Black water/sewage backed up in our bathroom. Management could not fix problem, nor did they attempt to reconcile poor condition of our stay.

The front desk people are amazing. It's their best quality. Parking good. Breakfast good. Room a little moldy/clamy. The room we got faced the parking lot/entry to the hotel and it was noisy all night. First, an engine reving at 10pm waking us all up. Then, a 2am bass filled song echoing throughout the lot and hotel side facing the interior. Any room […] on that side of the hotel will pick up the amplified noise. We were there with the whole family. The hotel was not too bad. We are not sure about the location. We think it's not really save at night. But only for one night it is fine. The pool is very small :-(

Comfortable room for young family of 5 on a recent trip to Sequoia. Continental breakfast was much better than expected. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definately stay here again.

This Comfort Suites was old and a bit worn down, not at all what I usually expect from the Comfort Suites chain. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were tiny half pillows, big haunching old school TV, ugly watercolor wallpaper...the list goes on. I wouldn't stay here again. Location was downtown which was nice, but that was the only thing I liked.

My stay at the Comfort Inn in Visalia was better than I had expected. The No Smoking rule pertaining to all rooms was a pleasant surprise. I didn't have to wallow in the lingering stench of cigarettes. Breakfast was another plus; it was tasty and bountiful. The room itself was a thumbs-up experience.. Two double beds, two t.v.s and free Internet access. […] I do a lot of traveling and sometimes I fall prey to some pretty sleazy accommodations, not this time. Hotel was easy to find and had lots around it to eat and such. Cleanliness of the room wasn't great - dirty curtains and walls, etc. But the beds were comfortable and we loved having the little living room area off the sleeping area. Breakfast was nice, too.

Great location. Walk to shops and good small restaurants with lots of variety and character. Walk one block to Regal Theaters and across street from Convention Center. Free parking garage, above average breakfast, and good sized rooms for a downtown facility.

This hotel was the best hotel value we experienced in our recent National park trip to Sequoia and Yosemite! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is the best we experieced, hands down. Staff helped us find the hotel as our map was a little sketchy. They made great suggestions for dinner and helped us arrange our day trip transportation to Seqouia park. Breakfast was very good. There was lots of choice and all of it was prepared well. Everything in our room was very clean and organized.

Although fourth of July, town was lie a ghost town. Only a couple of places open, one of which was Crawdaddies where we had a really good meal accompanied by live music. Great location close to plenty of restaurants and shops. We stayed here to visit the Sequoia National Park which is a pleasant drive away but can also be reached by shuttle bus which stops in front of the hotel. The breakfast provided had plenty of choice including hot food, a good start to the day.
