We were very pleased with our stay at this Hotel. We have stayed almost everywhere else in Winter Park, but this Hotel is by far the most comfortable and clean of all, it was a nice surprise. It should have more than 2 stars. Compare it to the Beaver Lodge with run down rooms and charging much more. Stay here if you go to Winter Park!

Easy drive to Winter Park; or you can catch the free bus right across the street. Several nice places to eat within either walking distance or a short drive; very good breakfast; pleasant staff. Only complaint: indoor hot tub heavily chlorinated. But we still used it every day.

This was a great room in a great location. Only a couple miles from the Winter Park resort and right in the heart of downtown Winter Park, this hotel was situated perfectly. It included a great breakfast and we would definitely stay there again.

I was impressed. I went in not expecting much, you get what you pay for after all. But i was blown away. the building and rooms were clean and well kept, the staff was friendly, and they even upgraded my room for free when there was confusion about whether the room came with a microfridge. Great family hotel! - Modest but was clean, well-kept and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Downside was the smallish bathroom. Breakfast was very good. We were traveling with two small children & the staff accommodated us very well with our requests. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Our room was a little small but that's all we needed. I wished there had been a shuttle from town to town but there was no public shuttle.

Clean room and friendly staff. Was great location for our family vacation with respect to where everyone else was staying. Got a great rate as well. The only con about staying here was parking as it was full when we returned one night around 10pm.

Centrally located in Winter Park with easy walking distances to restaurants and shops. Great breakfast choices and clean rooms. Nothing fancy but very practical for using as a "base camp" to explore the mountains and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Overall good experience with a typical breakfast however the area was very clean. Evening desk clerk very friendly and helpful morning clerk not as friendly. Could have used a higher grab bar in the shower. Comfortable bed.

This hotel was the usual, GREAT location in Winter Park - you could walk to almost all shopping. The hotel itself was not great, but not bad - no bugs, not dirty - pretty standard. Views on both sides are of parking lots (if you do not care about a mountain view). Hot tub is in another building, which is weird, but it was fine. Breakfast is run-of-the-mill.
