...

Yes loved this hotel, everything you wanted or needed was here. When i come to shenzhen again i will be staying at the fulin, and would recommend this hotel to others. Food is great, staff very helpfull, you wont go wrong staying at this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel when you plan just to shop at the louhu shopping mall at the border of hong kong. Very convenient. Our room at the 20+ floors are excellent. Could not ask for anything more.

This hotel was in a perfect location for what we needed...which was to be able to get from the bus station easily (1.5 min walk away) and be near the HK border crossing (it was across the street). We booked a non-smoking room, which was situated on a non-smoking floor. General the room is clean and staff well-mannered and good customer services, esp. the doorrman who is extremely courteous and always smiling and friendly. However, the male receiption duty manager is not responsive and did not take our feedback seriously when I informing him that a guest few rooms away from our was smoking almost non-stop with the […] door opened. The smoke infiltrated into our room throughtout the night which affected our sleeping mood. The mgr just stared at us even though I told him the room no and saying that the guest was still smoking then as ours is a non-smoking floor. He did not bother to take down the room no !!!. Also, for 3 nights, the hot-water heater only last for one person bathing as the next one would have to endure bathing in cold water!. My wife was shivering after bathing with cold water. Read more

This is a very old hotel. Just walking distance to the LuoHu customs. It's a certainly a very safe place as it's next to China Customs office and it's guarded 24/7. Luohu is no longer the "in" place in SZ. Areas like Futian will be more modern. the room is very old. Needs to pay attention to the cafe food as i found a piece of wire in my food.

Walk round from the border in 5 minutes ( get a sherpa for your case for 10 RMB! ) It's all there 4 star and really good value

香港から中国に入るイミグレーションに近く、遅く到着しても迷うこともない。シンセンの繁華街にも歩いて行けるので大変便利です。ショッピングモールも近くにあるので買い物・食事をする場所にも困りません。また地下鉄の駅も近いので、起点として観光にも便利です。

Hotellets beliggehhet i nærheten av jernbanestasjonen, gjør det lett å benytte Metro dersom man skal bevege seg i Shenzhen. Hotellets standard og service er meget bra.

ほぼ毎月このホテルには宿泊します。 ２階に社交ダンスのホールがあり出張の際に、夜レッスンを受けるのに丁度良いからです。 しかしながら近隣の環境は最悪です。 イミグレーションに近く、深セン駅の裏にあり薄暗く、治安がよくありません。 また朝食はレベルが低いです。 特段の事情がない限りお勧めのできないホテルです。

Was op zoek naar een net en voordelig hotel in de buurt van de grensovergang met HK. Prima keus.
