Bathrooms, Sheets, bedding and room were clean, maid service did their job well. The only thing they should clean more often would be the sofa covers, but all in all, ok. The only advantage to this hotel was is location. Other than that there was nothing. There wasn't even any hot water I'm the shower. I probably will no stay there again now that my daughter is not stationed at Lackland any longer.

I enjoyed it. At first, it was a bit scary due to the room condition. The walls were tearing up; however, besides the condition of the walls, it was pretty clean. Hotel room was run down. When we arrived there were dirty wash rags in the shower. Sink faucet was cross threaded and water sprayed every where. Took 20 mins just to get the shower warm. Door knob felt like it was about to fall off, and had to double and triple check that it locked. One night the wind blew the door open around 3am. Surprisingly I felt that the beds were quite comfortable, considering, the condition of everything else! The pool and jacuzzi were nice and probably the best kept up part of the entire place! Wifi worked well so that was a major plus! Don't bother with the continental breakfast wasn't much there, good for a hold me over snack before leaving to get food else where! Title says it all. Lets review pro's and con's really quickly. The good: You simply will not find lodging (outside the base) that's closer to your loved-one's BMT graduation. You can litterally see the trainee's marchcing from the hotel. And the it's definitely cheap, which segways into the cons. This was without a doubt the most rickity, run-down, […] dingy feeling hotel I've ever stayed in. Where do I start? The door to the bathroom won't even open fully becuase it hits the toilet, the shower water pooling up to my ankels, the overall dirty feeling of the hotel room, frayed lamp cords covered with electric tape, room service taking dirty towels and not replacing them with clean ones, the list goes on. If you prefer a little vanity from your hotel, this is definitely not the place for you. If you're not picky about the amenities and just want to be as close as possible to the graduation events, then this is a good option. Motel is run down and needs a good sprucing up. However, that is just for apperances. The beds were good, extra pillows, extra twels when requested. Passable continental breakfeast. We stayed for 3 nights and would again. It's not the Hilton or Holiday Inn but good.

Poor customer service, night auditor was on phone and left me and 3 other customers waiting outside for over 10 minutes. Room had an unpleasant order, restroom was very, very dirty!! A/C unit was not working. Would not recommend this hotel.

I spoke with the office and were told this was being corrected .... after we left .... I did check into another hotel and was told we would not get a full refund .... The room is what you pay for; a little dreary, but looked clean. The first night there was so much noise that it was hard to sleep until way after midnight. Walls seem super thin, could not tell if it was next door or upstairs. There were kids bouncing off the walls and a mother yelling at her child.
