Good for families traveling with young children and you need a kitchenette and living area. I got the 1 bedroom king and it was spacious. The bed was your typical Asian HARD mattress. I ended sleeping on the couch! Location was not good though. On the map, it looks like you can just cross the street to get to Bukit Bintang directly to the Pavilion, […] but you cannot. It's a 5 lane dash of terror if you want to cross directly. Otherwise, you've got to walk around the construction to get to the walking bridge to get to the other side. Probably the most convenient airport hotel stay I've ever had. We were able to "pre" check-in inside the baggage claim area, and the golf cart sytle shuttle was waiting to take us to the hotel after baggage claim (upstairs). In the AD although I found it is ranked as 4 or 4and half but the hotel reception declared as 5 star. The room I was slaying a deluxe is not well maintained ,.refurbished or needs renovation if it is to be categorized as 5 star like a other few 5 srar in KL. I will mark it as 4 star unless they take renovation work. The bath room although has 5 star […] touch but the fittings especially commode and seat is old and needs replacement . The rate charged with breakfast ( we had paid for 3 persons) is higher then the top 5 star I stayed later. The breakfast is lavish and had huge items but the area had been extended up to open reception and entrance without a fancy partition. The location is close to Pavilion Mall and Bukin Bitan shopping area but the side walk up to bridge for the Pavilion is deserted after evening. The police notice to "beware of snatcher" on a post there cautious the guest.They must start a shuttle service from hotel to mall areas every 2/3 hours especially for rain as taxi does not like to take a short trip or charge more then double of usual rate.More security may be given on that side walk for the foreign guest. Our family of 7 stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. It was great! This was the first time our 3 grown sons and 2 girlfriends had ever visited Kuala Lumpur and Asia. We arrived at the hotel around 10am but were told that the room would be ready around 12pm. I was ok with that because we got a room with the Petronas Towers' view as requested. At night, we could enjoy our drinks with the glittering light from the twin towers... it was totally awesome. I had a body scrub (RM155) at the spa, which was heavenly, and we ate the buffet dinner (RM88 per person) at Eccocino and it was delicious. At check in the lady said she could not get my Visa card to work although I had used it okay in Singapore, Malacca and it worked in the ATMs at the shopping center over the road. We stayed at the Prince hotel for 5 days in one of their one bedroom residences. The hotel consists of 2 buildings with the Residences comprising one of them. Our room was spacious and clean and had a great view of the KL tower from the 25th floor. Full breakfast came with the stay and we were pleased with it. The breakfast room was FREEZING cold however […] so bring a jacket! On the same floor as breakfast was a nice gym, the Kids' Club, swimming pool and bar as well as a small launderette. The kids club is open 6 days per week from 9am to 5pm and was an indoor playroom with one staff member to help occupy children. It was a nice option when it was raining! The location is good as the Pavilion mall is right across the street. You have to walk up a block to get to the crosswalk but we were able to do this easily with a stroller. A few blocks past that and you will reach the monorail. My only complaint with the Prince hotel is that I had to call repeatedly for an additional towel, even though we had booked the room for 3 people, and additional toilet paper. Also, checkout took way longer than anticipated...25 minutes or so. So adjust your leave for the airport accordingly. However, they called us independently the night before our check-out to assist us in arranging transportation to the airport which is about an hour away. Overall, I would easily come back and stay with them again. Read more

Great. Family of 5. 3 adults and 2 children comfortably fitted into the 2 bedroom suites. Breakfast is simple yet beautiful. Pool is amazing. Close to pavilion, which has plenty of food outlets to choose from and just a short walk to Bukit Bintang. Only downfall is wifi, it should be available throughout and not just in lobby and pool side.

The complimentary in-room service was ethernet only - no wireless or multiple devices. Just the one device. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Prince Hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Bedroom had a view of Petronas towers and KL tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located opposite a mall and walking distance to Petronas towers and KLCC. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent more money than usual as we really wanted a 5 star hotel to make up for travelling to KL on a coach! The 2-bed apartment was HUGE with massive windows but the furniture was dated. My mattress was so bad that I ended up complaining and they did change the mattress quickly to a much better one so at least I could sleep the next night. We splurged a little and went for this hotel instead of some cheaper mid-range options. It was a nice hotel, though the rooms seemed maybe a little dated. Wifi was not included in the price, to my surprise, and I had to spend 50MYR for a 24 hour access code. Found the breakfast to be a bit dull, as well.
